固定pH滴定法测定弱酸弱碱性药物

报道一种水溶液吕测定弱酸弱碱性药物的新型滴定分析方法－固定ｐＨ滴定法，其理论基础是弱酸弱碱在水溶液中各种存在形式的分布系数在ｐＨ值固定时为常数，对甲硝唑，盐酸美西律等离散常数在１０＾－８至１０＾－１１范围内的７种弱酸弱碱性药物进行测定。结果与药典法吻合，回收率在９９．４％～１００．６％，方法简便，快速，准确，制剂中的赋形剂及色物不影响测定。     

Theoretical Study of Weakly Bound Dimers between Hydrogen Fluoride and Some Polar Molecules

Weakly bound linear and bent dimers, FH—X (where X = CO, OC, CNH, NCH, N₂O and ON₂), are investigated using the DFT B3LYP and ab initio MP2 methods with the same basis sets (6–311++G(3df,2pd)). The strengths of the H—C or H—N H‐bonds in dimers FH—CO, FH—CNH, and FH—N₂O are compared with those of the H—O or H—N H‐bonds in dimers FH—OC, FH—NCH, and FH—ON₂. The results obtained for the H‐bond distances, the elongation effect of the HF bond, the red shift of the HF stretching frequency, and the energy difference between the dimer and the charge transfer reveal that the H‐bonds of the first group of dimers are stronger than those of the second. The Gibbs energies calculated for the six dimer formations indicate that the weakly bound dimers are unstable at room temperature (T = 298 K) (FH—X's → FH + X's, ΔG < 0).

本文通过引入弱拟正则元的概念，对一般Ｍｏｎｏｉｄ分次环Ａ（未必有１）给出以内部元素刻划的分次Ｊａｃｏｂｓｏｎ根ＪＧ（Ａ）．证明当Ａ有１时，ＪＧ（Ａ）与通常定义的Ｊｇ（Ａ）相等．对ＪＧ（Ａ）性质的讨论，推广了最近的许多结果．作为应用，我们给出了Ａｒｔｉｎ分次环的全部基本结构定理．     

Infinite propagation speed of a weakly dissipative modified two-component Dullin–Gottwald–Holm system

We consider the infinite propagation speed of a weakly dissipative modified two-component Dullin–Gottwald–Holm (mDGH2) system. The infinite propagation speed is derived for the corresponding solution with compactly supported initial data that does not have compact support any longer in its lifespan.     

Two questions on semi-clean group rings

It was proved in [4] that every group ring of a torsion abelian group over a commutative local ring is a semi-clean ring. It was asked in [4] whether every group ring of a torsion abelian group over a commutative clean ring is a semi-clean ring and whether every group ring of a torsion abelian group over a commutative semi-clean ring is a semi-clean ring. In this paper, we give a positive answer to question 1 and a negative answer to question 2.     

Determination of the n‐octanol/water partition coefficients of weakly ionizable basic compounds by reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography with neutral model compounds

A strategy to utilize neutral model compounds for lipophilicity measurement of ionizable basic compounds by reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography is proposed in this paper. The applicability of the novel protocol was justified by theoretical derivation. Meanwhile, the linear relationships between logarithm of apparent n‐octanol/water partition coefficients (logK_ow′′) and logarithm of retention factors corresponding to the 100% aqueous fraction of mobile phase (logk_w) were established for a basic training set, a neutral training set and a mixed training set of these two. As proved in theory, the good linearity and external validation results indicated that the logK_ow′′–logk_w relationships obtained from a neutral model training set were always reliable regardless of mobile phase pH. Afterwards, the above relationships were adopted to determine the logK_ow of harmaline, a weakly dissociable alkaloid. As far as we know, this is the first report on experimental logK_ow data for harmaline (logK_ow = 2.28 ± 0.08). Introducing neutral compounds into a basic model training set or using neutral model compounds alone is recommended to measure the lipophilicity of weakly ionizable basic compounds especially those with high hydrophobicity for the advantages of more suitable model compound choices and convenient mobile phase pH control.

本文指出并改正文［１］中的错误，给出弱特征多项式［２］与重特征多项式［３］间的显式关系，同时也给出行列式［２］与重行列式［４］间的显式关系，最后讨论了左特征值、右特征值、特征值和特征根之间的关系及最小多项式与弱特征多项式根之间的关系．
