This study aimed to develop an active biodegradable bilayer film and to investigate the release behaviors of active compounds into different food matrices. Cinnamaldehyde (CI) or thymol (Ty) was encapsulated in β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) to prepare the active β-CD inclusion complex (β-CD-CI/β-CD-Ty). The tilapia fish gelatin-sodium alginate composite (FGSA) containing β-CD-CI or β-CD-Ty was coated on the surface of PLA film to obtain the active bilayer film. Different food simulants including liquid food simulants (water, 3% acetic acid, 10% ethanol, and 95% ethanol), solid dry food simulant (modified polyphenylene oxide (Tenax TA)), and the real food (Japanese sea bass) were selected to investigate the release behaviors of bilayer films into different food matrixes. The results showed that the prepared β-CD inclusion complexes distributed evenly in the cross-linking structure of FGSA and improved the thickness and water contact angle of the bilayer films. Active compounds possessed the lowest release rates in Tenax TA, compared to the release to liquid simulants and sea bass. CI and Ty sustained the release to the sea bass matrix with a similar behavior to the release to 95% ethanol. The bilayer film containing β-CD-Ty exhibited stronger active antibacterial and antioxidant activities, probably due to the higher release efficiency of Ty in test mediums.  相似文献

采用水热合成法,在Ti网上原位生长多孔层状Co_3O_4纳米片,并优化了电荷转移电阻。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物的结构、形貌进行表征,及对电极的电化学性能进行测试。结果表明,材料是由排列良好的微米矩形二维薄片组成,且具有均匀的孔隙分布。这种独特的微纳米结构的超级电容器电极材料降低了电极的电荷转移电阻,增强了活性物质的结构稳定性,从而提高了电极的电化学性能,在电流密度为100 mA·g-1时,电极循环1 000次后,电容保持率为91.8%,电荷转移电阻(Rct)为0.29Ω。这些显著的超电容性能归因于合理的二维层状结构在柔性基底钛网上的生长及柔性Co_3O_4/Ti电极活性材料的高利用率。  相似文献

At the single-molecule level, this laboratory has been making direct measurements of polymer diffusion at and near surfaces. Parameters of special interest have been to understand (a) the role of molecular weight, N; (b) the role of surface coverage, which may range from dilute to saturated, and (c) the role of the surface, which may range from hard (a silicon wafer) to soft (a supported lipid bilayer), and (d) the use of external fields to direct the transport of small molecules through narrow surface channels that are one macromolecule thick.  相似文献

Enrichment of UVI is an urgent project for nuclear energy development. Herein, magnetic graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets were successfully prepared by in situ anchoring of pyrrhotite (Fe7S8) on the graphitic carbon nitride nanosheet (CNNS), which were used for capturing UVI. The structural characterizations of Fe7S8/CNNS-1 indicated that the CNNS could prevent the aggregation of Fe7S8 and the saturation magnetization was 4.69 emu g−1, which meant that it was easy to separate the adsorbent from the solution. Adsorption experiments were performed to investigate the sorption properties. The results disclosed that the sorption data conformed to the Langmuir isotherm model with the maximum adsorption capacity of 572.78 mg g−1 at 298 K. The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) demonstrated that the main adsorption mechanism are as follows: UVI is adsorbed on the surface of Fe7S8/CNNS-1 through surface complexation initially, then it was reduced to insoluble UIV. Thereby, this work provided an efficient and easy to handle sorbent material for extraction of UVI.  相似文献

以氯化亚锡(SnCl2.2H2O)和硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为前驱物,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,采用微波水热法控制合成花簇状SnS微球。采用XRD和FESEM等分析手段对制备的样品进行表征。结果表明:合成的产物为正交晶系的SnS微晶,且结晶性良好;SnS微晶是由长方形纳米片自组装而成的花簇状微球。通过改变CTAB用量,可以实现花簇状SnS微晶的形貌和尺寸的调控,并初步分析了其形成过程。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱分析,产物的光学带隙约为1.51 eV;室温光致发光光谱表明,产物在832 nm处具有近红外发光特性。  相似文献

Nitrate is a raw ingredient for the production of fertilizer, gunpowder, and explosives. Developing an alternative approach to activate the N≡N bond of naturally abundant nitrogen to form nitrate under ambient conditions will be of importance. Herein, pothole‐rich WO3 was used to catalyse the activation of N≡N covalent triple bonds for the direct nitrate synthesis at room temperature. The pothole‐rich structure endues the WO3 nanosheet more dangling bonds and more easily excited high momentum electrons, which overcome the two major bottlenecks in N≡N bond activation, that is, poor binding of N2 to catalytic materials and the high energy involved in this reaction. The average rate of nitrate production is as high as 1.92 mg g?1 h?1 under ambient conditions, without any sacrificial agent or precious‐metal co‐catalysts. More generally, the concepts will initiate a new pathway for triggering inert catalytic reactions.  相似文献

通过共沉淀以及后续的气相硫化成功制备了横向边长约为2μm,纵向厚度约为30 nm的NiCo_2S_4六角片,并研究了其作为钠离子电池负极材料的电化学性能。电化学性能测试结果显示在1000 mA·g~(-1)的电流密度下,NiCo_2S_4电极循环60次后仍然可保持约387mAh·g~(-1)的可逆比容量。此外,NiCo_2S_4电极还具有良好的倍率性能,在200、400、800、1000和2000mA·g~(-1)的电流密度下,容量分别为542、398、347、300和217mAh·g~(-1)。通过进一步动力学机制分析发现,NiCo_2S_4电极的良好的倍率性能得益于其二维片层状结构诱导产生的赝电容。上述结果表明,NiCo_2S_4纳米六角片是一种极具潜力的钠离子电池负极材料。  相似文献
