针对高功率板条激光器核心工作器件——板条Nd:YAG晶体的超精密加工开展研究,分析了具有特殊构型的板条Nd:YAG晶体元件的加工性能及工艺难点,提出了一种新的基于合成盘抛光的板条Nd:YAG晶体加工工艺,并对规格为100mm×30mm×3mm的板条Nd:YAG晶体进行了加工实验。实验结果表明,合成盘抛光可以很好地控制元件的塌边现象;通过磨料的优化选择,在合成盘抛光工艺中匹配合适粒度的Al2O3磨料能够实现元件的低缺陷加工,元件下盘后的全反射面平面度达0.217λ(1λ=632.8nm),端面平面度达到0.06λ,表面粗糙度达0.55nm(RMS),端面楔角精度可达2″。  相似文献

研究了LD抽运的单纵模Cr,Tm,Ho∶YAG微片激光器,激光器厚度为1?mm,在用波长785?nm的LD进行端面抽运时,激光器阈值为1060?mW,单纵模激光最大输出功率为31?mW. 对激光器输出功率随温度变化特性进行了研究,验证了CTH∶YAG晶体的温度敏感性. 还研究了激光器的温度调谐特性,实验测得激光器的温度调谐系数为14?GHz/℃. 关键词: 激光光学 CTH∶YAG微片激光器 LD抽运 单纵模运转  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃衬底上制备ZnO/SiO2复合薄膜,分别用XRD、TEM、SEM对样品的结构和形貌进行表征,并研究了不同ZnO含量对复合薄膜透过率及荧光特性的影响。结果表明,样品经500 ℃退火处理生成了SiO2和ZnO,其晶粒尺寸为18.7 nm,薄膜具有双层结构。复合薄膜的透过率随着其中ZnO含量的增加而降低,禁带宽度减小,光学吸收边红移。样品在355 nm波长激发下产生了384 nm的紫外发射峰和440 nm的蓝光发射带,并随ZnO含量的增加而增强,它们分别来自ZnO的电子-空穴复合发光和缺陷发光,及ZnO/SiO2复合薄膜双层结构的缺陷发光。  相似文献

一些实验表明, 实际大气会偏离理想Kolmogorov模型. 本文基于广义Huygens-Fresnel原理和Toselli等提出的非Kolmogorov湍流模型, 推导出部分相干双曲正弦-Gauss (HSG)涡旋光束通过非Kolmogorov大气湍流的解析传输公式, 并用以对两束部分相干HSG涡旋光束相干叠加和非相干叠加形成的合成相干涡旋在非Kolmogorov大气湍流中的动态演化进行了研究. 结果表明, 合成光束平均光强的演化过程与非Kolmogorov湍流的广义指数α, 源平面上叠加涡旋光束拓扑电荷的符号, 以及叠加方式有关. 合成相干涡旋在非Kolmogorov大气湍流中传输时会出现移动、产生和湮灭. 广义指数α, 拓扑电荷符号, 以及叠加方式都会影响其演化行为. 最后, 将本文所得结果与相关文献做了比较.  相似文献

Light pulses of 149 m wavelength and 700 ps duration are generated by non-collinear phase-matched difference frequency mixing of laser pulses at 1053.5 and 1061 nm in a (110) cut GaP crystal. The pump laser pulses are generated in a time-synchronized mode-locked double-frequency Nd:glass laser system consisting of a silicate glass branch and a phosphate glass branch. A photon conversion efficiency of 4 × 10–6 is achieved. The non-linear susceptibility constant of GaP is determined to be d 14 = (10 ± 1) pm V–1.  相似文献

强流加速器水介质形成线放电或击穿形成的冲击波对陶瓷真空界面具有破坏作用。为获得该冲击载荷的信息,应用通用软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了一种水下爆炸有限元模型,将电弧放电等效为爆炸源,模拟得到了冲击波传播时序、压力历史曲线及陶瓷板的加速度响应;为验证模型的有效性,应用"针-板"电极水开关在输出电脉冲40~50 ns、幅值100~300 kV可调的10级陡化前沿Marx发生器上开展了电水锤缩比实验研究。实测了不同击穿电压下冲击波峰压、波速和主脉冲宽度,并依据经验公式计算了放电沉积能量和冲击波能量,平均约17%的间隙放电能量转换为冲击波机械能。对冲击波能量与峰压关系进行了拟合,并与数值模拟结果进行了比较,二者变化趋势基本一致,量级上吻合较好。  相似文献

Thermal dependence on the small signal gain of Nd/Cr:YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) ceramics was observed experimentally. Usually, Nd:YAG crystal and ceramics have remarkable gain reduction when optical pumping is performed and the temperature of the laser media is upped to 373 K. A CW laser light generated in a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser oscillator was amplified by Nd/Cr:YAG ceramic amplifier, and the output power was measured at non-saturation level. Laser small signal gain of the ceramic disk was kept to 470 K. This property was remarkably different from one of Nd:YAG crystals or ceramics. The peak shift of the fluorescence was observed experimentally when the temperature is high.  相似文献

Titanium films were deposited on glass substrates at room temperature by direct current (dc) magnetron sputtering at fixed Ar pressure of 1.7 Pa and sputtering time of 4 min with different sputtering power ranging from 100 to 300 W. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to study topographic characteristics of the films, including crystalline feature, grain size, clustering and roughening. The amorphous-like microstructure feature has been observed at 100-150 W and the transition of crystal microstructure from amorphous-like to crystalline state occurs at 200 W. The increase in grain size of Ti films with the sputtering power (from 200 to 300 W) has been confirmed by AFM characterization. In addition, higher sputtering power (300 W) leads to the transformation of crystal texture from globular-like to hexagonal type. The study has shown that higher sputtering power results in the non-linear increase in deposition rate of Ti films. Good correlativity between the surface roughness parameters including root mean square (RMS) roughness, surface mean height (Ra) and maximum peak to valley height (P-V) for evaluating the lateral feature of the films has been manifested. Surface roughness has an increasing trend at 100-250 W, and then drops up to 300 W.  相似文献

A mathematical formalism related to the approximate as well as the accurate interferometric data reduction schemes is briefly outlined and subsequently applied in the reconstruction of the assumed (Luneburg) axisymmetric refractive index distribution. The presented comparative analysis confirms the generally held opinion that the approximate methods (“straight-line” and Kokubun-Iga approaches) may provide quite reasonable results in the examination of refractively inhomogeneous disturbances characterized by weak gradient and moderate index variation. On the other hand, the accurate scheme for transverse interferometric data interpretation and reduction, based on the close-form correlation between the fringe shift and the deflection function, [1] remains the only method for reliable reconstruction of strongly refracting index profiles, independently of magnitude of refraction and ambiguity of the fringes. This fact is of considerable importance for transverse interferometry of fibers (preform rods) and/or GRIN-rod lenses characterized by high numerical apertures.  相似文献

The mechanism with which the fiber-matrix interfacial strength exerts its influence on the compressive strength of fiber reinforced composites has been studied by measuring the axial compressive strength of carbon fiber/epoxy resin unidirectional composite strands having different levels of interfacial shear strength. The composite strands are used for experiments in order to investigate the compressive strength which is not affected by the delamination taking place at a weak interlayer of the laminated composites. The interfacial strength is varied by applying various degrees of liquid-phase surface treatment to the fibers. The efficiency of the compressive strength of the fibers utilized in the strength of the composite strands is estimated by measuring the compressive strength of the single carbon filaments with a micro-compression test. The compressive strength of the composite strands does not increase monotonically with increasing interfacial shear strength but showes lower values at higher interfacial shear strengths. With increasing interfacial shear strength, the suppression of the interfacial failure in the misaligned fiber region increases the compressive strength, while at higher interfacial shear strengths, the enhancement of the crack sensitivity decreases the compressive strength.  相似文献
