基于单边傅里叶变换,本文提出一种研究辐射子的自发衰减动力学演化的普适方法.利用该方法研究了辐射子处于均匀介质、理想微腔和泄露微腔中的自发辐射动力学演化问题,最后并把这种方法用于处理光子带隙材料中的辐射动力学演化问题.结果表明:辐射子的自发辐射动力学特性由局域态密度决定,可以通过调控辐射子周围的局域态密度来调控辐射子的自发辐射特性,为实现新型的光电子器件提供了理论基础.该方法不仅适用于马尔科夫热库的情况也适用于非马尔科夫热库的情况. 相似文献

A cylindrical waveguide gyro-peniotron amplifier is analysed theoretically in this paper. By a ballistic method and directly using the energy conservation in the beam-wave system, a set of interaction equations for the cylindrical waveguide gyro-peniotron amplifier is derived. Computer simulation shows that under defined conditions an interaction efficiency of 47%, an output power of 240kW at a gain of 22. 5 dB and a 3 dB-instantaneous bandwidth of 1. 9% for a central frequency of 35GHz, TE03 mode gyro-peniotron amplifier could be achieved. 用荧光法研究了水溶性对-二甲氨甲基-杯[8]芳烃与二苯胺磺酸钠的相互作用。发现当对-二甲氨甲基-杯[8]芳烃加入到二苯胺磺酸钠溶液时,二苯胺磺酸钠的荧光峰发生了明显的蓝移,荧光增强,可能的作用机理是二苯胺磺酸钠中的磺酸根与对-二甲氨甲基-杯[8]芳烃中带正电的氮原子之间有较强的静电作用,二苯胺磺酸钠进入了对-二甲氨甲基-杯[8]芳烃的疏水空腔。同时研究了几种有机溶剂对包结物的荧光强度的影响,初步探讨了其作用机理。 相似文献

By means of improved ligand-field theory, the "pure electronic" pressure-induced shifts (PS's) and the PS's due to electron-phonon interaction (EPI) of R1 line and R2 line of YAG:Cr3 have been calculated, respectively.The calculated results are in very good agreement with the experimental data. It is demonstrated that the admixture of |t22(3T1)e4T2> and |t322E> bases in the wavefunction of R1 level of YAG:Cr3 and its change with pressure play a key role for the PS of R1 line. The behaviors of the "pure electronic" PS of R1 line and the PS of R1 line due to EPI are different. It is the combined effect of them that gives rise to the total PS of R1 line, which has satisfactorily explained the experimental results. The systematic analyses and comparisons between the feature of R1-line PS of YAG:Cr3 and the ones of three laser crystals (GSGG:Cr3 , GGG:Cr3 and ruby) have been made, and the origin of the difference between them has been revealed. 相似文献

The interaction functions of electrically coupled Hindmarsh–Rose(HR) neurons for different firing patterns are investigated in this paper.By applying the phase reduction technique,the phase response curve(PRC) of the spiking neuron and burst phase response curve(BPRC) of the bursting neuron are derived.Then the interaction function of two coupled neurons can be calculated numerically according to the PRC(or BPRC) and the voltage time course of the neurons.Results show that the BPRC is more and more complicated with the increase of the spike number within a burst,and the curve of the interaction function oscillates more and more frequently with it.However,two certain things are unchanged:Φ = 0,which corresponds to the in-phase synchronization state,is always the stable equilibrium,while the anti-phase synchronization state with Φ = 0.5 is an unstable equilibrium. 相似文献

Thermoelectric devices are heat engines, which operate as generators or refrigerators using the conduction electrons as a working fluid. The thermoelectric heat-to-work conversion efficiency has always been typically quite low, but much effort continues to be devoted to the design of new materials boasting improved transport properties that would make them of the electron crystal–phonon glass type of systems. On the other hand, there are comparatively few studies where a proper thermodynamic treatment of the electronic working fluid is proposed.
