宽可调谐双微环耦合半导体激光器的模拟研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

为了对宽可调谐微环耦合半导体激光器进行理论研究,提出了一种新型半导体激光器动态理论模型对其动态特性进行仿真分析。激光器的有源区采用传统的时域行波法进行模拟,由于调谐带宽大于40nm,需要考虑增益谱线型,而无源区则先利用频域模型计算其频谱特性,再利用有限冲击响应数字滤波器转化到时域与有源区进行连接。通过仿真分析得出,微环的耦合系数对激光器的大信号调制具有十分重要的影响。低耦合系数可以获得极窄的线宽但是激光器大信号直接调制能力也会随之急剧劣化。仿真结果还显示出该类型激光器可以进行高速大范围波长调谐。  相似文献

提出一种基于双并联马赫-曾德尔调制器(MZM)的新型四倍频光生毫米波技术,并用于矢量信号调制。传统的四倍频调制技术,由于数据信号同时调制到+2,-2阶边带上,拍频检测后两个边带上数据信号会产生相位叠加,只适用于不归零码(NRZ)等强度调制格式。提出的矢量信号调制技术将数据信号调制在一个-1阶边带上,另一个+3阶边带不携带数据,在拍频检测后幅度和相位信息被正确保留。同时,四倍频模块降低了传输过程中对电和光器件的带宽需求。理论分析和仿真结果表明,通过此方法产生的携带在60GHz载波上的6.25×108 symbol/s的四相相移键控(QPSK)信号,经过20km单模光纤传输后,误差向量幅度(EVM)损耗可以忽略。  相似文献

The multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis and detrending moving average algorithm were introduced in detail and applied to the study of the multifractal characteristics of the normal signals, the atrial premature beat (APB) signals and the premature ventricular contraction (PVC) signals. By analyzing the generalized Hurst exponents, Renyi exponents and multifractal spectrum and comparing the relation of h∼h(q)hh(q) for original signals and their shuffled time series, the result indicated that the three signals have multifractality and present long-range correlation in a certain range. According to the mean value of ΔαΔα, we found that the strength of the multifractality is varying. The PVC signals is the strongest, and the Normal signals is the weakest. It is useful for clinical practice of medicine to distinguish APB signals with PVC signals.  相似文献

Although the multifractal singularity spectrum revealed the distribution of singularity exponent, it failed to consider the temporal information, therefore it is hard to describe the dynamic evolving process of non-stationary and nonlinear systems. In this paper, we aim for a multifractal analysis and propose a time-singularity multifractal spectrum distribution (TS-MFSD), which will hopefully reveal the spatial dynamic character of fractal systems. Similar to the Wigner–Ville time-frequency distribution, the time-delayed conjugation of fractal signals is selected as the windows function. Furthermore, the time-varying Holder exponent and the time-varying wavelet singularity exponent are deduced based on the instantaneous self-correlation fractal signal. The time-singularity exponent distribution i.e. TS-MFSD is proposed, which involves time-varying Hausdorff singularity spectrum distribution, time-varying large deviation multifractal spectrum and time-varying Legendre spectrum distribution, which exhibit the singularity exponent distribution of fractal signal at arbitrary time. Finally, we studied the algorithm of the TS-MFSD based on the wavelet transform module maxima method, analyzed and discussed the characteristic of TS-MFSD based on Devil Staircase signal, stochastic fractional motion and real sea clutter.  相似文献

In an ultrasound image-guided High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) surgery, reflected HIFU waves received by an imaging transducer should be suppressed for real-time simultaneous imaging and therapy. In this paper, we investigate the feasibility of pulse compression scheme combined with notch filtering in order to minimize these HIFU interference signals. A chirp signal modulated by the Dolph-Chebyshev window with 3-9 MHz frequency sweep range is used for B-mode imaging and 4 MHz continuous wave is used for HIFU. The second order infinite impulse response notch filters are employed to suppress reflected HIFU waves whose center frequencies are 4 MHz and 8 MHz. The prototype integrated HIFU/imaging transducer that composed of three rectangular elements with a spherically con-focused aperture was fabricated. The center element has the ability to transmit and receive 6 MHz imaging signals and two outer elements are only used for transmitting 4 MHz continuous HIFU wave. When the chirp signal and 4 MHz HIFU wave are simultaneously transmitted to the target, the reflected chirp signals mixed with 4 MHz and 8 MHz HIFU waves are detected by the imaging transducer. After the application of notch filtering with pulse compression process, HIFU interference waves in this mixed signal are significantly reduced while maintaining original imaging signal. In the single scanline test using a strong reflector, the amplitude of the reflected HIFU wave is reduced to −45 dB. In vitro test, with a sliced porcine muscle shows that the speckle pattern of the restored B-mode image is close to that of the original image. These preliminary results demonstrate the potential for the pulse compression scheme with notch filtering to achieve real-time ultrasound image-guided HIFU surgery.  相似文献

Many sparse signal representation (SSR) algorithms have been developed in the past decade. The advantages of SSR such as compact representations and super resolution lead to the state of the art performance of SSR for processing ultrasonic non-destructive evaluation (NDE) signals. Choosing a suitable SSR algorithm and designing an appropriate overcomplete dictionary is a key for success. After a brief review of sparse signal representation methods and the design of overcomplete dictionaries, this paper addresses the recent accomplishments of SSR for processing ultrasonic NDE signals. The advantages and limitations of SSR algorithms and various overcomplete dictionaries widely-used in ultrasonic NDE applications are explored in depth. Their performance improvement compared to conventional signal processing methods in many applications such as ultrasonic flaw detection and noise suppression, echo separation and echo estimation, and ultrasonic imaging is investigated. The challenging issues met in practical ultrasonic NDE applications for example the design of a good dictionary are discussed. Representative experimental results are presented for demonstration.  相似文献

Real-time distance measurement of a moving object with high accuracy and high resolution using an ultrasonic wave is difficult due to the influence of the Doppler effect or the limit of the calculation cost of signal processing. An over-sampling signal processing method using a pair of LPM signals has been proposed for ultrasonic distance and velocity measurement of moving objects with high accuracy and high resolution. The proposed method consists of cross correlation by single-bit signal processing, high-resolution Doppler velocity estimation with wide measurement range and low-calculation-cost Doppler-shift compensation. The over-sampling cross-correlation function is obtained from cross correlation by single-bit signal processing with low calculation cost. The Doppler velocity and distance of the object are determined from the peak interval and peak form in the cross-correlation function by the proposed method of Doppler velocity estimation and Doppler-shift compensation. In this paper, the proposed method of Doppler-shift compensation is improved. Accuracy of the determined distance was improved from approximately within ±140 μm in the previous method to approximately within ±10 μm in computer simulations. Then, the proposed method of Doppler velocity estimation is evaluated. In computer simulations, accuracy of the determined Doppler velocity and distance were demonstrated within ±8.471 mm/s and ±13.87 μm. In experiments, Doppler velocities of the motorized stage could be determined within ±27.9 mm/s.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new method that combines chaotic series phase space reconstruction and local polynomial estimation to solve the problem of suppressing strong chaotic noise. First, chaotic noise time series are reconstructed to obtain multivariate time series according to Takens delay embedding theorem. Then the chaotic noise is estimated accurately using local polynomial estimation method. After chaotic noise is separated from observation signal, we can get the estimation of the useful signal. This local polynomial estimation method can combine the advantages of local and global law. Finally, it makes the estimation more exactly and we can calculate the formula of mean square error theoretically. The simulation results show that the method is effective for the suppression of strong chaotic noise when the signal to interference ratio is low.  相似文献

大气压等离子体针空气放电产生的低温等离子体由于脱离了真空装置,在工业上具有广泛的应用前景。本文采用等离子体针装置在空气中产生了稳定的大气压等离子体羽,并利用光谱法对等离子体羽的振动温度和气体温度进行了研究。结果发现大气压空气等离子体羽的放电区域分为强光区和弱光区。放电发光信号是宽度为几个微秒的脉冲。研究结果表明等离子体振动温度随空间位置不同在2 500~3 000K范围变化。振动温度在强光区随着远离针尖距离的增大振动温度呈上升趋势,在5mm左右存在极大值,在弱光区随着远离针尖距离的增大振动温度呈下降趋势。与其相似,弱光区放电的气体温度随着远离针尖距离增大,从640K降低到540K。这些结果对大气压空气放电的工业应用具有重要意义。  相似文献
