对倾斜角为20°、24°、28°和32°的单头以及32°的双头周向重叠三分螺旋折流板换热器和弓形折流板换热器的传热和压降性能进行了测试,换热器采用公共壳体和可更换管芯结构。采用壳侧轴向雷诺数和轴向欧拉数分别作为反映壳侧流量和阻力系数的无因次参数。试验结果显示在试验范围内周向重叠三分螺旋折流板换热器壳侧换热系数、壳侧压降和综合性能指标都随着倾斜角增大而减小;倾斜角20°方案的性能指标最佳,其平均壳侧努塞尔数和轴向欧拉数与弓形折流板方案的数值之比分别为1.123和0.45;双头螺旋折流板方案的换热系数和压降都大于同样倾斜角的单头螺旋折流板方案,但两者的综合性能较接近。 相似文献

为解决干式气体端面密封在中低速或启动停车阶段密封性能不稳定的问题,在现有螺旋槽端面型槽结构的基础上借鉴仿生学设计方法提出了仿生多流通道螺旋槽干气密封端面结构.基于气体润滑理论模型,采用数值分析方法计算了气体端面气膜压力控制方程-雷诺方程,研究对比了普通螺旋槽和多流通道槽的端面压力分布.在改变操作参数和端面气膜厚度的条件下分析对比了普通螺旋槽和多流通道槽两种干气密封的开启力,泄漏率,刚度和刚漏比的变化规律,并研究了槽的通道数对密封性能的影响规律.结果表明:中低速下多流通道细长螺旋槽具有高的稳定性和好的密封性,汇流槽在增加密封稳定性的同时可降低泄漏率. 相似文献

为了对腐蚀管道进行准确的安全评价,本文针对X80管道相邻双腐蚀缺陷间的相互作用规律进行了研究。借鉴现有X80管道爆破实验的数据,对数值计算中的单元划分、边界条件设置等进行验证。采用ANSYSWORKBENCH软件对X80管道在腐蚀缺陷下的应力应变状态进行了分析。数值分析结果显示:轴向间距一定时,腐蚀深度越大,轴向相邻双腐蚀间相互作用越明显;当两个相邻腐蚀缺陷轴向距离在3(Dt)1/2以内或环向处于0.07pD以内时,需要考虑两个腐蚀缺陷的相互影响;当两个相邻腐蚀缺陷轴向距离大于3(Dt)1/2或环向间距大于0.07pD时,不需要考虑腐蚀间的相互作用。 相似文献

In the present study, the distribution of circumferential velocity components of carrier flow in separation elements of air-centrifugal
classifiers of powder materials has been experimentally examined. The study was carried out for variously contoured separation
channels, and also for various conditions of a carrying agent (air) input in a separation zone. Optimal conditions for particle
separation throughout the whole volume of the separation element can be organized by making the channel contour diverging
towards the center of rotation. The experimental data gained in this study supplement the mathematical model for the aerodynamics
of turbulent carrier flow in the shaped rotating separation elements of air-centrifugal classifiers and make an analysis of

By measuring the geometry and crystallography of the three interfaces that meet at grain boundary thermal grooves, it is possible to determine the anisotropy of the surface free energy. Previously, the surface energy of MgO at 1400°C in air was approximated by a truncated double Fourier series with coefficients that were determined by fitting the observations to Herring's condition for local equilibrium at a triple junction. The purpose of this paper is to describe an alternative analysis of the same data set that is not limited by an assumed functional form of the surface energy. In this case, the space of surface characters is discretized and each orientation is associated with a capillarity vector (according to the Cahn–Hoffmann definition). The set of capillarity vectors that most closely satisfies the condition for local equilibrium at each triple junction is then determined by an iterative method. The relative surface free energies derived from this analysis are more anisotropic than those derived from the series fit and more consistent with the observed faceting of MgO in air at 1400°C. The relative surface energies of the low index planes are 110/100 = 1.07±0.04 and 111/100 = 1.17±0.04. 相似文献

As the intermittent (slug) flow pattern was recently shown to be, along with the stratified flow regime, responsible for circumferential anisothermality of horizontal steam generating tubes operating at moderate steam qualities, the ability to estimate the local liquid levels in such tubes and to compare them with the position of the circumferentially maximum value of the externally applied heat loading appears to be of great practical importance for boiler designers. While the procedure of the estimation of minimum liquid heights (hL) in horizontal stratified flows was suggested in previous papers, this study presents an analytical approach for engineering evaluations of hL in the horizontal, diabatic slug flow pattern. It is, importantly, shown that the use of the stratified flow-based approach to evaluate hL in slug flows results in the overestimation of actual liquid heights which may be detrimental for boiler tubes, especially under circumferentially nonuniform heat loading. 相似文献
