迈克耳孙干涉仪的数字化设计

使用硅光电晶体三极管作为光干涉条纹传感器,采用变间隙动极板电容传感器代替传统微距测量的设计方案,利用单片机对干涉条纹进行计数并自动测量反射镜的微小位移,实现了迈克耳孙干涉仪的数字化测量.制作了检测系统及电路,完成系统的软件设计.He-Ne激光波长的测量实验结果表明,采用该方案能够缩短测量时间,提高测量精度.     

Fringe contrast-based 3D profilometry using fringe projection

Quality-guided algorithm is a widely used method in phase unwrapping. This paper shows an accurate quality map based on fringe contrast for 3D shape measurement. Phase-shifted fringe patterns are projected onto an object surface by a programmable liquid crystal projector and recorded by a CCD camera. A wrapped phase map and a fringe contrast map are extracted from the deformed fringe patterns by the phase-shifting technique. Guided by the contrast map, the quality-guided unwrapping algorithm minimizes unwanted shadow and non-uniform surface reflectance effects and is able to retrieve a correct surface profile. Validity of the proposed method is tested on a fish model and a cutting tool specimen.     

Orientation distribution of fibres in a channel flow of fibre suspension

The orientation and concentration distributions of fibres in laminar and turbulent channel flows are investigated numerically. The obtained results are in good agreement with the experimental data. In the laminar flow regime, more fibres orient to the flow direction as the Reynolds number increases. The shear rate of fluid around a fibre plays an important role in determining the orientation distribution of fibres, while the fibre density and the fibre aspect-ratio have marginal influence on the orientation distribution. In the turbulent regime, the orientation distribution of fibres becomes more homogeneous with the increase of Reynolds number, and the concentration profile is flatter than that in the laminar regime. The fluctuating intensity of fibre velocity in the downstream direction is larger than that in the lateral directions.

过饱和度是糖液结晶过程中的主要测控参量.本文报道一种新型的光电检测法在线测控糖液过饱和度的原理与方法,给出其理论模型、系统构成和在单晶冰糖结晶工序上的应用结果.     

衍射光强取样分析法测定划痕宽度：实验部分

根据衍射光强取样分析法理论部分的测量原理设计了一套实验方案，比较了该方法一义、显痛实际宽度的测试结果，给出了其对测量误差，并分析了误差的主要来泊，该方法速度快，精度高，有推广和应用的价值。     

Low-frequency harmonic vibration analysis with temporal speckle pattern interferometry

In this paper, the time sequence phase method (TSPM) has been applied to measure the displacement caused by low-frequency vibration in temporal speckle pattern interferometry (TSPI). The principle is that by capturing the temporal speckle patterns related to the object vibration, the whole-field displacement responses (amplitude and phase) of the vibrating object can be calculated through scanning these fluctuations. Thus, quantitative measurement can be carried out using a conventional ESPI system without a camera synchronized to the object vibration or a phase shifting system. The elaboration on the method is given and experimental results are presented.     

基于OWDP的IP网络性能实时监测系统设计与实现

针对传统的RTDP（往返时延与丢包协议）网络性能测量方法及ping探测方法的不足，设计并实现了一种基于OWDP（单路时延与丢包协议）的新型单路网络性能测量系统。该系统研究网络流量特点和测试流的发送规律，综合考虑了安全策略因素，最后的实验结果表明，系统具有良好的可扩展性，适合对大规模的网络进行实时监测。

Study of backscattering from a complex scatterer at 3mm wave band

The backscattering characteristics of complex scatterer has been studied theoretically at 3 mm wavelength for the first time. RCS of the practial complex scatterer was calculated with GTD and the physical optics. The constrict model was also measured. The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical calculations.
