Singular perturbation of first boundary value problem for higher order elliptic equations (II)

In this paper we discuss singular perturbations of first boundary value problem for higher order elliptic equations of two parameter and obtain the asymptotic expression for the formal solution containing two-parameter as well as the estimation of its remainder term. These results are the extensions of (2) and (3).     

基于广义逆矩阵的Bézier曲线近似合并

Bézier曲线近似合并算法在几何数据压缩方面有着重要的应用.研究了两条相邻Bézier曲线近似合并的问题,用矩阵的形式给出了相邻Bézier曲线可精确合并的条件,并在此基础上通过广义逆矩阵的方法求解合并逼近后的Bézier曲线.同时,对保端点插值条件的近似合并也给出了结果.最后用实例说明了算法的有效性,得到了很好的逼近效果.     

Metastability in the two-dimensional ising model

Metastability in the Ising model is studied in two ways. In a dynamical Monte Carlo model, metastable magnetization and lifetime are measured for various magnetic fields and low temperatures. Following up a proposed relation between analytic continuation of transfer matrix eigenvalues and metastability, transfer matrix eigenvalues are studied. We examine the extent to which these approaches agree. The Monte Carlo data also provide quantitative support for the critical droplet model for decay.     

直觉判断矩阵的弱传递性与加型一致性研究

定义了直觉判断矩阵的有向图和有向路概念,证明在一定的条件下直觉判断矩阵的有向图有唯一有向路.利用该结论给出一个简洁的排序方法,并指出这种方法的不足之处.通过反例说明了直觉判断矩阵已有的加型一致性概念与弱传递性概念之间没有必然强弱关系.根据直觉模糊数的得分值和精确度值,利用效用的思想给出直觉判断矩阵加型一致性的新定义,并证明了新定义的加型一致性具有弱传递性.针对一般的直觉判断矩阵, 运用新定义的加型一致性概念以及偏差函数的方法给出了求解直觉判断矩阵的直觉模糊数型权重的模型,并通过算例验证了决策方法的实用性.     

The Cauchy Problem for the System of Maxwell Equations

We consider the problem of analytic continuation of a solution to the system of Maxwell equations in a bounded spatial domain from data on part of the boundary of the domain. We construct an approximate solution to the problem using the Carleman matrix method.     

The Effect of an Active Diluent on the Properties of Epoxy Resin and Unidirectional Carbon-Fiber-Reinforced Plastics

The influence of an active diluent on the properties of an epoxy matrix and carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) is investigated. The physicomechanical properties of an ED-20 epoxy resin modified with diglycidyl ether of diethylene glycol (DEG-1), the adhesion strength at the epoxy matrix–steel wire interface, and the mechanical properties of unidirectional CFRP are determined. The concentration of DEG-1 was varied from 0 to 50 wt.%. The properties of the matrix, the interface, and the composites are compared. It is stated that the matrix strength affects the strength of unidirectional CFRP in bending and not their strength in tension, compression, and shear. The latter fact seems somewhat unexpected. The interlaminar fracture toughness of the composites investigated correlates with the ultimate elongation of the binder. A comparison between the concentration dependences of adhesion strength and the strength of CFRP shows that the matrices utilized provide such a high interfacial strength that the strength of CFRP no longer depends on the adhesion of its constituents.

Two-potential formula continued off-the-energy-shell

We derive an off-energy-shell generalization of the two-potential formula by using a coordinate-space approach and apply the formalism to construct algorithms for studying spatial behaviour of the fully off-shellT matrix. We also suggest some future applications of the proposed theory.

Entanglement dynamics in two-component Bose--Einstein condensates

Based on the exact solution of the time-dependent Schr\"{o}dinger equation for two-species Bose--Einstein condensates (BECs) consisting of two hyperfine states of the atoms coupled by a tuned adiabatic and time-varying Raman coupling, we obtain analytically the entanglement dynamics of the system with various initial states, particularly the SU(2) coherent state, for both of cases with and without the nonlinear interactions. It is shown that the effect of nonlinear interaction on the entanglement appears only in a longer time period depending on the BEC parameters.
