Based on the first-principles method, we investigate the electronic structure of SnC/BAs van der Waals (vdW) heterostructure and find that it has an intrinsic type-II band alignment with a direct band gap of 0.22 eV, which favors the separation of photogenerated electron–hole pairs. The band gap can be effectively modulated by applying vertical strain and external electric field, displaying a large alteration of band gap via the strain and experiencing an indirect-to-direct band gap transition. Moreover, the band gap of the heterostructure varies almost linearly with external electric field, and the semiconductor-to-metal transition can be realized in the presence of a strong electric field. The calculated band alignment and the optical absorption reveal that the SnC/BAs heterostructure could present an excellent light-harvesting performance. Our designed heterostructure is expected to have great potential applications in nanoelectronic devices and photovoltaics and optical properties. 相似文献

针对浅海环境中利用单深度接收信号自相关函数的Warping变换方法测距时易出现的多值性问题, 提出一种双深度Warping变换融合测距方法。该方法将双深度测量场的Warping变换提取结果与具有深度差异的拷贝场本征函数信息融合, 判别简正波干涉项模态, 提高测距的准确度。此外, 针对实际海洋环境中测量场Warping变换特征峰位置难以准确提取的问题, 将Warping变换的频率不变性与图像形态学方法结合以增强特征频率结构, 提高后续测距的稳健性。海试数据处理结果显示, 测距结果与实际距离符合较好, 表明所提方法具有实际可行性。

A voice therapy program using pushing exercises to correct glottal incompetence is described. The program utilizes various types of instrumentation to determine whether or not a given patient is likely to benefit from the treatment. The program also provides feedback of target voices. Three cases with incomplete glottal closure and subsequent vocal dysphonia characterized by an asthenic breathy quality are used to illustrate the program. At least two bunchers are needed in the 3 MeV H- Medium Energy Beam Transport(MEBT)line located between RFQ and DTL for the CSNS(China Spallation Neutron Source).A nose-cone geometry has been adopted as the type of buncher cavity for its simplicity,higher impedance and lower risk of multipacting.By making use of the results got from the simulations on the buncher with two-dimension code SUPERFISH,the thermal and structural analyses have been carried out,the process and results to determine the resulting frequency shift due to thermal and structural distortion of the cavity are presented,the water-cooling channel position and the optimum cooling water temperature as well as the tuning method by adjusting the cooling water temperature when the cavity is out of resonance are also determined through the analyses. 相似文献

The use of a 20-kHz probe-type sonicator irradiating downward in a 500 mL vessel was optimized for the enhancement of the sonochemical activity in terms of the geometric and operational factors. These factors included the probe immersion depth (the vertical position of the probe), input power, height of the liquid from the bottom, horizontal position of the probe, and thickness of bottom plate The sonochemical oxidation reactions were investigated both quantitatively and qualitatively using calorimetry, KI dosimetry, and luminol (Sonochemiluminescence, SCL) techniques. The sonochemical activity was very positively affected by the vertical boundaries. The highest sonochemical activity was obtained when the probe was placed close to the bottom of the vessel (immersion depth of 60 mm), with a high input power (input power of 75%), and optimal liquid height condition (liquid height of 70 mm). The SCL image analysis showed that the cavitational activity zone gradually expanded around the probe body and changed into a circular shape as the experimental conditions were optimized, and consequently the sonochemical activity increased. The formation of a large bright circular-shaped activity zone could be attributed to the strong reflections of the ultrasound firstly, at the vessel bottom and secondly, at the liquid surface. On the other hand, the cavitational activity zone and the sonochemical activity were negatively affected by the horizontal boundaries when the probe was placed close to the side wall of the vessel. In addition, it was found that the sonochemical activity was also significantly affected by the thickness of the support plate owing to the reflection and transmission of the ultrasound at the boundary between the liquid and the solid media. 相似文献

在红外探测器的应用中,常用统计分析、算例验证等方法研究目标成像精确定位问题。鉴于上述方法难以充分阐释物理意义与揭示普遍规律,提出基于能量分布及成像特征的分析方法,针对红外探测目标成像精确定位问题,利用能量分布和数字图像中成像规律,研究像点定位及精度分析。研究了红外目标成像和数字图像特点,建立了定位模型和方法流程;分析了定位误差影响因素,实现了定位结果精度评定;最后结合典型应用实例,进行了计算验证。该方法与已有方法相比,分析过程更直观,获取了红外像点定位分析的理论依据,并给出了定位结果的精度水平:通常红外成像应用中,精度优于1/6像元;在成像较大时,精度可达1/10像元以上。该研究结论对红外探测应用中目标准确定位具有重要意义。 相似文献

Three new unsymmetrical isomeric diarylethenes having a methoxyl substituent at ortho‐, meta‐, and para‐position of the terminal benzene ring, namely 1‐(2,5‐dimethyl‐3‐thienyl)‐2‐[2‐methyl‐5‐(2‐methoxylphenyl)‐3‐thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene ( 1o ), 1‐(2,5‐dimethyl‐3‐thienyl)‐2‐[2‐methyl‐5‐(3‐methoxylphenyl)‐3‐thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene ( 2o ), and 1‐(2,5‐dimethyl‐3‐ thienyl)‐2‐[2‐methyl‐5‐(4‐methoxylphenyl)‐3‐thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene ( 3o ), have been synthesized. The substituent position effect of methoxyl group on their properties, including photochromism and fluorescence both in hexane solution and in PMMA film, and their electrochemical properties, were investigated in detail. These diarylethenes showed good photochromism both in solution and in PMMA film. For the same photochromic diarylethene backbone, the electron‐ donating methoxyl substituent can effectively depress the cyclization quantum yields and increase the cycloreversion quantum yields compared to those of diarylethenes bearing chlorine atoms reported previously. Diarylethenes 1o – 3o showed clear fluorescent switches by photoirradiation both in hexane and in PMMA film. In addition, cyclic voltammetry tests showed that the electron‐donating methoxyl group at different position on the terminal benzene ring had a significant effect on the electrochemical properties of these isomeric diarylethenes. By using the composite vector with increment of diversity, position conservation scoring function, and predictive secondary structures to express the information of sequence, a support vector machine (SVM) algorithm for predicting beta- and gamma-turns in the proteins is proposed. The 426 and 320 nonhomologous protein chains described by Guruprasad and Rajkumar (Guruprasad and Rajkumar J. Biosci 2000, 25,143) are used for training and testing the predictive model of the beta- and gamma-turns, respectively. The overall prediction accuracy and the Matthews correlation coefficient in 7-fold cross-validation are 79.8% and 0.47, respectively, for the beta-turns. The overall prediction accuracy in 5-fold cross-validation is 61.0% for the gamma-turns. These results are significantly higher than the other algorithms in the prediction of beta- and gamma-turns using the same datasets. In addition, the 547 and 823 nonhomologous protein chains described by Fuchs and Alix (Fuchs and Alix Proteins: Struct Funct Bioinform 2005, 59, 828) are used for training and testing the predictive model of the beta- and gamma-turns, and better results are obtained. This algorithm may be helpful to improve the performance of protein turns' prediction.
