Theoretical Investigation on the Second-order Nonlinear Optical Properties of Chiral Amino Acid Zinc（Ⅱ） Porphyrins

Static second-order nonlinear optical effects of amino acid zinc(Ⅱ) porphyrins 1, 2,3 and 4 were calculated by the TDHF/PM3 method based on the molecular structures optim.zed at the semiempirical PM3 quantum chemistry level, showing due to the cancellation of symmetric center, these amino acid zinc(H) porphyrins exhibit second order nonlinear optical response. The analysis of β components indicated that these amino acid zinc(Ⅱ) porphyrins are of multipolarizabilities, and they may be ascribed as the “mixture” of octupolar and dipoar molecules with ||βJ=3||/||βJ=1||≈5. It is found that there are no significant differences between the static β values of non-chiral and chiral amino acid zinc(Ⅱ) porphyrins. However, the βxyz component, which is quite important to quadratic macroscopic X^(2) susceptibility of chiral material, is increased significantly with the increase of side chain group of amino acids.     

手性芳酰胺类分子钳的设计与微波合成

以间苯二甲酸为隔离基, 酰胺键桥联L-氨基酸甲酯构成手臂, 在微波辐射下合成了具有不同手性中心和裂穴的新型手性芳酰胺类分子钳. 结构均经¹H NMR, IR及元素分析确证, 并考察了其对芳香胺类化合物和D/L-氨基酸甲酯的识别性能. 初步研究表明, 这类分子钳受体不仅对中性小分子具有优良的识别性能, 其结合常数(K_a)可达2.66×10³ L•mol^－1, 而且对D/L-氨基酸甲酯亦具有良好的手性识别能力.     

Asymmetric polymerization using C1 resources

Novel Chiral Aminophosphine Ligand:Synthesis and Application in Saymmetric Catalytic Hydrogenation Reaction

A new chiral aminophosphine ligand 6,6′-dimethoxy-2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphinoamino)biphenyl(DMBDPPABP) was prepared and its rhodium complex was found to be an effective catalyst for the asymmetric hydrogenation of amidoacrylic acid and its dervatives.The effects of solvent and reaction temperature on enantioselectivity were also studied.     

基于天然氨基酸的双环手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成及催化性能研究

以L－脯氨酸及L－羟基脯氨酸为原料合成了4个新型手性季铵盐磁相转移催化 剂，并用于催化不对称查耳酮环氧化反应，高产率得到相应环氧化合物，ee最高达 9％。     

Stereoconvergent preparation of chiral vinylsilanes by cuprate substitution of α-acetoxyallylsilanes. Application to the synthesis of (S)-(+)-bishomomanicone

Enantiomerically enriched (E)- and (Z)-configured α-acetoxyallylsilanes have been prepared starting from a chiral acylsilane bearing an asymmetric unit at the silicon portion. Treatment of these compounds with organocuprates afforded the respective vinylogous substitution products in high yields and high stereoselectivities. The transformations proceed essentially by complete anti attack of the nucleophiles to the allylic acetates and predominantly via transition states leading to the (E)-configured vinylsilane products. By the proper choice of the double bond geometry in the starting material, the configuration of the newly formed stereogenic center can be controlled. The method represents a new and flexible entry into chiral vinylsilanes that can be used for subsequent transformations. As an example, the α,β-unsaturated γ-chiral, naturally occurring ketone (S)-(+)-bishomomanicone was synthesized with this method, which represents the first synthetic access to this compound.     

用两种相似多糖类手性固定相拆分阿托品外消旋对映体的比较

分别涂敷纤维素-三（3，5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯）（CDMPC）与直链淀粉-三（3，5-二甲基苯基氰基甲酸酯）（ADMPC）于自制的球形氨丙基硅胶上，制备了两种多糖类手性崮定相。用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）在正相条件下，用两种固定相直接拆分了阿托品（atmpine）外消旋体、在正己烷中加入了不同的醇类改性剂对阿托品进行拆分，并优化了流动相中醇类改性剂的比例：结果发现，阿托品在CDMPC固定相上可以得到基线拆分，而在ADMPC固定相上只能得到部分拆分。     

手性高效液相色谱法测定1—（6‘—甲氧基萘）乙醇不对称氢酯基化反应

在自制的硅基纤维素－三（３，５－二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯）高效液相色谱手性固定相上（ＨＰＬＣ－ＣＳＰ），优化了１－（６＇－甲氧基萘）乙醇氢酯基化反应产物－萘普生甲酯手性分离的条件，测定了相应的一系列不对称氢酯基化反应产物的对映体过剩值（ｅ．ｅ．值）。结果表明，在ＣＤＭＰＣ－ＣＳＰ手性柱上用ＨＰＬＣ测定此类不对称催化反应的光学产率，评价催化剂体系的手性选择是一种非常理想的方法。     

Crystallization-induced asymmetric transformation of chiral-at-metal ruthenium(II) complexes bearing achiral ligands

Recently, we observed that the enantiopure Lambda form of the tributylammonium salt of the chiral anion tris[tetrachlorobenzene-1,2-bis(olato)]phosphate, also named Trisphat, was able to induce an efficient resolution of a Delta,Lambda racemic mixture of cis-[Ru(dmp)2(NCCH3)2](PF6)2 (dmp=2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline) due to the spontaneous and selective precipitation of the heterochiral pair [Delta-Ru(dmp)2(CH3CN)2][Lambda-Trisphat]2. We report here that the combination of such a stereoselective precipitation process and irradiation results in the quantitative conversion of the initial [Ru(dmp)2(NCCH3)2]2+ racemate into only one of the two enantiomers. This is the first example in inorganic chemistry of an asymmetric transformation that leads to a chiral complex with no chiral ligand. Finally, three new racemic ruthenium bis(diimine) complexes, namely [Ru(dmp)2(NCCH3)Py](PF6)2 (Py=pyridine), [Ru(dmp)2(1,3-diaminopropane)](PF6)2, and [Ru(dmp)2(ethylenediamine)](PF6)2 were synthesized. For all of them, crystallization-induced asymmetric transformation proved to be an efficient way of obtaining the corresponding optically active chiral-at-metal complexes in high yields and with excellent stereoselectivities.     

Chiral amplification in macromolecular helicity assisted by noncovalent interaction with achiral amines and memory of the helical chirality

Poly[(4-carboxyphenyl)acetylene] (poly-1) exhibits an intense induced circular dichroism (ICD) in the UV-visible region upon complexation with excess (R)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine ((R)-2), owing to the formation of a predominantly single-handed helical conformation of the polymer backbone. In the presence of a small amount of (R)-2, poly-1 showed a very weak ICD due to the lack of a single-handed helical conformation. However, we have found that the co-addition of the excess bulky, achiral 1-naphthylmethylamine (5) with a small amount of (R)-2 caused a dramatic increase in the ICD magnitude, comparable to the full ICD induced by excess (R)-2. This indicates that an almost single-handed helix can be induced on poly-1 upon complexation with a small amount of (R)-2 assisted by achiral 5. Furthermore, the induced single-handed helical poly-1 could be successfully memorized by the replacement of (R)-2 and 5 with achiral 2-aminoethanol or n-butylamine.
