In this paper,we study the quantum properties of a bilayer graphene with(asymmetry) line defects.The localized states are found around the line defects.Thus,the line defects on one certain layer of the bilayer graphene can lead to an electric transport channel.By adding a bias potential along the direction of the line defects,we calculate the electric conductivity of bilayer graphene with line defects using the Landauer-Biittiker theory,and show that the channel affects the electric conductivity remarkably by comparing the results with those in a perfect bilayer graphene.This one-dimensional line electric channel has the potential to be applied in nanotechnology engineering. 相似文献

Atomic‐resolution structures from small proteins have recently been determined from high‐quality powder diffraction patterns using a combination of stereochemical restraints and Rietveld refinement [Von Dreele (2007), J. Appl. Cryst. 40 , 133–143; Margiolaki et al. (2007), J. Am. Chem. Soc. 129 , 11865–11871]. While powder diffraction data have been obtained from batch samples of small crystal‐suspensions, which are exposed to X‐rays for long periods of time and undergo significant radiation damage, the proof‐of‐concept that protein powder diffraction data from nanocrystals of a membrane protein can be obtained using a continuous microjet is shown. This flow‐focusing aerojet has been developed to deliver a solution of hydrated protein nanocrystals to an X‐ray beam for diffraction analysis. This method requires neither the crushing of larger polycrystalline samples nor any techniques to avoid radiation damage such as cryocooling. Apparatus to record protein powder diffraction in this manner has been commissioned, and in this paper the first powder diffraction patterns from a membrane protein, photosystem I, with crystallite sizes of less than 500 nm are presented. These preliminary patterns show the lowest‐order reflections, which agree quantitatively with theoretical calculations of the powder profile. The results also serve to test our aerojet injector system, with future application to femtosecond diffraction in free‐electron X‐ray laser schemes, and for serial crystallography using a single‐file beam of aligned hydrated molecules. 相似文献

The pair interaction between bilayer membrane-coated nanosized
particles has been explored by using the self-consistent field (SCF)
theory. The bilayer membranes are composed of amphiphilic polymers.
For different system parameters, the pair-interaction free energies
are obtained. Particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of a
sequence of structural transformations of bilayers on spherical
particles, which occur during their approaching processes. For
different head fractions of amphiphiles, the asymmetrical
morphologies between bilayers on two particles and the inverted
micellar intermediates have been found in the membrane fusion
pathway. These results can benefit the fabrication of vesicles as

通过双亲灭活方法将二株具不同遗传学特性的盐生盐杆菌J7(含质粒,不产紫膜)和R1(产紫膜,不含质粒)进行原生质体融合试验.结果表明,在以30%PEG600为助融剂,加25mmol·L-1EDTA条件下,40℃保温1min,获得融合率为0.76×10-5的融合子.这些融合子具有双亲菌株的某些特征,其中22%的融合子既含有质粒又产紫膜,这些融合子对于进一步研究质粒与紫膜的关系,以及筛选高产紫膜的优良菌株,均有十分重要的价值. 相似文献

FTIR-ATR技术考察TiO2膜对油酸的光催化氧化性能 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2
采用Sol-Gel和PVD法在玻璃、陶瓷、铝片表面制备出TiO2膜,直接将食用油中的主成分油酸用溶剂稀释后均匀涂在膜表面,采用FTIR-ATR技术实现了对膜样品光催化自清洁性能的快速准确评价,并通过测量水的接触角评价了膜的亲水性。结果表明,Sol-Gel法和PVD法制备的TiO2/玻璃膜都具有较好的光致亲水性和光催化降解油酸性能,两者的亲水性没有明显差别,但前者的光催化活性稍优于后者。比较Sol-Gel法制备的TiO2/玻璃、TiO2/陶瓷和TiO2/铝片膜对油酸的光催化降解性能发现,光照3·5h后3个样品的降解率分别为92%,85%和46%,表明基底材料性质对TiO2膜的光催化活性有明显影响,镀在非导电性玻璃和陶瓷表面的TiO2膜比镀在导电性金属铝表面的TiO2膜对油酸有更高的光催化降解能力。 相似文献

The G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily represents one of the largest classes of molecules involved in signal transduction
across the plasma membrane. Fluorescence-based approaches have provided valuable insights into GPCR functions such as receptor–receptor
and receptor–ligand interactions, real-time assessment of signal transduction, receptor dynamics on the plasma membrane, and
intracellular trafficking of receptors. This has largely been possible with the use of fluorescent probes such as the green
fluorescent protein (GFP) from the jellyfish Aequoria victoria and its variants. We discuss the potential of fluorescence-based approaches in providing novel information on the membrane
organization and dynamics of the G-protein-coupled serotonin1A receptor tagged to the enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (EYFP).
