The electrochemical and transport properties of the 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (DMcT)/poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) grafted polyaniline electrodes and the DMcT/polyaniline electrode interfaced with the poly(acrylonitrile) (PAN) based solid-polymer-electrolyte (SPE) containing lithium perchlorate and ethylene carbonate were studied. Compared with the electrochemical and transport properties of the DMcT/polyaniline electrode, the capacitance and voltammetric current density, obtained by cyclic voltammetry, were increased for the electrode with low grafted polyaniline (less than 3 mol. %), while decreased when the applied copolymers were highly grafted ones. The charge transfer resistance obtained from impedance measurements was much smaller in the DMcT/PEO grafted polyaniline electrode than that in the DMcT/polyaniline electrode, and more pronounced reduction of charge transfer resistance was observed for the electrode with low grafted polyaniline. The diffusion coefficient of lithium cation in the electrode was increased when the PEO grafted polyaniline was used as an electrode material, however, the increase of the diffusion coefficient was less significant at higher graft degrees. All these changes in electrochemical and transport characteristics by the employment of PEO chains upon polyaniline backbones were attributed to the enhancement of lithium ion solvation and enlarged free volume in the electrode.  相似文献

A new approach to obtain imide‐containing elastic polymers (IEPs) via elastic and high‐molecular‐weight polyureas, which were prepared from α‐(4‐aminobenzoyl)‐ω‐[(4‐aminobenzoyl)oxy]‐poly(oxytetramethylene) and the conventional diisocyanates such as tolylene‐2,4‐diisocyanate(2,4‐TDI), tolylene‐2,6‐diisocyanate(2,6‐TDI), and 4,4′‐diphenylmethanediisocyanate (MDI), was investigated. IEP solutions were prepared in high yield by the reaction of the polyureas with pyromellitic dianhydride in N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP) at 165°C for 3.7–5.2 h. IEPs were obtained by the thermal treatment at 200°C for 4 h in vacuo after NMP was evaporated from the resulting IEP solutions. We assumed a mechanism of the reaction via N‐acylurea from the identification of imide linkage and amid acid group in IEP solutions. NMR and FTIR analyses confirmed that IEPs were segmented polymers composed of imide hard segment and poly(tetramethylene oxide) (PTMO) soft segment. The dynamic mechanical and thermal analyses indicated that the IEPs prepared from 2,6‐TDI and MDI showed a glass‐transition temperature (Tg ) at about −60°C, corresponding to Tg of PTMO segment, and suggested that microphase‐separation between the imide segment and the PTMO segment occured in them. TGA studies indicated the 10% weight‐loss temperatures (T10) under air for IEPs were in the temperature range of 343–374°C. Efficient targeting to tumor tissues and subsequent rapid drug release in cancer cells remains a major challenge for nanodrug delivery systems. Herein, smart nanodrug particles with reduction-sensitive and active tumor-targeting ability are constructed based on the nanoprecipitation of glucosamine-grafted pluronic L61 (GA-L61) and disulphide-linked doxorubicin dimer (DOX SS DOX) to overcome tumor multidrug resistance (MDR). These nanoparticles show proper size and excellent stability under neutral conditions, while quickly release DOX due to the breakage of disulfide bonds under reductive medium. In vitro cellular uptake and drug efflux demonstrate that L61 can efficiently increase DOX concentration in MCF/ADR resistant cells by inhibiting the function of drug resistance proteins. In vivo biodistribution reveals that glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1)-mediated tumor-targeting significantly improves tumor accumulation of the glucosamine-contained nanoparticles. Finally, the combination of GLUT1-targeting, glutathione (GSH)-responsive, and MDR-reversal effects in nanoparticles achieve superior antitumor effects, which can provide an efficient, safe, and economic approach for drug delivery and cancer chemotherapy.  相似文献

分布储能式电磁轨道炮在长导轨发射中具备高发射效率优势,为实现分布储能式电磁轨道炮的恒流特点,建立可供发射器参数、结构设计参考的仿真模型尤为重要。针对口径为60 mm×80 mm的矩形轨道炮,根据电流波形的平稳性要求,沿导轨方向设置电流馈入点,诊断电枢位置并分时序触发各馈入点电源,以测试分布储能式电磁轨道炮的工作性能。在COMSOL三维磁场中建立矩形导轨-电枢模型,基于电流和磁场的多物理场耦合有限元分析得到磁场和电流的分布,并利用电磁场仿真结果实现电流趋肤效应下轨道电阻梯度计算。基于MATLAB SIMULINK平台对电容储能型脉冲功率电源模块建立电气电路;分析分布储能式电磁轨道炮非线性时变的动态特性并建立轨道及电枢阻抗模型,计算正向电磁力、滑动摩擦力构造电枢的运动方程,并使用信号电路建立电枢-导轨模块,通过Simulink测量模块连接两个隔离的网络,仿真计算得到导轨电流及电枢的出膛速度。设计了总储能为4.16 MJ的分布式储能轨道炮,结果显示,电容预充电压为10.8 kV时,导轨长为3 m的分布式电磁轨道炮可将1 kg的弹丸加速至1.4 km/s,与炮尾集中式电磁轨道炮相比,系统发射效率可提升约3%。  相似文献

为了提高硫氧镁基仿木保温材料的各项性能, 分别研究了相同长度的聚丙烯纤维(PPF)、聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)、玻璃纤维(GF)对其性能的影响. 结果表明: 随着纤维掺量的增加, 硫氧镁基仿木保温材料的流动性有所降低; GF对其抗压抗折强度的提高效果最明显, 其中GF掺量为1.0 kg·m-3时早期抗压强度最高, PVAF掺量为0.5 kg·m-3时其早期抗压强度最高; PPF明显提高了硫氧镁基仿木保温材料的耐水性, 其掺量为0.5 kg·m-3时软化系数最大, 而GF掺量在1.0 kg·m-3时, 浸水软化系数稍高于未加纤维的对比试件; 掺加PVAF后硫氧镁基保温材料的导热系数出现一定程度的降低, 其中PVAF掺量在1.5 kg·m-3时其导热系数最低. GF和PPF可以明显地降低硫氧镁基仿木保温材料的收缩值, 其中GF降低自收缩效果较好, 而PPF可以明显地降低其干燥收缩值.  相似文献

采用弹道冲击摆系统开展了爆炸载荷下分层梯度泡沫铝夹芯板的变形/失效模式和抗冲击性能实验研究,并配合激光位移传感器得到试件后面板中心点的挠度-时程响应曲线。研究了炸药当量和芯层组合方式对夹芯板试件变形/失效模式和抗冲击性能的影响。实验结果表明,泡沫铝夹芯板的变形/失效模式主要表现为面板的非弹性大变形,芯层压缩变形、芯层拉伸断裂以及芯层剪切失效。在研究爆炸冲量范围内,非梯度芯层夹芯板的抗冲击性能明显优越于所有分层梯度芯层夹芯板。对于分层梯度夹芯板试件,爆炸冲量较小时芯层组合形式对分层梯度芯层夹芯板的抗冲击性能的影响不大,而爆炸冲量较大时,最大相对密度芯层靠近前面板组合形式的分层梯度夹芯板试件抗冲击性能较好。研究结果可为泡沫金属夹芯结构的优化设计提供参考。  相似文献

相比于实心钢筋混凝土柱,空心钢筋混凝土柱具有自重轻和截面扩展好等优点,被广泛地用作桥墩,由此其不可避免地会受到船舶的撞击。本文中进行6根内八边形空心钢筋混凝土柱和4根内衬八边形钢管空心钢筋混凝土柱的动力响应的实验。在实验中记录了构件破坏形态、撞击力时程曲线和跨中位移时程曲线,并从撞击高度、边界条件和钢板厚度等方面分析了构件的耐撞性能。结果表明:内八边形钢筋混凝土柱和内衬八边形钢管空心钢筋混凝土柱在撞击荷载作用下的破坏形态主要分为两种破坏类型,分别为局部型破坏和整体型破坏;撞击高度越大构件破坏越严重;两端固定对构件的耐撞击性能有提升作用;钢管厚度对构件的耐撞击性能有较明显的提升作用。  相似文献

Bacterial strains have developed an ability to resist antibiotics via numerous mechanisms. Recently, researchers conducted several studies to identify natural bioactive compounds, particularly secondary metabolites of medicinal plants, such as terpenoids, flavonoids, and phenolic acids, as antibacterial agents. These molecules exert several mechanisms of action at different structural, cellular, and molecular levels, which could make them candidates or lead compounds for developing natural antibiotics. Research findings revealed that these bioactive compounds can inhibit the synthesis of DNA and proteins, block oxidative respiration, increase membrane permeability, and decrease membrane integrity. Furthermore, recent investigations showed that some bacterial strains resist these different mechanisms of antibacterial agents. Researchers demonstrated that this resistance to antibiotics is linked to a microbial cell-to-cell communication system called quorum sensing (QS). Consequently, inhibition of QS or quorum quenching is a promising strategy to not only overcome the resistance problems but also to treat infections. In this respect, various bioactive molecules, including terpenoids, flavonoids, and phenolic acids, exhibit numerous anti-QS mechanisms via the inhibition of auto-inducer releases, sequestration of QS-mediated molecules, and deregulation of QS gene expression. However, clinical applications of these molecules have not been fully covered, which limits their use against infectious diseases. Accordingly, the aim of the present work was to discuss the role of the QS system in bacteria and its involvement in virulence and resistance to antibiotics. In addition, the present review summarizes the most recent and relevant literature pertaining to the anti-quorum sensing of secondary metabolites and its relationship to antibacterial activity.  相似文献

针对目前蓝宝石衬底上外延生长制备的GaN基半导体发光二极管(LED)器件存在电流分布不均匀的问题,建立了LED的电流扩展模型,提出了定量评价其特性的参数和标准。通过用有限元方法计算LED中电流的三维空间分布,对不同的电极结构进行了定量的比较,给出了优化的电极结构。计算结果显示,在相同工艺参数下,采用插指型电极结构的LED与采用传统型电极结构和扩展正极型电极结构的LED相比,电流扩展更均匀,串联电阻更小。在此基础上,对插指型电极结构作了进一步的参数优化,得出了使LED的串联电阻取最小值时的插指型电极的结构参数。根据优化得到的参数制作了相应的LED样品,并与采用扩展正极型电极结构的LED做了对比实验。实验结果表明,计算得出的结果与实验结果符合得很好。采用了优化后的插指型电极结构的LED与采用扩展正极型电极结构的LED相比,前者的串联电阻仅为后者的44.4%。  相似文献
