Recently, low dimension nanostructures have gained considerable attention due to their technological potential as unique types of nanoscale building blocks for future optoelectronic devices and systems. Semiconducting composite nanomaterials, which can combine the advantages of two or more components, have been the focus in the area of nanomaterials synthesis and device application.In this paper, we report our work on the preparation of composite nanomaterials based on CNTs.CNTs were coated by organic or inorganic species via novel and facile methods (Fig. 1 and Fig.2).These functional CNTs based composites show eminent prospects and opportunities for new applications in a wide variation of areas.  相似文献

Transparent plastics are not scratch resistant. The damage leads to a loss of optical properties. Coatings prepared using either tetraethoxysilane or colloidal silica particles embedded in glymo is a way to avoid these disadvantages. Tribological experiments are carried out to better understand the surface modification due to a sliding friction. It is shown that the wear track is not directly related to usual mechanical properties such as Young's modulus and the hardness of the coating. The different stages leading to material loss are discussed in term of particle removal and debris circulation (accumulation or elimination) through the friction track. The mechanical properties of the film combined with the film to substrate adhesion are expected to play an important role as it can be deduced from results obtained as a function of the coating composition.  相似文献

A novel quarterwave-thick narrow-bandwidth antireflective coating has been developed for both plastic and vitreous substrates by a sol-gel route. This coating has revealed pronounced scratch- and climatic-resistance under adverse conditions. The single-layer coating consists basically of a composite material made of silica as the discontinuous phase and of a polytetrafluoroethylene-derived (Teflon1) organic polymer as the continuous phase. This leads to fluorine-containing colloidal silica product, or a so-called Flucosil coating. The coating is applied by spinning or dipping from specific solutions at room temperature followed by a mild and short heat treatment. In addition to remarkable abrasion and environmental resistance properties, such coatings have displayed excellent laser-induced damage threshold levels, surpassing uncoated substrates.We hope such a product might open new perspectives concerning household articles, architectural optical thin-films, ophthalmic uses, and so on.  相似文献

将Na2SiO3·9H2O 溶液通过强酸性阳离子树脂进行离子交换得到酸性硅溶胶,再将硅溶胶与铝溶胶及六次甲基四胺混合后采用油柱成型法制备了球形SiO2-Al2O3复合氧化物. 通过XRD、BET 及TPD等手段对样品进行测试和表征, 结果表明, 600 ℃焙烧得到的SiO2-Al2O3中SiO2以无定型形式存在, 其比表面、孔容与表面酸性随SiO2含量的增加而提高, 孔径、堆密度随SiO2含量的提高而减小, 压碎强度基本保持不变.  相似文献

A sol–gel method for the synthesis of nanosized powders of yttrium disilicate doped with Tb3 + is presented. The influence of grain size and annealing temperature on the structure and luminescence properties of the materials obtained has been investigated. The preparation of glass-ceramic composite has been also described. The effect of incorporating the nanocrystals into sol–gel silica glasses on their physicochemical properties has been shown and discussed. A lack of influence of the annealing above 1300°C on the lifetimes measured for the nanocrystals embedded in the glass, as compared to the Y2Si2O7:Tb3 + powders, has been observed.  相似文献

The thickness and the porosity of a deposit during ultrafiltration experiments are determined using an electrochemical method. Twenty microelectrodes are mounted flush to a ceramic plane membrane and maps of deposit thickness are determined for three inlet/outlet distributors configurations. Combining an electrochemical method and a step transient method, the determination of the thickness and the porosity of a particles deposit is performed. These local thickness and porosity values are analyzed thanks to wall shear stress local measurements obtained in a previous work [Sep. Sci. Technol. 37 (10) (2002) 2251]. The results emphasize the heterogeneity of the deposit thickness, especially in zones of low wall shear stress. Furthermore, the porosity values of the deposit are ranged between 0.3 and 0.8 as a function of the location at the membrane surface.  相似文献

Models capable of predicting the maximum extent of conversion (p) of cardanol-based novolac-type phenolic resin, have been developed using response surface methodology to determine the optimum reaction conditions. Three-dimensional response surface and their contour plot were drawn. The maximum extent of conversion (98.93%) was predicted when the cardanol was condensed with formaldehyde (molar ratio 1:0.652) at 119.84 °C for a time period of 3 h with the catalyst (e.g., citric acid) concentration of 1.988% of total volume of cardanol and formaldehyde. The pH of the reaction mixture was maintained at 3.0. These predicted values for optimum process conditions were in good agreement with experimental data.  相似文献
