Structurally complex diazo-containing scaffolds are formed by conjugate addition to vinyl diazonium salts. The electrophile, a little studied α-diazonium-α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compound, is formed at low temperature under mild conditions by treating β-hydroxy-α-diazo carbonyls with Sc(OTf)3. Conjugate addition occurs selectively at the 3-position of indole to give α-diazo-β-indole carbonyls, and enoxy silanes react to give 2-diazo-1,4-dicarbonyl products. These reactions result in the formation of tertiary and quaternary centers, and give products that would be otherwise difficult to form. Importantly, the diazo functional group is retained within the molecule for future manipulation. Treating an α-diazo ester indole addition product with Rh2(OAc)4 caused a rearrangement to occur to give a 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)-2-enoate. In the case of diazo ketone compounds, this shift occurred spontaneously on prolonged exposure to the Lewis acidic reaction conditions. 相似文献

Systematic design and self-assembly of metal–organic polyhedra with predictable configurations has been a long-standing challenge in crystal engineering. Herein a concave polyoxovanadate cluster, [V6O6(OCH3)9(SO4)4]5−, which can be generated in situ under specific reaction conditions, is reported. Based on this cluster, a potential trivalent molecular building block, [V6O6(OCH3)9(SO4)(CO2)3]2−, can be obtained by the bridging-ligand-substitution strategy and it possesses appropriate angle information for the design of molecular cubes. Utilizing the face-directed assembly of the trivalent molecular building block and a diverse set of tetratopic carboxylate linkers, a series of metal–organic cubes ( VMOC-1 – VMOC-5 ) with the same topology but different functionalities and dimensions were designed and constructed. An inclusion study using VMOC-3 shows that they are potential molecular receptors for selective capture of size-matching polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon guest molecules. 相似文献

Attempts to synthesize complexes of group 6 carbonyl compounds [M(CO)6] (M = Cr, Mo, W) with the carbone C(PPh3)2 ( 1 ) via the photo chemically created adducts [(CO)5M(THF)] lead to quantitative formation of the salts [HC(PPh3)2]2[M2(CO)10] ( 2 , Cr; 3 , Mo; 4 , W). Alternatively, a long-time thermal reaction of [Mo(CO)6] performed with 1 in THF generates a series of products initiated by a Wittig-type reaction. In addition to 3 , minor amounts of [(CO)5MoCCPPh3] ( 8 ), [(CO)5MoO2CC{PPh3}2] ( 5 ), and the carbonate complexes [HC(PPh3)2]2[(CO)5Mo(CO3)Mo(CO)4] ( 6 ) and [HC(PPh3)2]2[(CO)4Mo(CO3)Mo(CO)4] ( 7 ) were found. Compounds 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , and 7 were characterized by X-ray analyses, 31P NMR, and IR spectroscopy. The water, necessary for the formation of the carbonate, stems from decomposition of THF. 相似文献

This paper describes the effect of solvent-induced synthetic routes of aluminium pendant oxazoline-amido-phenolate complexes. Treatment of ligand precursor L with AlMe3 in a 1:1 ratio in diethyl ether yielded the four-coordinated complex (LAlMe)2. Reaction of ligand precursor L with AlMe3 in a 1:2 ratio in hexane generated the four-coordinated complex L(AlMe2)2. A novel transformation mode occurred from L(AlMe2)2 to (LAlMe)2 when using diethyl ether or tetrahydrofuran as solvent. A density functional theory computational study also supports a plausible mechanism. All results were supported by spectroscopic data and in agreement with single-crystal X-ray diffraction structural analysis. 相似文献

This study aims to determine the effect of Bi2O3 as a substitute for carbon black (CB) fillers on the characteristics of vulcanization and mechanical properties of rubber compounds. The comparison of CB/Bi2O3 used are 50/0, 45/5, 40/10, and 35/15. Rubber compounds are prepared using two‐rolls mill. The rubber vulcanizates are prepared using hydraulic press at 150 °C. Vulcanization characteristics are determined by the moving die rheometer. Rubber vulcanizates are evaluated from aspects of physical and mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation, density, hardness), morphology (SEM), and heat aging. It is found that rubber compounds containing high amounts of Bi2O3 show higher torque and higher optimum vulcanization time. In addition, rubber compounds with high Bi2O3 content show higher density, tensile strength, and elongation. 相似文献

Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis (O. xuefengensis), a new species of caterpillar fungus, has been identified as the sister taxon of Ophiocordyceps sinensis (O. sinensis). The aims of the present study are to evaluate the anticancer activity and to qualitatively analyze the potential bioactive chemical constituents of O. xuefengensis and O. sinensis, comparatively. An MTT assay was used to evaluate the in vitro anticancer activities of different fractions from O. xuefengensis and O. sinensis. The results show that ethyl acetate fractions of O. xuefengensis and O. sinensis have significant in vitro anticancer activity. These two bioactive fractions were analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization with quadrupole–time of flight tandem mass spectrometry technology. A total of 82 compounds and 101 compounds were identified or tentatively characterized in the bioactive fractions of O. xuefengensis and O. sinensis, respectively. Among these compounds, 68 existed in both O. xuefengensis and O. sinensis. A total of 67 compounds were reported in O. xuefengensis and 8 compounds were reported in caterpillar fungus for the first time. This is the first detailed comparative analysis of the in vitro anticancer activity and chemical ingredients between O. xuefengensis and O. sinensis. The application of this work will provide reliable fundamental pharmacological substances for the use of O. xuefengensis by Yao people. 相似文献

It has been synthesized for the first time already in 1898 by Theodor Curtius, however, did not gain much recognition in organic synthesis until recently. Dehydration of (S,S)-1,2-bis(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)ethane-1,2-diol (H4L) to (Z)-1,2-bis(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)ethenol) (H3L′) was found to be metal-assisted, occurs under solvothermal conditions (H2O/CH3OH), and leads to [MnII4(H3L)4Cl2]Cl2 ⋅ 5 H2O ⋅ 5 CH3OH ( Mn4L4 ) and [MnII4(H2L′)6(μ3-OH)]Cl ⋅ 4 CH3OH ⋅ H2O ( Mn4L′6 ), respectively. Their structures were determined by single-crystal XRD. Extensive ESI-MS studies on solutions and solids of the reaction led to the proposal consisting of an initial stepwise assembly of Mn4L4 from the reactants via [MnL] and [Mn2L2] below 80 °C, and then disassembly to [MnL] and [MnL2] followed by ligand modification before reassembly to Mn4L′6 via [MnL′], [MnL′2], and [Mn2L′3] with increasing solvothermal temperature up to 140 °C. Identification of intermediates [Mn4LxL′6−x] (x=5, 4, 3, 2, 1) in the process further suggested an assembly/disassembly/in situ reaction/reassembly transformation mechanism. These results not only reveal that multiple phase transformations are possible even though they were not realized in the crystalline state, but also help to better understand the complex transformation process between coordination clusters during “black-box” reactions. 相似文献
