可见光驱使铜盐催化芳香烃二氟烷基化反应

以CuI为铜源, 通过原位形成光催化剂的途径, 实现了室温下可见光驱使铜催化溴二氟乙酸乙酯、溴二氟酰胺等对芳烃及杂芳烃的二氟烷基化反应. 该反应条件温和、原料廉价易得、底物适用范围广、产率较高, 为合成二氟烷基(杂)芳烃化合物提供了一种方法. 机理研究表明, 该反应可能经历了单电子转移的自由基反应历程.     

Dicholorbenzyl alkyl ether homologs as retention index markers and internal standards for the analysis of environmental samples using capillary gas chromatography

A homologous series of 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alkyl ethers (DCBEs) have been synthesized and purified for use as retention index calibrants and internal standards. They are stable, sensitive to ECD and FID and ideal for GC-MS, with base peaks at m/z 159/161. The retention index calibration against the n-alkanes for a linear temperature program (LTP) series is given and recommendations made for the most suitable members of the DCBE series for use as internal standards in organochlorine (OC) residue analysis.     

Synthesis of Dialkyl 2‐(Alkylamino)‐4,9‐dihydro‐9‐oxocyclohepta[b]pyran‐3,4‐dicarboxylates

Dialkyl 2‐(alkylamino)‐4,9‐dihydro‐9‐oxocyclohepta[b]pyran‐3,4‐dicarboxylates are prepared in a one‐pot three‐component reaction of alkyl isocyanide, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate, and α‐tropolone (=2‐hydroxycyclohepta‐2,4,6‐trienone). The reaction proceeds smoothly at room temperature and under neutral conditions to afford tropolone derivatives in high yield.

Synthesis of alkyl (α-phenylthioalkenyl) ketones containing a (Z)-trisubstituted olefinic fragment

Warren"s method, which has been proposed for the synthesis of -phenylthiodialkyl ketones, appeared to be inefficient for the preparation of their alkenyl alkyl analogs. The latter were prepared in good yields by alkenylation of alkyl phenylthiomethyl ketones with alkenyl bromides.     

Synthesis of novel derivatives of 2-(azolylimino)thiazoline

Successive alkylation of 5-(3-phenylthioureido)-3H-imidazole-4-carboxamides with alkyl halides and chloroacetone gave (N-oxopropylimidazolyl)isothioureas, which were easily converted into derivatives of purine and imidazopyrazinone. In the case of ethyl 5-(3-phenylthioureido)-3H-imidazole-4-carboxylate, primary alkylation occurs at the N atom of the imidazole ring. Reactions of 5-(3-phenylthioureido)-3H-imidazole-4-carboxamides with haloketones afforded a number of 4-hydroxy-2-imidazolyliminothiazolidines and 2-imidazolylimino-Δ⁴-thiazolines.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. (N-methyl-N-alkoxymethylaminomethyl)dialkoxysilanes and bis[N-methyl-N-(dialkoxysilylmethyl)amino]methanes

(N-methyl-N-alkoxymethylaminomethyl)-dialkoxysilanes and bis[N-methyl-N-(dialkoxymethyl)amino]methanes were first obtained by the interaction of (N-methylaminomethyl) dialkoxy-R-silanes with chloromethyl alkyl ethers in yields of 40–67% and 10–25 %, respectively.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 脂肪胺结构与密度和折光指数关系的探讨

本文用拓扑方法探讨了脂肪胺的密度和折光指数与其分子结构之间的关系。提出一个既适用于密度又适用于折光指数的定量关系。应用这一定量关系, 不仅能够描述脂肪胺密度和折光指数的变化规律。预测脂肪胺的密度和折光指数,而且能够合理表征物质结构与性能之间的关系。
