国内研制的20/30Ⅱ代倒象微光管经常出现微通道板真空体电阻偏高或偏低的问题,直接影响Ⅱ代倒象微光管荧光屏的亮度和目标分辨力,严重影响微光管的质量。经过对20/30Ⅱ代倒象微光管的研制和理论分析,证明英国马拉德公司对用于××1383Ⅱ代倒象微光管的H36微通道板技术条件中真空体电阻技术指标的规定也存在一定的问题。本文从目前国内外工艺水平和有关文献资料的分析出发,进行专题研究。本文中所推导的计算公式和对文献资料提供的技术数据的推导分析,同样适用于其他型号微通道板的真空体电阻与相应Ⅱ代、Ⅲ代微光管匹配关系的计算与研究。 相似文献

Light shift is important and inevitably affects the long-term stability of an atomic clock. In this work, considering two unbalanced branches of the spontaneous decay rate in a three-level system, we studied the frequency shifts of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) and coherent population trapping (CPT) clocks operating under the pulse sequence regime by numerically solving the Liouville density matrix equations. The results show that the frequency shifts are larger when the two branches of spontaneous emission rate are not equal compared to the equal case. In addition, in EIT-Ramsey, the effect of the unbalanced branches of the spontaneous decay rate and relaxations of low-energy states on the frequency shift is greater than that of Rabi frequency. In CPT-Ramsey, the relaxations of low-energy states play a dominant role in frequency shift. 相似文献

In blue quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs), electron injection is insufficient, which would degrade device efficiency and stability. Herein, we employ chlorine passivated ZnO nanoparticles as electron transport layer to facilitate electron injection into QDs effectively. Moreover, it suppresses exciton quenching at the QD/ZnO interface by blocking charge transfer channel. As a result, the maximum external quantum efficiency of blue QLED was increased from 2.55% to 4.60%, and the operation lifetime of blue QLED was nearly 4 times longer than that of the control device. Our work indicates that election injection plays an important role in blue QLED efficiency and stability. 相似文献

Crystallization of isotactic polystyrene (it‐PS) from dilute solution at high supercooling has been investigated by dynamic light scattering (DLS). We successfully obtained simultaneously, in situ in solutions, the time developments of both random coils of it‐PS molecules and the growing crystals. The size of coils remains constant during growth, while the crystals pass through two stages, that is, an induction period at the early stage with very slow growth rates and a subsequent linear growth stage. It is confirmed that the temperature dependence of the linear growth rates, determined by DLS, agree well with that determined by electron microscopy. The temperature dependences of the growth rate and the inverse of induction time are dependent on the viscosity of solvent, which indicates that all dynamics are dominated by the segmental motion of polymer chains in solution at high supercoolings (low temperatures). Isotactic polypropylene (iPP) film was melt-crystallized in a temperature gradient. The iPP film showed well oriented α- and β-crystalline textures along the gradient. The crystalline structure, phase transition boundary and lamellar twisting were examined by X-ray diffraction and laser light diffraction (LLD). On the α-β boundary, LLD shows a sharp streak perpendicular to the boundary, where the a-axis of the β-crystal is oriented perpendicular to the temperature gradient. Apart from the boundary, the a-axis of the β-crystal becomes parallel to the gradient. The β-crystal shows lamellar twisting with a pitch of 200 μm at room temperature. When heated the β-crystal, the lamellar distance of 295Å at room temperature decreases to 285Å at 80–100°C and then increases to more than 300Å above 120°C. During the heating, the value of the twist period increases from 200 to 210 μm at 90–100°C, and then to above 224 μm at 140°C. The increase of the twist period is related to the increasing crystalline thickness of the β-lamellae. 相似文献

The high pressure dissociation of hemocyanin prepared from the lobster Homarus americanus and casein micelles from cow milk were observed by in situ light scattering. The hemocyanin dodecamer dissociated via a hexamer into monomers in a two-step three-species reaction. The influence of ligands and the effector l-lactate on the dissociation behavior was investigated. While no effect by carbon monoxide after exchanging the ligand oxygen was observed, the addition of the effector l-lactate led to a decrease in the pressure stability. Due to a trimer intermediate which was found to be stabilized by l-lactate, the dissociation reaction in the presence of the effector was analyzed by a three-step four-species reaction. In the case of casein micelles, a two-step dissociation mechanism was found. The stabilizing interactions of casein micelles were identified and separated. 相似文献

The crystallization processes of amorphous, glassy‐state poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) at two temperatures, a low temperature near T g where PET has a slow crystallization speed and a middle temperature (about 55°C above T g ) where PET crystallization is rapid, were monitored in situ by a time‐resolved small‐angle light scattering (SALS) device. It was found that large‐scale fluctuations happened prior to the crystallization at both temperatures, but the kind of fluctuation had a temperature dependence: at the middle temperature, pure density fluctuation took place during the induction period, whereas at low temperature, both density fluctuation and orientation fluctuation occurred, but the latter was the dominant factor. Analyses of the kinetics of these two kinds of fluctuation processes demonstrated that the spinodal decomposition (SD) type of phase‐separation character was undistinguishable in the SALS scale, while the nucleation‐growth (NG) type of phase behavior could describe the scattering results as well. 相似文献

A short overview is given on recent polarized light microscopy studies of the orthorhombic ferroelastic domains and domain structures of YBa2Cu3O7-x . The optical characteristics of large domains and lamellar domains with a high density of twin walls are pointed out, both for reflected and transmitted light. The polarizing microscope has allowed to observe the ferroelastic detwinning in situ and to determine the activation energy of the ferroelastic wall movements.
