由于超短脉冲激光器的谐振腔大都采用多镜折叠的形式,像散已成为影响锁模激光器性能优劣的重要问题.本文提出了一种基于传播圆补偿像散的被动锁模激光器谐振腔设计方法,该方法简单、直观、高效,容易找到补偿像散的最佳位置.理论研究表明,当SESAM位于子午和弧矢传播圆交汇处附近时,SESAM处的子午光斑和弧矢光斑大小几乎相等,像散得到补偿.该谐振腔对外界干扰引起的腔镜振动和热透镜焦距的变化均不敏感,谐振腔的抗干扰性很强.实验研究表明,当SESAM位于子午和弧矢传播圆交汇处附近时,锁模激光器可获得稳定连续的锁模激光脉冲,且激光器的抗干扰性很强.本文的理论研究与实验结果相一致.  相似文献

A laser–diode-pumped passively Q-switched new type crystal Nd3+:NaY(WO4)2 (known as Nd:NYW) laser with GaAs semiconductor saturable absorber has been realized. The dependence of pulse repetition rate, pulse energy, pulse width, and peak power on pump power for different output coupler reflectivities are measured. The coupled rate equations are used to simulate the Q-switched process of laser, and the numerical solutions agree with the experimental results.  相似文献

The weathering of wood-plastic composites changes their appearance and/or mechanical properties. These changes can be slowed through the addition of ultraviolet absorbers and pigments. The first phase of this study examined the effect of incorporating different concentrations of an ultraviolet absorber and/or pigment into wood-flour-filled high-density polyethylene (WF/HDPE) composites. Lightness and flexural properties of the composites were determined periodically during exposure to UV radiation and water spray in a xenon-arc type weathering apparatus. The influence of exposure type (UV radiation, with or without water spray) on the properties of photostabilized WF/HDPE composites was determined in the second phase of the study. The results showed that both ultraviolet absorbers and pigments provide protection against weathering of wood-plastic composites. The amount of protection can be influenced by both photostabilzer concentration and exposure variables.  相似文献

被动调Q激光器以其结构简单、紧凑而获得了广泛的应用。为优化其性能参数,在总结近些年被动调Q基本理论基础上,对于具有能量上转换(Energy-transfer upconversion)的激光工作物质构成的被动调Q激光器,提出了可以将能量上转换引起的损耗归到线性损耗中进行优化设计的方法,并给出了输出镜的反射率和饱和吸收体的小信号透过率两者优化选择的直接关系图。根据被动调Q激光器的特有参数α,在总结提高调Q峰值功率的方法基础上,得出当α接近无穷大时,从被动调Q过渡到主动调Q,实现了被动调Q和主动调Q理论的统一。  相似文献

A novel type of the zero-biased thermo-electric bolometer (TEB) is proposed. The bolometer is based on a charge-to-voltage converter (CVC) with a superconductor–insulator–normal (SIN) tunnel junction and a superconducting absorber. The absorption of photons in the absorber leads to excitation of quasiparticles with some fraction of charge imbalance, tunneling through the SIN junction in zero-biased mode and generation of voltage. The thermoelectric voltage is determined by accumulation of tunneling charge in an external capacitance. Conversion efficiency is very high and voltage values comparable with a superconducting gap are easily achieved. The zero-biased CVC–TEB can be effectively used for creation of an array of bolometers and multi-pixel detection systems.  相似文献

为了满足红外探测器件集成化和对红外宽光谱范围吸收的需求,设计了一种工作在长波红外波段(8~14μm)的超宽带、高吸收、极化不敏感的超材料吸收器。通过在金属-介质-金属三层异质的超材料吸收器结构的顶部金属周围镶嵌一层介质形成超表面,以增加谐振强度和吸收带宽。在8~13.6μm的带宽范围内,该结构有超过90%的平均吸收率,覆盖了大部分长波红外大气窗口波段,对红外探测领域有着重要意义。研究结果表明:镶嵌的金属-介质组成的介质波导模式和谐振腔模式的结合以及传播型表面等离激元模式的激发是形成宽带高吸收的主要原因,并且谐振模式的谐振波长可以通过相关参数来进行调控。本文的研究结果为可调谐宽带长波红外吸收材料的设计提供参考,该设计方法可推广到中波红外波段、甚至长波红外或其它波段。  相似文献

Plasmonic systems based on metal nanoparticles on a metal film with high optical absorption have generated great interests for surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). In this study, we prepare a broadband‐visible light absorber consisting Au nanotriangles on the surface of a continuous optically opaque gold film separated with a dielectric SiO2 layer, which is a typical metal‐insulator‐metal (MIM) system, and demonstrate it as an efficient SERS substrate. The MIM nanostructure, prepared using nanosphere lithography with a very large area, shows a broadband with absorption exceeding 90% in the wavelength regime of 630–920 nm. We observe an average SERS enhancement factor (EF) as large as 4.9 × 106 with a 22‐fold increase compared to a single layer of Au nanotriangles directly on a quartz substrate. A maximum SERS EF can be achieved by optimizing the thicknesses of the dielectric layer to control the optical absorption. Owing to the simple, productive, and inexpensive fabrication technique, our MIM nanostructure could be a potential candidate for SERS applications. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Finite curved boundaries are unavoidable in the practical field of non-invasive tissue spectroscopy. This being the case, a technique derived from the microscopic Beer-Lambert law (MBL) can be applied regardless of what geometry is assumed. Here, experimental tests on a type of time integrated spectroscopy based on the MBL for a tissue-like phantom with curved boundaries are presented. The experiments employed a cylindrical liquid phantom 56 mm in diameter, which resembles a human forearm. Two independent measurements were made on the surface of the phantom at various absorption levels (the absorption coefficients of the phantom were from 2.45 × 10−3 to 4.12 × 10−2 mm−1 at 782 nm), one in the direction along the circumference and the other along the long axis of symmetry. In both cases, the absorber concentrations were successfully recovered within error values of a few percent using a single equation.  相似文献

In this study, we used the improved extreme-difference normalization method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation values of bioenrichment and toxicity of benzophenone UV light absor-bers(BPs). Based on this parameter, a 3D-QSAR(QSAR=quantitative structure activity relationship) pharmacophore model was constructed using Discovery Studio software and applied to the mole-cular modification of BPs. With three commonly used ingredients in sunscreen 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone(BP-3), 2,2'-dihydroxy-4,4'-dimethoxybenzophenone(BP-6) and 2,2'-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone(BP-8) as target molecules, we performed BPs substitution reaction based on the binding positions of characteristic elements of the pharmacophore model and designed BP derivatives with reduced bioenrichment and toxicity. Stability and function evaluation showed that while the stability of 6 BP derivatives was enhanced, the light absorption capacity was also significantly enhanced(from 9.16% to 43.16%). Molecular dynamics simulation results showed that the binding ability of BP-609 molecule with serum albumin was reduced by 16.37% compared with BP-6, and the binding with collagen could not occur spontaneously, which could be used as an explanation for the simultaneous reduction of its bioenrichment and toxicity. Besides, through the simulation of human metabolism, it was found that the liver metabolites of BP-609 were less toxic, which reduced the potential risk of human metabolism. It proved that the molecular modification scheme of BPs was environment-friendly.  相似文献

Recently, the coexistence of a parity‐time (PT) symmetric laser and absorber has gained tremendous research attention. While PT‐symmetric lasers have been observed in microring resonators, the experimental demonstration of a PT‐symmetric stripe laser is still absent. Here, we experimentally study a PT‐symmetric laser absorber in a stripe waveguide. Using the concept of PT‐symmetry to exploit the light amplification and absorption, PT‐symmetric laser absorbers have been successfully obtained. In contrast to the single‐mode PT‐symmetric lasers, the PT‐symmetric stripe lasers have been experimentally confirmed by comparing the relative wavelength positions and mode spacing under different pumping conditions. When the waveguide is half‐pumped, the mode spacing is doubled and the lasing wavelengths shift to the center of every two initial lasing modes. All these observations are consistent with the theoretical predictions and well confirm the PT‐symmetry breaking.
