Synthesis,Characterization and Migration of Ionic Polyferrocenyl Compounds of 5‐Ferrocenyl‐1H‐tetrazole and Their Effects During Combustion 下载免费PDF全文
Eighteen ionic polyferrocenyl compounds with 5‐ferrocenyl‐1H‐tetrazolate as anion and mono‐ and dinuclear ferrocenyl‐alkylammonium as cations were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT‐IR, and UV/Vis spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Molecular structures of three compounds were further confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Their thermal stability was evaluated by TG and DSC and found that they are of high thermal stability. The cyclic voltammetry analysis suggested that each of the compounds exhibits only an irreversible redox wave of the ferrocene units in the molecule. Both migration and volatility test results showed that, on comparison with those of Catocene, all tested compounds exhibit much more excellent anti‐migration ability and most of the tested compounds have lower volatility. Their effects on the thermal disintegration of ammonium perchlorate (AP), 1,3,5‐trinitro‐1,3,5‐triazacyclohexane (RDX), and 1,2,5,7‐tetranitro‐1,3,5,7‐tetraazacyclooctane (HMX) were measured by DSC. The results revealed that most of the compounds exhibit significant catalytic effects on the thermal degradation of AP and RDX. Particularly, most of the compounds containing one ferrocene unit in their cations show higher activity than that of Catocene. These compounds can be used as alternatives to Catocene in the composite solid propellants. 相似文献

Experimental and numerical methods to identify the linear viscoelastic properties of flax fibre reinforced polymer (FFRP) composite are presented in this study. The method relies on the evolution of storage modulus and loss factor as observed through the frequency response. Free-free symmetrically guided beams were excited in the dynamic range of 10 Hz to 4 kHz with a swept sine excitation focused around their first modes. A fractional derivative Zener model has been identified to predict the complex moduli. A modified ply constitutive law has been then implemented in a classical laminates theory calculation (CLT) routine. Overall, the Zener model fitted the experimental results well. The storage modulus was not frequency dependant, while the loss factor increased with frequency and reached a maximum value for a fibre orientation of 70°. The damping of FFRP was, respectively, 5 and 2 times higher than for equivalent carbon and glass fibres reinforced epoxy composites. 相似文献

The influence of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on phase morphology, lamellar structure, thermal stability, melting behaviour and isothermal crystallisation kinetics of polycarbonate/polypropylene (PC/PP) blend nanocomposites has been investigated. Both neat blends and PC/PP (60/40)/MWCNT nanocomposites were prepared by melt mixing method. Morphological analyses were performed by high-resolution X-ray micro-computed tomography and scanning electron microscopy. The co-continuous morphology of the blend was retained irrespective of MWCNT loading. In addition, a substantial refinement in the co-continuous structure was observed. Wide angle and small angle X-ray scattering studies were used to analyse the structural properties of the blend nanocomposites. The addition of MWCNT increases the long period of polypropylene. The influence of addition of MWCNT on the crystallisation temperature and equilibrium melting temperature (Tm°) of polypropylene was followed. The MWCNTs promote crystallisation rate of polypropylene in the blend nanocomposites. 相似文献

针对燃煤电厂湿法脱硫浆液中Hg2+易被还原的特性,研究Hg2+在模拟湿法脱硫系统中的迁移机制,考察了浆液温度、pH值以及SO32-、Cl-、Ca2+、Mg2+浓度等因素对Hg2+还原性能的影响。结果表明,Hg2+还原率随着浆液中SO32-浓度的增大而降低;pH值对Hg2+的还原呈先增加后降低的趋势,在pH值为5.5时还原率最高;温度的升高不利于浆液中稳定的二价汞盐络合物存在,导致Hg2+还原率增加;Ca2+、Mg2+以及Cl-浓度的增加有利于形成稳定化合物,从而抑制Hg2+的还原。 相似文献

山西典型高铝煤灰熔融及黏温特性改性实验研究 《燃料化学学报》2017,45(11):1303-1309
以山西典型高铝煤为研究对象,研究了工业助熔剂石灰石、黏土以及两者的复合助熔剂对其灰熔融特性及黏温特性的影响。结果表明,随着助熔剂含量的增加,煤灰熔融流动温度下降;石灰石的助熔效果优于黏土,复合助熔剂效果优于单一助熔剂。添加石灰石使灰渣临界黏度温度tcv显著降低,添加黏土使其渣型向玻璃渣转变,复合助熔剂较单一助熔剂存在显著协同作用,即能同时实现tcv的降低和渣型的有利转变。对山西典型高铝煤两渡煤,在复合助熔剂添加量为4%(2%石灰石+2%黏土)时,不仅其渣型向玻璃渣转变,且tcv较单独添加石灰石(2%)降低133℃,较单独添加黏土(6%)降低222℃。矿物质分析结果证实了助熔剂的助熔原理。添加复合助熔剂改性的山西高铝煤可达到工业气流床气化对煤种的要求。 相似文献

与一般有机染料分子相比,半导体材料量子点具有优异的光学性能,在多个领域得到了广泛的应用.量子点具有窄而对称且可调的发射波长、宽激发强吸收、抗光漂白能力强以及水溶性好等诸多优势,引起了研究者广泛关注.为了增加量子点的斯托克斯位移从而很好地避免量子点的自猝灭现象,引入掺杂物是一种很有效的方式.掺杂量子点不仅保留了量子点原有的优点,而且还赋予量子点额外的优异性能.如Mn掺杂ZnS量子点生物相容性好,不含Cd和Hg等有害元素,而且Mn2+的加入使其具有优异的室温磷光特性.磷光检测能很好地避开生物背景荧光的干扰,使得Mn掺杂ZnS量子点能够广泛应用于磷光生物分析.本文综述了Mn掺杂ZnS量子点在室温磷光分析中的研究进展,着重介绍了几种具有启发意义的设计策略,包括其发光机理以及应用于离子、分子以及生物大分子等的检测. 相似文献

Four multicomponent room temperature mixtures were formulated using a pyrimidine-based achiral matrix as host and four terphenyl-based ester chiral compounds as dopants. Among the four mixtures, two exhibit antiferroelectric and two other exhibit ferroelectric phases at room temperature. Dopant molecules differ from each other by position and number of fluorine atom substitution at the benzoate group of the molecular rigid core. Number and location of fluorine atoms in the dopant structure show significant effect on the phase sequences as well as on different physical properties. All the mixtures found to have moderate spontaneous polarisation, high tilt angle, very fast switching time and low viscosity which are important for liquid crystal-based display applications. 相似文献

Safety and comfort analysis of a 3-D vehicle model with optimal non-linear active seat suspension 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A generalized nonlinear model is formulated for the dynamic analysis of suspension seats with passive, semi-active and active dampers. The model incorporates coulomb friction due to suspension linkages and bushings, forces arising from interactions with the elastic limit stops, a linear suspension spring and nonlinear damping force for passive, semi-active and active dampers, while the contribution due to biodynamics of the human operator is considered to be negligible. The semi-active and active dampers are characterized by force generators in accordance with the control laws based upon suspension mass velocity. Two different suspension seats are experimentally assessed in the laboratory under sinusoidal and random excitations arising from an urban bus, and the measured data is used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed generalized model. The results showed reasonably good agreement between the model results and the measured data. Optimal model parameters are selected using the sequential unconstrained minimization technique with an objective to minimize the acceleration due to vibration transmitted to the occupant mass. The comfort and safety performance characteristics of the optimal suspension seat with semi-active and active dampers are evaluated under both the sinusoidal and random excitations based on the guidelines provided by ISO-2631. From these results, it is concluded that the comfort performance of a suspension seat with semi-active and active dampers can be considerably enhanced by 20–30%. 相似文献

In this paper, reduction of vibration of a flexible planar mechanism is achieved through synthesis of an optimal controller.
A finite element model, based on the equivalent rigid-link system theory, is used to accurately describe the dynamic behavior
of the system. The model, which accounts for geometric and inertial nonlinearities of the mechanism, has been fully validated
through experimental tests. In order to be able to employ the classical optimal control theory, a suitable linear model has
been derived from the original one by means of a suitable linearization procedure. Vibration reduction can then be obtained
by first defining an adequate performance index, which accounts for vibration amplitude, then by solving Riccati’s equation
in order to find the controller that minimizes the performance index, i.e. the optimal controller. The results of several
tests that have been carried out are also reported, to show the effectiveness of the synthesized control system. 相似文献
