AMC (automatic modulation classification) plays a vital role in spectrum monitoring and electromagnetic abnormal signal detection. Up to now, few studies have focused on the complementarity between features of different modalities and the importance of the feature fusion mechanism in the AMC method. This paper proposes a dual-modal feature fusion convolutional neural network (DMFF-CNN) for AMC to use the complementarity between different modal features fully. DMFF-CNN uses the gram angular field (GAF) image coding and intelligence quotient (IQ) data combined with CNN. Firstly, the original signal is converted into images by GAF, and the GAF images are used as the input of ResNet50. Secondly, it is converted into IQ data and as the complex value network (CV-CNN) input to extract features. Furthermore, a dual-modal feature fusion mechanism (DMFF) is proposed to fuse the dual-modal features extracted by GAF-ResNet50 and CV-CNN. The fusion feature is used as the input of DMFF-CNN for model training to achieve AMC of multi-type signals. In the evaluation stage, the advantages of the DMFF mechanism proposed in this paper and the accuracy improvement compared with other feature fusion algorithms are discussed. The experiment shows that our method performs better than others, including some state-of-the-art methods, and has superior robustness at a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and the average classification accuracy of the dataset signals reaches 92.1%. The DMFF-CNN proposed in this paper provides a new path for the AMC field. 相似文献

Material family of zinc blende structure semiconductors (ZBSSs) is important for novel technique such as spintronics. A study of the ZBSS spin-splitting structure in momentum space is essential when seeking to understand the exotic properties of the material. The Dresselhaus field predominates in the bulk, but the Rashba field plays important roles in states near the surface. Here, we used circular dichroism in angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (CD-ARPES) to explore the spin-splitting structure of bulk ZBSS in momentum space. The observed structure was well-explained by a Dresselhaus field attributable to the lack of inversion symmetry in ZBSS crystals. We show that CD-ARPES usefully reveals spin-splitting in momentum space. CD-ARPES combined with hard x-ray incident-beam would be useful to investigate the spin-splitting structures of the interface states in the ZBSS heterostructure. 相似文献

We propose a new full color ghost imaging scheme using both time and code division multiplexing technologies. In the scheme, the speckle patterns of three colors (red, green and blue) are modulated with different time slots and codes. The light intensity is sampled by one bucket detector. Then based on the modulated time slots and codes, we can effectively and simultaneously extract three detection component signals corresponding to three color components of objects from the sampling signal of the bucket detector. Finally, three component images resulting from the three component detection signals can be synthesized into a full color image. The experimental results verify the feasibility of our scheme under the limit of the number of time slots and codes. Moreover, our scheme reduces the number of bucket detectors and can realize high quality imaging even in a noisy environment. 相似文献

Abstract This article reports a numerical investigation on the transmission performance of multilevel systems operating in building links encompassing step-index plastic optical fibers. For such an aim, a simplified model for the multimode fiber propagation is introduced. A sub-carrier multiplexing technique is also simulated to demonstrate the distribution of broadcasting television channels by adopting such fibers. The reported results show that a unique building network based on step-index plastic optical fibers is suitable to carry both Ethernet and broadcast TV signals in all rooms. 相似文献

I discuss the process of magnetic field generation in rotating superconductors in simply connected and multiply connected geometries. In cooling a normal metal into the superconducting state while it is rotating, electrons slow down or speed up depending on the geometry and their location in the sample, apparently defying inertia. I argue that the conventional theory of superconductivity does not explain these processes. Instead, the theory of hole superconductivity does. Its predictions agree with experimental observations of Hendricks, King and Rohrschach for solid and hollow cylinders. 相似文献
