The magnetic and magnetocaloric properties have been investigated in a series of Mn1−xVxCoGe (x=0.01, 0.02, 0.03, and 0.05) alloys. The substitution of V for Mn reduces the structural transformation temperature of MnCoGe alloy effectively and results in a second-order magnetic transition in Mn0.95V0.05CoGe alloys. Large room temperature magnetocaloric effect and almost zero magnetic hysteresis losses are simultaneously achieved in the alloys with x=0.01, 0.02, and 0.03. The reasons for the negligible magnetic hysteresis losses and the potential application for the roomtemperature magnetic refrigeration are discussed. 相似文献

Ternary polycrystalline Zn1−xCdxO semiconductor films with cadmium content x ranging from 0 to 0.23 were obtained on quartz substrate by pulse laser deposited (PLD) technique. X-ray diffraction measurement revealed that all the films were single phase of wurtzite structure grown on c-axis orientation with its c-axis lattice constant increasing as the Cd content x increasing. Atomic force microscopy observation revealed that the grain size of Zn1−xCdxO films decreases continuously as the Cd content x increases. Both photoluminescence and optical measurements showed that the band gap decreases from 3.27 to 2.78 eV with increasing the Cd content x. The increase in Cd content x also leads to the broadening of the emission peak. The resistivity of Zn1−xCdxO films decreases evidently for higher values of Cd content x. The shift of PL emission to visible light as well as the decrease of resistivity makes the Zn1−xCdxO films potential candidate for optoelectronic device. 相似文献

By constructing a distorted wavefront with random phase screen, the correction process of distorted wavefront has been simulated, and the correction effect of deformable mirror has been simulated and analyzed with the method of high-pass filtering. The variations of correction effect and high-frequency phase distortion have been quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the beam quality of the corrected beam degrades obviously with the increase of high-frequency phase. In addition, a new method has been presented to recover the high-frequency phase of distorted wavefront according to the given intensity distribution and low-frequency phase in near field and the intensity distribution in far field. We studied the sharp asymmetric Fano line shape in fiber ring resonator systems and provided an explicit expression for asymmetry parameters using the physical parameters of the system. The fiber ring system was controllable and reconfigurable, allowing us to produce a variety of Fano line shapes in different configurations. Experimentally observed asymmetric spectral structures were fully reproduced using the complex-number asymmetry parameters, validating the approximations used to reduce the analytical expression for the line shape to the phenomenological Fano formula.
