Possible Spectrums of 3×3 Upper Triangular Operator Matrices

Let H1, H2 and H3 be infinite dimensional separable complex Hilbert spaces. We denote by M(D,E,F) a 3×3 upper triangular operator matrix acting on H1⊕H2⊕H3 of the form M(D,E,F)=(A D E 0 B F 0 0 C). For given A ∈ B(H1), B ∈ B(H2) and C ∈ B(H3), the sets UD,E,F σp(M(D,E,F)), ∪D,E,F σr(M(D,E,F)), ∪D,E,F σc(M(D,E,F)) and ∪D,E,F σ(M(D,E,F)) are characterized, where D ∈ B(H2,H1), E ∈ B(H3, H1), F ∈ B(H3, H2) and σ(·), σp(·), σr(·),σc(·) denote the spectrum, the point spectrum, the residual spectrum and the continuous spectrum, respectively.

本文采用组织承诺的三维度概念模型探讨组织性别多样性对组织承诺的影响,研究认为员工工作级别中的性别多样性对其组织承诺(情感承诺、连续承诺)有显著的负影响,而上一级性别多样性只对其情感承诺有显著的正影响,并对此结果进行了深入讨论。     

Iterative approximation of a zero of accretive operator in Banach space

This paper introduces an iteration scheme for viscosity approximation of a zero of accretive operator in a reflexive Banach space with weakly continuous duality mapping. A new iterative sequence is introduced and strong convergence of the algorithm {x_n} is proved. The results improve and extend the results of Su [Xiaolong Qin, Yongfu Su, Approximation of a zero point of accretive operator in Banach spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 320 (2007) 415-424] and some others.     

Viscosity approximation methods for nonexpansive nonself-mappings

Let E a real reflexive Banach space which admits a weakly sequentially continuous duality mapping from E to E^∗, and K be a closed convex subset of E which is also a sunny nonexpansive retract of E, and be nonexpansive mappings satisfying the weakly inward condition and F(T)≠∅, and be a fixed contractive mapping. The implicit iterative sequence {xt} is defined by for t∈(0,1)

The ideal property, the projection property, continuous fields and crossed products

Let A be the C^∗-algebra associated to an arbitrary continuous field of C^∗-algebras. We give a necessary and sufficient condition for A to have the ideal property and, if moreover A is separable, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for A to have the projection property. Some applications of these results are given. We also prove that “many” crossed products of commutative C^∗-algebras by discrete, amenable groups have the projection property, generalizing some of our previous results.     

Analysis of a Multiserver Queue with Setup Times

This paper deals with the analysis of an M/M/c queueing system with setup times. This queueing model captures the major characteristics of phenomena occurring in production when the system consists in a set of machines monitored by a single operator. We carry out an extensive analysis of the system including limiting distribution of the system state, waiting time analysis, busy period and maximum queue length. A Flexible On-line Scheduling Algorithm for Batch Machine with Infinite Capacity

We study on-line scheduling on a batch machine with infinite capacity. We present a flexible on-line scheduling algorithm that aims at minimizing the makespan and achieves the optimal competitive ratio of .
