We theoretically study the combined effect of magnetic and electric fields on the Landau levels and Hall conductivity in AA-stacked bilayer graphene. From the analytic expressions derived, we obtain explicit criterions for determining the zero-energy Landau level and different level crossings in the graphene bilayer. For providing a scheme of experimental verification, we further explore the quantum Hall effect in such a biased bilayer. It is found that the zero-conductance Hall plateau in this system can vanish at certain specific combinations of magnetic and electric fields, accompanying with the occurrence of resonance Hall conductivity steps.  相似文献

We studied the magnetic behavior of bilayers of multiferroic and nominally antiferromagnetic o-YMnO3 (375 nm thick) and ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (8…225 nm), in particular the vertical magnetization shift ME and exchange-bias field HE for different thickness and magnetic dilutions of the ferromagnetic layer at different temperatures and cooling fields. We have found very large ME shifts equivalent to up to 100% of the saturation value of the o-YMO layer alone. The overall behavior, including XMCD magnetization shift measured at the Mn-L edge of the LSMO layer only, indicates that the properties of the ferromagnetic layer contribute substantially to the ME shift and that this does not correlate straightforwardly with the measured exchange-bias field HE.  相似文献

Nanoporous ZnO/SiO2 bilayer coatings were prepared on the surface of glass substrates via sol-gel dip-coating process. The structural, morphological and optical properties of the coatings were characterized. The refractive indices of ZnO layer and SiO2 layer are 1.34 and 1.21 at 550 nm, respectively. The transmittance and reflectance spectra of the coatings were investigated and the broadband antireflection performance of the bilayer structure was determined over the solar spectrum. The solar transmittances in the range of 300-1200 nm and 1200-2500 nm are increased by 6.5% and 6.2%, respectively. The improvement of transmittance is attributed to the destructive interference of light reflected from interfaces between the different refractive-index layers with an optimized thickness. Such antireflection coatings of ZnO/SiO2 provide a promising route for solar energy applications.  相似文献

Ultrathin MoS2nanosheets were prepared in high yield using a facile and effective hydrothermal intercalation and exfoliation route. The products were characterized in detail using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the high yield of MoS2nanosheets with good quality was successfully achieved and the dimensions of the immense nanosheets reached 1 μm–2 μm. As anode material for Li-ion batteries, the as-prepared MoS2nanosheets electrodes exhibited a good initial capacity of 1190 mAh g-1and excellent cyclic stability at constant current density of 50 mA g-1. After 50 cycles, it still delivered reversibly sustained high capacities of 750 mAh g-1.  相似文献

以支撑磷脂双层膜(supported bilayer lipid membrane, s-BLM)作为生物膜模型, 利用Fenton体系产生羟自由基(hydroxyl free radical, •OH), 采用循环伏安法研究了s-BLM与•OH之间的相互作用. 结果表明: •OH通过与磷脂发生化学反应, 诱发s-BLM上形成孔洞或缺陷, 这种作用对时间、FeSO4和H2O2的浓度具有依赖性, 且不可恢复. 具有还原性基团的抗氧化剂维生素C, 还原型谷胱甘肽和L-半胱氨酸, 通过与•OH发生氧化还原反应, 可抑制•OH与s-BLM的相互作用, 降低•OH对s-BLM结构的破坏程度.  相似文献

Titanium/diamond‐like carbon (Ti/DLC) bilayer films with different relative thickness were fabricated by direct‐current and pulsed cathode arc plasma method. Microstructure, morphological characteristics, and mechanical properties of the films were investigated in dependence of the thickness of Ti and DLC layers by Raman spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, Knoop sclerometer, and surface profilometer. Raman spectra of Ti/DLC bilayers show the microstructure evolution (the size and ordering degree of sp2‐hybridized carbon clusters) with varying the thicknesses of Ti interlayer and DLC layer. Nano‐scaled Ti interlayer of 12–20 nm thickness presents the largest size effect. The catalytic effect of the sublayer is most pronounced in the carbon layer of less than 106 nm. In these thickness ranges, the bilayer films possessed the highest micro‐hardness and reactivity between atoms at interface. Internal stress in the bilayer monotonically decreases, with the thickness of Ti interlayer increasing to 30 nm and then becomes stable with the thickness. These results are associated with the occurrence of atomic diffusion process at Ti/C interface, and they are of cardinal significance to optimize the structure and mechanical properties of carbon‐based multilayer films. We explore the magnetic heat capacity in exchange-biased ferromagnet/antiferromagnet bilayers theoretically. We show that changes in the antiferromagnetic structure due to the reversal of the ferromagnet layer can be detected by distinct features in the heat capacity. This offers a method for probing antiferromagnetic domains in exchange-biased systems.  相似文献

A new method is reported herein for screening the biological activity of functional polymers across a consistent degree of polymerization and in situ, that is, under aqueous conditions and without purification/isolation of candidate polymers. In brief, the chemical functionality of a poly(acryloyl hydrazide) scaffold was activated under aqueous conditions using readily available aldehydes to obtain amphiphilic polymers. The transport activity of the resulting polymers can be evaluated in situ using model membranes and living cells without the need for tedious isolation and purification steps. This technology allowed the rapid identification of a supramolecular polymeric vector with excellent efficiency and reproducibility for the delivery of siRNA into human cells (HeLa‐EGFP). The reported method constitutes a blueprint for the high‐throughput screening and future discovery of new polymeric functional materials with important biological applications.  相似文献
