设计了一种应用于瞬时热量标定系统的太阳模拟器光学系统,系统由短弧氙灯、椭球聚光镜和通道反射式积分器组成。介绍了椭球聚光镜的设计准则和限制要求,分析了积分器的工作原理和体均匀性,讨论了辐照面大小要求和安装空间的限制,最后,优化了系统设计并进行了仿真模拟。仿真结果表明,当选用近轴收大倍率为4.5、积分器管长为85mm时,若采用7000w氙灯,即能够获得3%的均匀性和4250食太阳常数的辐账“瞍;若采用5000W氙灯,则可在均匀性不变的情况下获得2980个太阳常数的辐照强度,两者均满足使用要求。  相似文献

3He, 129Xe and 131Xe NMR measurements of resonance frequencies in the magnetic field B0 = 11.7586 T in different gas phase mixtures have been reported. Precise radiofrequency values were extrapolated to the zero gas pressure limit. These results combined with new quantum chemical values of helium and xenon nuclear magnetic shielding constants were used to determine new accurate nuclear magnetic moments of 129Xe and 131Xe in terms of that of the 3He nucleus. They are as follows: μ(129Xe) = ?0.7779607(158)μN and μ(131Xe) = +0.6918451(70)μN. By this means, the new ‘helium method’ for estimations of nuclear dipole moments was successfully tested. Gas phase NMR spectra demonstrate the weak intermolecular interactions observed on the 3He and 129Xe and 131Xe shielding in the gaseous mixtures with Xe, CO2 and SF6. Localization of PdCl2 clusters supported on multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) has been investigated using 129Xe NMR of adsorbed xenon. As-made MWCNTs with channels initially inaccessible for adsorption and ball-milled MWCNTs with the totally accessible internal surface were used as supports. The observed 129Xe NMR spectra were determined by the dynamics of xenon exchange between the aggregate pores and nanotube channels. No considerable changes of the 129Xe NMR spectrum with the concentration of supported PdCl2 were observed for the as-made MWCNT, while an additional resonance appeared for the ball-milled nanotubes. The 129Xe NMR experiments evidenced the supported species to be localized on the internal surface of the ball-milled MWCNT.  相似文献

组织蛋白酶B(Cat B)是一种溶酶体半胱氨酸蛋白酶,在细胞代谢中起重要作用.已有研究表明Cat B在肺癌细胞中会过表达.因此,细胞内Cat B水平的检测非常重要.迄今为止,细胞内Cat B的检测方法主要为荧光成像,但该技术受限于渗透性和自发荧光背景干扰.为了解决这些问题,我们设计了一种基于超极化129Xe磁共振成像的新型探针.它由一个作为129Xe核磁共振(NMR)报告基团的穴番分子笼和一个作为Cat B特异性可裂解基团的酰胺键组成.当探针与Cat B相互作用时,酰胺键的断裂会导致其129Xe化学位移发生变化.结合超极化-化学交换饱和转移(Hyper-CEST)技术,可为Cat B提供一种新颖的检测方法.  相似文献

According to single crystal X-ray diffraction, neutron powder diffraction, solid state MAS NMR data, and differential scanning calorimetry, XeF6 exists in at least six different modifications. Three of them are formed at temperatures above room temperature, one exists at room temperature, while two have been found at low temperatures. In the high temperature modifications XeF6 forms a non-symmetric tetramer, better described as a cyclic trimer with a weakly associated monomer. The normal temperature modification is the previously described cubic phase IV, having disordered tetrameric and hexameric units. The low temperature modifications are regular tetramers. Only in presence of HF symmetric dimers are formed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The response of Y2O3 nanoprecipitates in a 1-µm YBa2Cu3O7-x layer from a superconducting wire Ag/YBCO/buffer metal oxides/Hastelloy to 107?MeV Kr and 167?MeV Xe ion irradiation was investigated using a combination of transmission electron microscopy, diffraction and X-ray energy-dispersive spectrometry. The direct observation of the radiation-induced tracks in Y2O3 nanocrystals is reported for the first time to the authors’ best knowledge. Structureless damaged regions of 5–9?nm (average 8?nm) in diameter were observed in Y2O3 nanocrystals when the electronic stopping power Se was about or higher than 4.7 keV/nm. This value of Se is the upper estimate of the minimum electronic stopping power to create damage in yttria nanocrystals. The electron diffraction patterns, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform patterns from areas extending a few nanometres around the tracks show that yttria and YBCO keep their respective cubic and orthorhombic pristine structures.  相似文献

Abstract

High-LET particle hits in embryos of Zea mays (corn) seeds, flown as part of the ASTP-Biostack III, were determined via plastic nuclear track detectors. Based on etched particle-track measurements, 41 embryos were hit in seed layer 1 which contained 80 seeds, and 49 hits occurred in layer 2 which contained 79 seeds. The mean LET value and range of atomic numbers of recorded hits is, respectively, 210 ± 57 keV/μm and 9 ? Z ? 26. Detailed analysis of one particular seed showing marked growth anomalies revealed two hits in the central region of the embryo. These two hits had LET values in the region of 100–150 keV/μm, and Z ? 20.  相似文献

The sheath is formed near the cathode immediately after applying the voltage across the electrodes. This formation is mainly due to the depopulation of this region by electrons. Using the one-dimensional model of the sheath region and the kinetic model coupled to the dielectric barrier discharge discharge electric circuit, we studied the formation of the cathode sheath and its evolution during the first pulse in Ne–Xe mixture for 10% and 20% of xenon at a total gas pressure of 400 Torr and for an applied voltage of 3 kV. The results illustrate the discharge behaviors as well as the evolution of the electric field and the charged particles in the cathode region. The effect of the xenon concentration is also studied and discussed.  相似文献

The structures and stabilities of a new class of species, noble-gas–coinage-metal hydroxides NgMOH (Ng =?Ar, Kr and Xe; M =?Cu and Ag), are investigated at the MP2 theoretical level. All species are found to be in Cs symmetry with an approximate linear Ng–M–O moiety. The noble-gas–coinage-metal bond lengths are in the range of the respective covalent and van der Waals limits, showing a different degree of approach to the former along the series Ar–Kr–Xe for Ng–Cu and Ng–Ag bonds, respectively. The dissociation energies of noble-gas–coinage-metal bonds are relatively large as compared to the van der Waals complexes. Besides the charge-induced dipole contribution, other effects –?higher-order charge-induction energies, dispersion interaction, etc., should be considered to explain the noble-gas–coinage-metal bonding mechanism. The present results suggest that the title species are stable enough to be prepared experimentally.  相似文献
