将结构奇异值μ综合鲁棒控制技术应用于主动抗振控制系统中,并用于解决光学移相干涉仪抗振系统的不确定性问题.采用小波分析方法将随机振动信号进行时频分析后得到低频全局信息,随后运用μ综合D-K迭代法设计鲁棒μ控制器对低频振动进行抑制.该方法克服了由模型自身和外部干扰所引起的不确定性,使得控制系统能够有效地抑制抗振模型的不确定性和外部振动的干扰,同时也具有很高的控制准确度和灵敏度.仿真结果表明,该方法使光学移相干涉仪在外部振动的干扰下具有较好的鲁棒稳定性和控制准确度,同时也能较好地抑制低频振动.  相似文献

We propose a new method for performing multiscale analysis of functions defined on the vertices of a finite connected weighted graph. Our approach relies on a random spanning forest to downsample the set of vertices, and on approximate solutions of Markov intertwining relation to provide a subgraph structure and a filter bank leading to a wavelet basis of the set of functions. Our construction involves two parameters q and q. The first one controls the mean number of kept vertices in the downsampling, while the second one is a tuning parameter between space localization and frequency localization. We provide an explicit reconstruction formula, bounds on the reconstruction operator norm and on the error in the intertwining relation, and a Jackson-like inequality. These bounds lead to recommend a way to choose the parameters q and q. We illustrate the method by numerical experiments.  相似文献

We study properties of anisotropic Triebel–Lizorkin spaces associated with general expansive dilations and doubling measures on using wavelet transforms. This paper is a continuation of (Bownik in J Geom Anal 2007, to appear, Trans Am Math Soc 358:1469–1510, 2006), where we generalized the isotropic methods of dyadic -transforms of Frazier and Jawerth (J Funct Anal 93:34–170, 1990) to non-isotropic settings. By working at the level of sequence spaces, we identify the duals of anisotropic Triebel–Lizorkin spaces. We also obtain several real and complex interpolation results for these spaces. We investigate the approximation rate for certain centered Gaussian fields by a general approach. Upper estimates are proved in the context of so–called Hölder operators and lower estimates follow from the eigenvalue behavior of some related self–adjoint integral operator in a suitable L 2(μ)–space. In particular, we determine the approximation rate for the Lévy fractional Brownian motion X H with Hurst parameter H∈(0,1), indexed by a self–similar set T?? N of Hausdorff dimension D. This rate turns out to be of order n ?H/D (log?n)1/2. In the case T=[0,1] N we present a concrete wavelet representation of X H leading to an approximation of X H with the optimal rate n ?H/N (log?n)1/2.  相似文献

Continuous online monitoring of rotating machines is necessary to assess real-time health conditions so as to enable early detection of operation problems and thus reduce the possibility of downtime. Rolling element bearings are crucial parts of many machines and there has been an increasing demand to find effective and reliable health monitoring technique and advanced signal processing to detect and diagnose the size and location of incipient defects. Condition monitoring of rolling element bearings, comprises four main stages which are, statistical analysis, fault diagnostics, defect size calculation, and prognostics. In this paper the effect of defect size, operating speed, and loading conditions on statistical parameters of acoustic emission (AE) signals, using design of experiment method (DOE), have been investigated to select the most sensitive parameters for diagnosing incipient faults and defect growth on rolling element bearings. A modified and effective signal processing algorithm is designed to diagnose localized defects on rolling element bearings components under different operating speeds, loadings, and defect sizes. The algorithm is based on optimizing the ratio of Kurtosis and Shannon entropy to obtain the optimal band pass filter utilizing wavelet packet transform (WPT) and envelope detection. Results show the superiority of the developed algorithm and its effectiveness in extracting bearing characteristic frequencies from the raw acoustic emission signals masked by background noise under different operating conditions. To experimentally measure the defect size on rolling element bearings using acoustic emission technique, the proposed method along with spectrum of squared Hilbert transform are performed under different rotating speeds, loading conditions, and defect sizes to measure the time difference between the double AE impulses. Measurement results show the power of the proposed method for experimentally measuring size of different fault shapes using acoustic emission signals.  相似文献

针对在线采集时超声波检测信号中存在大量噪声,降低了材料内部缺陷诊断准确性的问题,提出了一种基于广义K+奇异值分解算法(K-SVD)和正交匹配追踪算法(OMP)相结合的超声回波信号去噪算法。该算法利用K-SVD算法将Gabor字典训练成能够最有效反映信号结构特征的超完备字典,然后基于训练完成的超完备字典,用OMP算法把一定数量的字典原子进行线性组合来构成原始信号,从而实现信号的去噪。通过仿真实验将本文方法与传统的小波阈值去噪方法进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,该方法对超声回波信号的去噪效果优于小波阈值去噪方法,且噪声越大对比越明显,不仅可更有效地滤除信号中的高斯白噪声,提高信噪比,且尽可能保留了原始信号有用信息。  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel wavelet denoising method, which exploits the statistics of individual scans acquired in the course of a coaveraging process. The proposed method consists of shrinking the wavelet coefficients of the noisy signal by a factor that minimizes the expected square error with respect to the true signal. Since the true signal is not known, a sub-optimal estimate of the shrinking factor is calculated by using the sample statistics of the acquired scans. It is shown that such an estimate can be generated as the limit value of a recursive formulation. In a simulated example, the performance of the proposed method is seen to be equivalent to the best choice between hard and soft thresholding for different signal-to-noise ratios. Such a conclusion is also supported by an experimental investigation involving near-infrared (NIR) scans of a diesel sample. It is worth emphasizing that this experimental example concerns the removal of actual instrumental noise, in contrast to other case studies in the denoising literature, which usually present simulations with artificial noise. The simulated and experimental cases indicate that, in classic denoising based on wavelet coefficient thresholding, choosing between the hard and soft options is not straightforward and may lead to considerably different outcomes. By resorting to the proposed method, the analyst is not required to make such a critical decision in order to achieve appropriate results.  相似文献

The pharmaceutical industry faces increasing regulatory pressure to optimize quality control. Content uniformity is a basic release test for solid dosage forms. To accelerate test throughput and comply with the Food and Drug Administration's process analytical technology initiative, attention is increasingly turning to nondestructive spectroscopic techniques, notably near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy (NIRS). However, validation of NIRS using requisite linearity and standard error of prediction (SEP) criteria remains a challenge. This study applied wavelet transformation of the NIR spectra of a commercial tablet to build a model using conventional partial least squares (PLS) regression and an artificial neural network (ANN). Wavelet coefficients in the PLS and ANN models reduced SEP by up to 60% compared to PLS models using mathematical spectra pretreatment. ANN modeling yielded high-linearity calibration and a correlation coefficient exceeding 0.996.  相似文献
