基于Half-Panel Jackknife方法的医疗制造企业创业实验机制评估

新冠肺炎疫情凸显了医疗制造业创新的重要性。文章分析企业并购衍生和营销活动对技术创新的促进作用,同时解决创新估计中固定效应的冗余参数问题。采用2010-2017年国内162家医疗装备制造上市企业的面板数据,进行多种估计偏差纠正方法的比较分析,证实Half-Panel Jackknife在双固定效应模型中能较好地控制企业数据的抽样特征与个体异质性。结果表明:高新技术企业间的并购衍生作为创新选择机制,引导全系统企业的熊彼特式“创业实验”;本地声誉和全球通道作为创新规模扩大机制对技术创新有积极影响;政府支持能显著提升创新效率,企业规模、研发投入等内部因素也具有积极贡献。显示“创业实验”对创新系统的核心功能是促进技术创新一选择创新一扩大创新规模。从而揭示了优化制度环境和激励结构以促进各行为主体创业实验的重要意义。     

测试设备输出误差对航姿系统测试的影响

圆锥误差是评定航姿系统精度的一个重要指标,一般可通过测试设备模拟圆锥运动进行研究,然而由于测试设备提供的测试输出信号不精确,给航姿系统的测试引入较大误差,作通过误差分析的方法研究了测试设备输出误差对航姿系统输出的影响,给出了测试输出误差与航姿 系统测试误差的关系表达式,以此为基础,确定了对测试设备输出精度的要求。

模块化自组装高效毛细管电泳教学仪的研制及实验教学应用

报道了一种新型仪器分析实验教学仪--“模块化自组装高效毛细管电泳教学仪”的研制及其在实验教学中的应用。对教学仪的结构设计、仪器组装和制作、工作原理以及教学应用实例进行了详细阐述和讨论。相比于目前教学中使用的商品化的高效毛细管电泳仪,该教学仪具有简单直观、模块化、自组装、价格低廉、便于推广的特点,能有效地将理论知识与对应的实践课程相结合,学生通过对仪器的动手组装深入了解其构造及功能,掌握分离原理和熟悉仪器操作,达到了提高教学效果和培养学生综合能力的目的。     

The Construction of an Apparatus for the Evaluation of Abrasive Properties of Dentifrice Using Radioisotopes

Construction of an original apparatus (brushing machine) designed to test the abrasiveness of dentifrice is described. The principle of the procedure employed consists in neutron activation of a human tooth subsequently brushed with the dentifrice under study in standard conditions. The radioactivity level of the dentifrice indicates the relative degree of its abrasive properties.

The design of the apparatus meets the radiation safety requirements. Its working parameters crucial to the wearing process (i.e. the pressure applied to the tooth specimen, the total number, frequency and amplitude of the brushing strokes) can be programmed precisely.

Storage yard operations in container terminals: Literature overview,trends, and research directions

Inbound and outbound containers are temporarily stored in the storage yard at container terminals. A combination of container demand increase and storage yard capacity scarcity create complex operational challenges for storage yard managers. This paper presents an in-depth overview of storage yard operations, including the material handling equipment used, and highlights current industry trends and developments. A classification scheme for storage yard operations is proposed and used to classify scientific journal papers published between 2004 and 2012. The paper also discusses and challenges the current operational paradigms on storage yard operations. Lastly, the paper identifies new avenues for academic research based on current trends and developments in the container terminal industry.     

Transport operations in container terminals: Literature overview,trends, research directions and classification scheme

Internal transport operations connect the seaside, yard side, and landside processes at container terminals. This paper presents an in-depth overview of transport operations and the material handling equipment used, highlights current industry trends and developments, and proposes a new classification scheme for transport operations and scientific journal papers published up to 2012. The paper also discusses and challenges current operational paradigms of transport operations. Lastly, the paper identifies new avenues for academic research based on current trends and developments in the container terminal industry.     

基于排队论的内场维修设备数量确定方法

在内场车间维修设备配置研究中,为了科学合理地确定维修设备数量需求,运用排队论的基本方法,结合飞机内场维修工作特点,提出了基于排队论的内场维修设备数量确定方法,构建了相应的数量确定模型,结合实例验证了该方法可行有效.结果表明方法可以提高飞机基层级内场车间维修设备数量确定的准确性.     

基于修正邓氏灰色关联度的设备费用影响因素分析

针对武器装备数据多为小样本情况,采用灰色关联度对其研制生产费用影响因素的确定,针对灰色关联度不能处理负相关和组合相关的问题,提出应用普通相关和逐步回归对灰色关联度结果进行修正,实例分析表明处理结果更符合实际情况.
