n型T'-214相超导体的结构和性质

T＇－214相化合物R2-xCexCuO4（R为稀土离子）成为超导体决定于R3+的离子半径大小、Ce4+的取代量和化合物的热处理时的稳定性．从Raman光谱实验结果提出热处理过程中发生电荷转移．Ce4+的取代引起TN（Cu）下降，当TN（Cu）降到0时，超导性出现。不同的稀土离子TN（Cu）不同，稀土离子的反铁磁性（AFM）与超导性（SC）共存。热电势的测量结果可以用双通道模型解释，n型超导体中电子与空穴共存．     

叔醇脱水成烯反应的溶剂化能力与介电常数的关系

我们用Fe_2(SO_4)_3·xH_2O为催化剂,对2-甲基-2-已醇脱水生成烯烃反应的溶剂化能力及其动力学做了研究,测定了20种不同溶剂中的反应速率常数和以丙至辛6种直链醇为溶剂于不同温度下反应的速率常数,确定了溶剂化能力与溶剂介电常数之间的线性关系。这方面工作尚未见报道。     

疏水缔合型增稠剂聚(丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸高级酯)的合成及增稠性能研究

采用沉淀聚合法合成了聚（丙烯酰胺－丙烯酸十四酯），聚（丙烯酰胺－丙烯酸十六酯）和聚（丙烯酰胺－丙烯酸十八酯），重点讨论了共聚物中疏水基团数量及疏水基团链长对增稠性能的影响。采用凯达尔定氮法和动态热分析（DMTA）测定了共聚物的组成及玻璃化温度。     

Effects of type and number of impellers and liquid viscosity on the power characteristics of mechanically agitated gas—liquid systems

Effect of the type and number of high-speed impellers installed on a common shaft on the power characteristics was investigated in water and glucose solutions of different concentration. Different configurations of the Rushton or Smith turbines, pitched blade turbines, propeller, and A 315 impeller were tested. Measurements of power consumption were carried out within the transitional and turbulent regime of the fluid flow using the strain gauge method. Baffled agitated vessels with inner diameter of 0.288 m and 0.634 m were used for the experiments. Liquid height in the vessels was equal to the vessel diameter or it was twice higher. The relative power consumption was compared for different configurations of the impellers. Schrödinger Equation Solutions for the Central Field Power Potential Energy I. V(r) = V 0(r/a 0)2ν−2, ν ≥ 1

The solution of a generalized non-relativistic Schrödinger equation with radial potential energy V(r)=V ₀(r/a ₀)^2–2 is presented. After reviewing the general properties of the radial ordinary differential equation, power series solutions are developed. The Green's function is constructed, its trace and the trace of its first iteration are calculated, and the ability of the traces to provide upper and lower bounds for the ground eigenvalue is examined. In addition, WKB-like solutions for the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are derived. The approximation method yields valid eigenvalues for large quantum numbers (Rydberg states).     

Quantitative characterization of the global electrophilicity pattern of some reagents involved in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions

The global electrophilicity power, ω, of a series of dipoles and dipolarophiles commonly used in 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions may be conveniently classified within a unique relative scale. The effects of chemical substitution on the electrophilicity of molecules have been evaluated using a representative set of electron-withdrawing and electron-releasing groups for a series of dipoles including nitrone, nitrile oxide and azide derivatives. The absolute scale of electrophilicity is used to rationalize the chemical reactivity of these species as compared to the static reactivity pattern of the reagents involved in the Diels-Alder reactions.     

Molecular magnet based on the FeII,III complex with squaric acid

The reaction of Fe^II and Fe^III salts with tetrabutylammonium squarate in an aqueous solution gives rise to a new molecular magnet (T _c = 8.6 K).     

农业供应链金融能有效缓解企业的融资约束？——涉农企业参与精准扶贫的实证研究

农业供应链金融为涉农企业融资难问题提供了新思路。本文以上市涉农上市企业2016~2018年的财务数据为样本,探讨了农业供应链金融对缓解企业融资约束的影响,以及涉农企业参与精准扶贫对缓解融资约束的调节作用。研究发现:涉农企业普遍面临融资约束问题,而农业供应链金融显著缓解了涉农企业的融资约束,且对参与精准扶贫企业的融资约束缓解更为显著。本文揭示了:农业供应链金融能有效缓解涉农企业的融资约束问题,再次证明了农业供应链金融缓解涉农企业融资约束的重要性和必要性,拓展了供应链金融研究的领域,同时对企业参与精准扶贫,响应新时期涉农企业社会责任的具体要求,形成政府、企业等共同承担社会责任的多元化减贫治理机制,助力乡村振兴提供相应借鉴。     

区块链技术影响下的供应链系统动态响应性研究

为解决供应链系统中信息时滞和不对称问题,加快推动区块链技术在供应链管理中的创新发展,本文运用控制理论构建由分销商和零售商组成的二级供应链系统控制模型,引入区块链技术影响下的信息校正因子,推导系统的传递函数,通过MATLAB仿真不同需求信号下的订单可变性和库存波动。仿真结果表明:(1)区块链技术的应用提高了库存系统的精准性和稳定性;(2)高库存可变性伴随着高订单可变性;(3)指数平滑系数和区块链技术影响下的信息校正因子有效抑制供应链中的牛鞭效应;(4)信息延迟时间越长,区块链技术影响下的信息校正因子对控制系统的抑制作用越显著。本研究量化了区块链技术对供应链中牛鞭效应的影响,提高了供应链系统的精准性和稳定性,丰富了区块链技术在供应链管理中的应用,为企业管理者提供新的研究思路。     

市场化改革背景下养老机构服务供给博弈研究

考虑政府补贴、市场化程度、养老机构服务成本、老年人偏好等因素,构建了完全国有化、公私并存的半市场化和完全市场化三种情形下公办和民办养老机构之间的两阶段博弈模型,比较分析了市场化程度对养老机构服务价格制定和服务水平选择的影响,实证讨论了各参数变化对养老机构收益及社会福利的影响。研究表明:完全市场化机制会降低养老机构服务质量,完全国有化机制会陷入社会福利陷阱,探索公私并存的最佳市场化水平才能更好地提高社会福利;适度推进市场化改革,提高养老机构服务水平,降低民办养老机构服务成本,适度提高对民办养老机构的补贴,将有效缓解公办和民办养老机构的不公平竞争;提高老年人支付能力,推进养老机构供给侧结构性改革,将保障机构养老服务的有效供给,促进养老服务业的健康有序发展。
