Based. On the effective Hamiltonian with the generalized factorization approach, we calculate the branchingratios and CP asymmetries of B → VV decays in the Topcolor-assisted Technicolor (TC2) model. Within the consideredparameter space we find that: (a) for the penguin-dominated B → K* φ and K*0 φ decays, the new physics enhancementsto the branching ratios are around 40%; (b) the measured branching ratios of B →K* φ and K*0φ decays prefer therange of 3 Neffc 5; (c) the SM and TC2 model predictions for the branching ratio B(B →ρ ρ0) are only about halfof the Belle‘s measurement; and (d) for most B → VV decays, the new physics corrections on their CP asymmetries are generally small or moderate in magnitude and insensitive to the variation of mπ and Neffc. 相似文献

We present the comaprative study of semileptonic and leptonic decays of Ds, D±and D0meson(D →M l+-αl-β, D → l+αlβ, D → l+αvα;α,β=e,μ) within the framework of R-parity violating the( Rp) Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model(MSSM). The comparison shows that combination and product couplings,(λβiα λ* ij qor λβqkλ*αj k)contribution to the branching fractions of the said processes(under consideration) is consistent with or comparable to the experimental measurements in most of the cases. However, some cases exist where these contributions are highly suppressed. We have studied the structure of K−pp comprehensively by solving this threebody system in a variational method, starting from the Ansatz that the Λ(1405) resonance (≡Λ*) is a K−p bound state. The structure of K−pp reveals a molecular feature, namely, the K− in Λ* as an “atomic center” plays a key role in producing strong covalent bonding with the other proton. We point out that strongly bound nuclear systems are formed by “super strong” nuclear force due to migrating real bosonic particles a la Heitler-London-Heisenberg, whereas the normal nuclear force is caused by mediating virtual mesons. We have shown that the elementary process, p + p → K+ + Λ* + p, which occurs in a short impact parameter and with a large momentum transfer, leads to unusually large self-trapping of Λ* by the involved proton, since the Λ*-p system exists as a compact doorway state propagating to K−pp. 相似文献

We analyze the φ meson production in e^+e^- →ωπ^0 as a probe for studying the isospin violation mechanisms. By clarifying the dynamic sources causing the isospin violation, we succeed in quantifying those mechanisms with the help of the recent KLOE data. Hence, the φ→ωπ^0 branching ratio is extracted. We find that apart from the electromagnetic (EM) transitions, the strong transition via intermediate kaon loops plays an important role in understanding the cross section and its lineshape. 相似文献

The present focus of the CBELSA/TAPS experiment is on meson-photoproduction off the nucleon using polarized photons and polarized targets. Here first preliminary results on the reactions γp → pπ and γp → pπ for both circularly and linearly polarized photons and a longitudinally polarized target are presented. Preliminary results for the beam asymmetry ∑ and the double polarization observable G have been extracted for both reactions using the linear polarization data. From the circular polarization data the observable E has been determined. Due to the near 4π angular coverage of the detector system these results cover almost the full solid angle. 相似文献

The photoproduction of K+ mesons from the nucleon provides important constraints on the nucleon excitation spectrum and at threshold energies challenges effective field theories based on chiral perturbation in the strange quark sector. Preliminary cross-section measurements for γ(P, K+)A are presented at an unprecedented beam energy resolution. The data was collected at the MAMI-C facility in Mainz using the Crystal Ball Detector. A new method of K+ detection was used in which the K+ is tagged from its weak decay products in the detector crystals. We calculate the branching ratio of B→J/ψπ0 with a mixed formalism that combines the QCD-improved factorization and the perturbative QCD approaches. The result is consistent with experimental data.The quite small penguin contribution in B→J/ψπ0 decay can be calculated with this method. We suggest two methods to extract the weak phase β. One is through the dependence of the mixing induced CP asymmetry SJ/ψπ0 on the weak phase β, the other is from the relation of the total asymmetry ACP with the weak phase β. Our results show that the deviation △SJ/ψπ0 of the mixing induced CP asymmetry from sin(-2β) is of O(10-3) and has much less uncertainty. The above O(10-3) deviation can provide a good reference for identifying new physics. 相似文献
