针对航空胶片冲洗机控制困难表现其电机负载不均匀,低速运行情况下电机震动剧烈.研制了专用的反馈控制系统.以双89C51单片机为核心组成控制电路,编写了系统操作程序和数字PID控制程序.对PID参量对控制系统稳定性的影响进行了分析,得出适应于本系统的PID控制规律,并经过大量的试验,获得了能使各档速度稳定运行下的PID控制参量.实践表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,低速控制准确度在3%以内,中高速准确度达到1%.  相似文献

利用主动控制同步法设计合适的非线性反馈控制器,实现两个相同的四维混沌系统的同结构广义投影同步,以及实现两个不同的新型四维混沌系统异结构广义投影同步.通过改变广义投影同步的比例因子,获得任意比例于原驱动混沌系统输出的混沌信号.数值仿真表明了所设计的控制器有效性和理论推导的正确性.  相似文献

This contribution presents two real-time capable nonlinear model-predictive control (NMPC) approaches for an electro-pneumatic clutch for heavy trucks: a centralized control approach and a cascaded one. A clutch is necessary at start-up or during gear shifts to connect or disconnect the combustion engine and the gear box. This automated actuator disburdens the driver and provides the necessary actuation force according to the large torque typically transmitted through the drive train. The force characteristic of the clutch, however, is subject to hysteresis, which is described by a generalized Bouc–Wen model and used for a feedforward hysteresis compensation in the control algorithm. The proposed NMPC-algorithm involves (i) a minimization of the difference between the desired and predicted state vector at the end of the prediction horizon and (ii) flatness-based techniques to compute desired trajectories for the complete state vector as well as the control input. The optimal control is given by an additional, minimum-norm control input that minimizes the difference between the predicted state vector and the desired one at the end of the prediction horizon. Thereby, the computation effort of the NMPC approaches can be kept relatively small, and a real-time evaluation becomes possible. A reduced-order observer estimates an effective pressure in the clutch that also accounts for an uncertain disturbance force. Thereby, a disturbance compensation and a high tracking accuracy is achievable for the piston position as controlled variable. The efficiency of the two proposed control structures is emphasized by experimental results from a dedicated test rig.  相似文献

This paper presents the experience gained by developers and users with implementation and operation of NorTRACKTM, a real-time computerized product tracking system. A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) collects and transfers data in real time to NorTRACK’s OracleTM database on a Windows NTTM server network. After extensive development and Beta testing at MDS Nordion’s Canadian Irradiation Centre in Montreal, Canada, NorTRACK was installed in January 1997 with a new irradiation facility in Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc.’s Albuquerque plant in the United States. NorTRACK communicates with the irradiator control and safety system, the plant's central manufacturing database, an innovative pallet staging and tote loading robot, and an automated dosimetry reading system. This integrated system allows the sterilization facility to monitor the irradiator operation and the flow of many products, through varied processing modes, continuously and reliably. As a result of operating with NorTRACK, both MDS Nordion’s CIC facility and the Endo-Surgery manufacturing site, are beginning to realize unique benefits in their respective operations. MDS Nordion is also initiating several future product enhancements and additional productivity modules. This paper describes the NorTRACK system, the various stages of the development project and Beta tests, and the experience of the users to date in their operations.  相似文献

Digital image correlation (DIC) has received a widespread research and application in experimental mechanics. In DIC, the performance of subpixel registration algorithm (e.g., Newton-Raphson method, quasi-Newton method) relies heavily on the initial guess of deformation. In the case of small inter-frame deformation, the initial guess could be found by simple search scheme, the coarse-fine search for instance. While for large inter-frame deformation, it is difficult for simple search scheme to robustly estimate displacement parameters and deformation parameters simultaneously with low computational cost. In this paper, we proposed three improving strategies, i.e. Q-stage evolutionary strategy (T), parameter control strategy (C) and space expanding strategy (E), and then combined them into three population-based intelligent algorithms (PIAs), i.e. genetic algorithm (GA), differential evolution (DE) and particle swarm optimization (PSO), and finally derived eighteen different algorithms to calculate the initial guess for qN. The eighteen algorithms were compared in three sets of experiments including large rigid body translation, finite uniaxial strain and large rigid body rotation, and the results showed the effectiveness of proposed improving strategies. Among all compared algorithms, DE-TCE is the best which is robust, convenient and efficient for large inter-frame deformation measurement.  相似文献

In this paper, a chemostat model with variable yield and impulsive state feedback control is considered. We obtain sufficient conditions of the globally asymptotical stability of the system without impulsive state feedback control. We also obtain that the system with impulsive state feedback control has periodic solution of order one. Sufficient conditions for existence and stability of periodic solution of order one are given. In some cases, it is possible that the system exists periodic solution of order two. Our results show that the control measure is effective and reliable.  相似文献

Abstract

This article studies classes of random measures on topological spaces perturbed by stochastic processes (a.k.a. modulated random measures). We render a rigorous construction of the stochastic integral of functions of two variables and showed that such an integral is a random measure. We establish a new Campbell-type formula that, along with a rigorous construction of modulation, leads to the intensity of a modulated random measure. Mathematical formalism of integral-driven random measures and their stochastic intensities find numerous applications in stochastic models, physics, astrophysics, and finance that we discuss throughout the article.  相似文献

Noise is generated in atwo-dimensional mixing layer due to the growing of instability waves and vortex pairings. The adjoint-based control methodology has shown to be arobust tool to suppress noise radiation. The mode decomposition algorithms such as the compressible versionof proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) and dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) are employed toanalyze thespatial/spatial-temporal coherent structures for a consecutive data sets of the controlled mixing layer and itsuncontrolled counterpart. The analyses of POD indicate that the y-direction body forcecontrol mainly modify themost energetic spatialstructures, and increase the uniformity of the flow. The analyses of DMD show us prevalent frequencies andcorresponding mode structures, and the stability characteristics of each mode can be obtained fromDMD-spectrum. The spectral signatures illustrate that a lot of neutral/slightly damping modesemerging in uncontrolled flow within the frequency range (ω < 0.4) are suppressed due to control, relevant spatial-temporal structures are also varied, which iscoincident with the change of far-field noise spectra. From the view of mode decomposition, the action of control redistribute the energy forfrequency components of ω < 0.4 by weakening nonlinearities and regularizing corresponding dynamicstructures in streamwise direction, and thus suppress the noise radiation. Moreover, the POD- and DMD-analysis in this studydemonstrate that DMD can serve as an important supplement for POD in analyzing a time-resolved physicalprocess.  相似文献
