利用波长检测型表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器对硫堇在金膜表面的电化学聚合成膜过程进行了跟踪分析.结果表明,在固定入射角下SPR共振波长随循环伏安扫描周数的增加而线性红移,表明聚硫堇膜的生长是匀速的;扫描100周后共振波长红移总量为96.6 nm.对该实验结果进行理论拟合,得出聚硫堇膜的厚度约为71 nm.聚硫堇膜在酸性缓冲液中的电化学活性很高,其电化学反应过程受扩散控制,在一个完整的循环伏安扫描过程中SPR共振波长的变化完全可逆,说明聚硫堇膜的氧化反应和还原反应是一对可逆过程.与还原态聚硫堇膜相比,氧化态聚硫堇膜对应的SPR共振波长较大,说明氧化态聚硫堇膜折射率高.  相似文献

Ultrafast (UF) NMR spectroscopy is an approach that yields 2D spectra in a single scan. This methodology has become a powerful analytical tool that is used in a large array of applications. However, UF NMR spectroscopy still suffers from an intrinsic low sensitivity, and from the need to compromise between sensitivity, spectral width, and resolution. In particular, the modulation of signal intensities by the spin–spin J‐coupling interaction (J‐modulation) impacts significantly on the intensities of the spectral peaks. This effect can lead to large sensitivity losses and even to missing spectral peaks, depending on the nature of the spin system. Herein, a general simulation package (Spinach) is used to describe J‐modulation effects in UF experiments. The results from simulations match with experimental data and the results of product operator calculations. Several methods are proposed to optimize the sensitivity in UF COSY spectra. The potential and drawbacks of the different strategies are also discussed. These approaches provide a way to adjust the sensitivity of UF experiments for a large range of applications.  相似文献

The effects of a spatial modulation acting at the inflow of a moderately turbulent planar jet surrounded by a faster co-flow are investigated using direct numerical simulation of the Navier–Stokes equations. We adopt a superposition of spatially filtered small-scale random perturbations and a structured large-scale flow modulation. The large-scale modulation is characterised in terms of a Beltrami flow, specified by a wavenumber K. These large-scale modulations are steady and spatially periodic, while the random small-scale perturbations fluctuate in time and in space. The flow configuration studied in this paper is agitated by this combined large- and small-scale agitation at the inflow plane of a rectangular domain of size L × L × 2L in the x-, y- and streamwise z-directions. The inflow perturbation is focused on a strip of size L × D in the x- and y-directions. A parametric variation is carried out considering different choices for the wavenumber of the large-scale modulation. We focus on effects that the inflow modulation has on global characteristics of the flow, e.g. the width of the mixing region formed between the two streams and the dissipation rate, ?. Results show that the width of the mixing region increases faster compared to the case without the large-scale perturbation, when the flow is agitated by structures of size comparable to the integral scales of the flow. For the dissipation rate, results show the presence of a maximum response at a certain wavenumber K in case we apply a large-scale modulation. This maximum is attained at modulation scales that vary locally with respect to the distance from the inflow plane. Close to the inflow, the maximum response occurs at small modulation scales, while further into the domain a maximum response is present at comparably large modulation scales.  相似文献

The dynamics of homogeneous shear turbulence laden with spherical finite-size particles is investigated using fully resolved numerical simulations to understand how the presence of particles modulates turbulent shear flows. We focus on a dilute flow laden with non-sedimenting particles whose diameter is slightly smaller than or comparable with those of vortex cores in turbulence. An immersed boundary method is adopted to represent a spherical finite-size particle. Numerical results show that the presence of particles augments the viscous dissipation of turbulence kinetic energy, which leads to a slower increase in the turbulence energy. Although the augmentation of energy dissipation occurs predominantly inside viscous layers surrounding particles in an initial period, the contribution from their outside becomes more significant due to the modification of turbulence structures as turbulence develops. It is found that the particles exhibit weak tendency to accumulate in vortex layers. The particles approaching and colliding with vortex layers induce large velocity fluctuations, which leads to the generation and shedding of thin vortex tubes. Newly generated vortex tubes interact with developed vortex tubes and layers, and modify the entire structure of the vorticity field.  相似文献

We report on the electronic transport properties of p-modulation Be-doped Ga0.8In0.2As/GaAs single quantum well. The experiments included the spectral photoluminescence between 8 and 300?K, and Hall effect measurements at temperatures between 14 and 300?K. The effect of strain which induces splitting of the valence band as light and heavy hole bands on transport is discussed. The calculated band alignment of the GaInAs sample using model-solid theory including strain effects indicates large conduction band discontinuities and a much smaller valance band discontinuity in GaInAs. The effect of the conduction and valance band discontinuity on the electronic transport properties is also discussed.  相似文献

All the incommensurate modulation-induced satellite spots and main diffraction spots of basic sublattices can be indexed systematically with a superspace group method. This paper is devoted to investigate the nonlinear behaviors of a V-shaped microcantilever of an atomic force microscope (AFM) operating in its two major modes: amplitude modulation and frequency modulation. The nonlinear behavior of the AFM is due to the nonlinear nature of the AFM tip–sample interaction caused by the Van der Waals attraction/repulsion force. Considering the V-shaped microcantilever as a flexible continuous system, the resonant frequencies, mode shapes, governing nonlinear partial and ordinary differential equations (PDE and ODE) of motion, boundary conditions, frequency and time responses, potential function and phase-plane of the system are obtained analytically. The governing PDE is determined by employing the Hamilton principle. Subsequently, the Galerkin method is utilized to gain the governing nonlinear ODE. Afterward, the resulting ODE is analytically solved by means of some perturbation techniques including the method of multiple scales and the Lindsted–Poincare method. In addition, the effects of different parameters including geometrical one on the frequency response of the system are assessed.  相似文献

 根据目标红外辐射特性形成的机理,探讨了人工光源对目标红外特性调制的方法。通过建立人工光源照射目标的理论模型,对人工光源照射时目标的表面温度进行了仿真计算与实际测量,在此基础上对目标红外辐射进行了计算与分析。结果表明:人工光源可以对目标的红外特性进行调制,调制的效果取决于光源的照射功率、照射时间、照射距离及光源的入射角。一般情况下,夜晚照射时调制效果明显,白天照射时调制效果不明显。  相似文献
