Based on the ray acoustics approach, the trapping effects on a microsphere by an ideally spherically-focused ultrasound are discussed. The acoustical radiation force from a focused ultrasound beam on a spherical particle in a three-dimensional sound field is calculated considering the effect of the attenuation of the ultrasound beam both inside the particle and in the surrounding medium. The results show that as long as the particle is in the range of the ultrasound beam and as long as the appropriate parameters of the transducer are selected, the particle will be captured in the vicinity of the focus of the ultrasound beam. Also, the particle radius and different parameters of the transducer are analyzed for their affect on the radiation force.  相似文献

We evaluate the influence of the thermally assisted tunneling (TAT) mechanism on charge trapping memory (CTM) cell performance by numerical simulation, and comprehensively analyse the effects of the temperature, trap depth, distribution of trapped charge, gate voltage and parameters of TAT on erasing/programming speed and retention performance. TAT is an indispensable mechanism in CTM that can increase the detrapping probability of trapped charge. Our results reveal that the TAT effect causes the sensitivity of cell performance to temperature and it could affect the operational speed, especially for the erasing operation. The results show that the retention performance degrades compared with when the TAT mechanism is ignored.  相似文献

By using a Bäcklund transformation and the multi-linear variable separation approach, we find a new general solution of a (2+1)-dimensional generalization of the nonlinear Schrödinger system. A variational approach is developed to study the groundstate (GS) of the two-site Holstein model. By the extended coherent state, where the more phonon correlations are easily incorporated, we can get the very accurate ground state energy for all electron-phonon coupling range in typical values of hopping integral t=0.5,1.1, and 2.1 (in units of phonon frequency ω0), which covers the crossover region from antiadiabatic limit to the adiabatic limit. Within a very wide t range [0,2.7], the exact results for the GS energy are obtained with the twelfth (fourteenth) order corrections to the zeroth order wave function. Moreover, the present approach is more concise than any other analytical ones in this field, and hopefully can be easily generalized to many other Holstein models.  相似文献

Using the nonlinear coherent state representation we derive nonlinear squeezed states and the multiplication rule of nonlinear squeezing operators. We find that the symplectic matrices multiplication rule in nonlinear coherent state projection operator representation maps into the multiplication rule of successive nonlinear squeezing operators.The technique of integral within an ordered product of operators plays an essential role in deriving the multiplication rule.  相似文献

We propose a scheme for the generation of entangled coherent states for the center-of-mass and relative vibrational modes of two trapped ions. In the scheme the ions are simultaneously illuminated by a single standing-wave laser tuned to the carrier. The scheme allows the production of an entangled coherent states with a considerably high speed as long as a laser field of sufficiently high intensity is available.  相似文献

研究一般相干态的迭加态|ψ>=a|β> beiψ|mβeiδ>的k次方压缩特性,结果表明:一般相干态的迭加态和量子涨落的k次方压缩,在m=1时可表为k≠2nπ/δ,此处n是整数;在m≠1时,压缩的次方数可以是偶数也可以是奇数;当δ=π时,无论m[m∈(0.∞)]取何值均存在奇次方压缩,当δ=π/2时,无论m取何值均存在奇次方压缩和偶次方压缩.这说明参数相位差δ对一般相干态的k次方压缩的次方数起关键性的作用.  相似文献

In the implementation of CARS nanoscopy, signal strength decreases with focal volume size decreasing. A crucial problem that remains to be solved is whether the reduced signal generated in the suppressed focal volume can be detected. Here reported is a theoretical analysis of detection limit (DL) to time-resolved CARS (T-CARS) nanoscopy based on our proposed additional probe-beam-induced phonon depletion (APIPD) method for the low concentration samples. In order to acquire a detailed shot-noise limited signal-to-noise (SNR) and the involved parameters to evaluate DL, the T-CARS process is described with full quantum theory to estimate the extreme power density levels of the pump and Stokes beams determined by saturation behavior of coherent phonons, which are both actually on the order of ~ 109 W/cm2. When the pump and Stokes intensities reach such values and the total intensity of the excitation beams arrives at a maximum tolerable by most biological samples in a certain suppressed focal volume (40-nm suppressed focal scale in APIPD method), the DL correspondingly varies with exposure time, for example, DL values are 103 and 102 when exposure times are 20 ms and 200 ms respectively.  相似文献

Using a numerical computational method, quasiprobability distributions of new kinds of even and odd nonlinear coherent states (EONLCS) are investigated. The results show that the distributions of the new even nonlinear coherent states (NLCS) are distinct from those of the new odd NLCS and imply that the new EONLCS always exhibit some different nonclassical effects. Finally, with the aid of newly introduced intermediate coordinate-momentum representation in quantum optics, the tomograms of the new EONLCS are calculated.
