A CPE-HPLC (UV) method has been developed for the determination of Prometryne. In this method, non-ionic surfactant Triton X-114 was first used to extract and pre-concentrate Prometryne from water and soil samples. The separation and determination of Prometryne were then carried out in an HPLC-UV system with isocratic elution using a detector set at 254 nm wavelength. The parameters and variables that affected the extraction were also investigated and the optimal conditions were found to be 0.5% of Triton X-114 (w/v), 3% of NaCl (w/v) and heat-assisted at 50 °C for 30 min. Using these conditions, the recovery rates of Prometryne ranged from 92.84% to 99.23% in water and 85.48% to 93.67% in soil, respectively, with all the relative standard deviations less than 3.05%. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were 3.5 μg L−1 and 11.0 μg L−1 in water and 4.0 μg kg−1 and 13.0 μg kg−1 in soil, respectively. Thus, we developed a method that has proven to be an efficient, green, rapid and inexpensive approach for extraction and determination of Prometryne from soil samples.  相似文献

为了将超声聚焦效应应用于工业加工中的冷却技术中,该文提出一种由夹心式换能器纵向振动驱动球面弯曲振动超声聚焦系统。基于基尔霍夫-亥姆霍兹声场理论分析了由换能器中心面纵向振动和球面弯曲振动组成的复合超声振动条件下的声场聚焦特性,并通过实验进行验证。研究结果表明,该聚焦系统具有显著的聚焦特性,球面弯曲振动将声能汇聚在声场焦区;当声场相位相同时,换能器中心面纵向振动和球面弯曲振动产生的声场在焦区发生叠加,可以进一步提高焦区声压;减小换能器中心面半径和球面曲率半径、增加球面开口半径可以增强复合超声振动的聚焦效果。  相似文献

Carbazole‐based liquid single‐crystal elastomers (LSCEs) are valuable fluorescent flexible materials to perform optical mechanotransduction under ambient conditions. Indeed, the covalent incorporation of carbazole derivatives into nematic LSCEs allows to tune their luminescence on demand under mechanical control in a quick and reversible fashion. Specifically, the fluorescence intensity for these materials can be switched back and forth in less than a second. Moreover, such a process can be performed several times without detecting any sign of fatigue in the system. In addition, these materials show excellent resistance to aging; 2 years after their preparation they exhibit the very same mechanofluorescent behavior as when freshly prepared. In fact, the here reported fluorescent systems are highly sensitive; the application of a force of 70 mN decreases the fluorescence in the elastomeric material by 7%. Thus, mechanical forces are attractive external stimuli to modulate the fluorescence of nematic elastomers rapidly and reversibly enabling thereby mechanotransduction.

In this study, ultrasound-assisted extraction of polyphenols from C. cicadae was optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). The optimized conditions were determined as extraction time of 39 min, liquid-to-solid ratio of 1:29 g/mL, extraction temperature of 69 °C and ethanol concentration of 55% with a yield of 21.9 mg gallic acid equivalent/g dry weight. Four resins were used for polyphenol purification. D101 resin had the highest ratio of adsorption and was further applied in polyphenol purification test. A total of 19 different phenolic compounds were identified by LC-MS, including 12 phenolic acids and 7 organic acids. In addition, C. cicadae polyphenols displayed higher antioxidant activity in vitro and anti-aging activity of C. elegans in vivo. Lastly, C. cicadae polyphenols showed the potential to protect DNA from oxidative damage. Overall, our results suggest that polyphenols from C. cicadae may be considered as novel sources of anti-oxidation, anti-aging and recommended as reagents to protect DNA from oxidative damage in food and pharmaceutical industries.  相似文献

Bacterial cellulose (BC) film formation could be a critical issue in nanotechnology applications such as biomedical or smart materials products. In this research, purified pretreated BC was subjected to high intensity ultrasound (HIUS) and was investigated for the development of BC films. The morphological, structural and thermal properties of the obtained films were studied by using FE-SEM, AFM, FT-IR, XRD, TGA and DSC characterizations. Results showed that the most favorable purification treatment was the 0.01 M NaOH at 70 °C for 2 h under continuous stirring. The most suitable ultrasound operating conditions were found to be, 1 cm distance of ultrasonic probe from the bottom of the beaker, submerged in cold water bath cooling around 12 ± 2 °C. The power (25 W/cm2), time (30 min), BC concentration (0.1% w/w), amplitude (20 μm) and frequency (20 kHz) were maintained constant.  相似文献

We present the results of experimental investigation of ultrasonic washing of textiles. The results demonstrate that cavitation bubbles oscillating in acoustic fields are capable of removing soils from textiles. Since the washing performance is mitigated in a large washing bath when using an ultrasonic transducer, we propose a novel washing scheme by combining the ultrasonic vibration with a conventional washing method utilizing kinetic energy of textiles. It is shown that the hybrid washing scheme achieves a markedly enhanced performance up to 15% in comparison with the conventional washing machine. This work can contribute to developing a novel laundry machine with reduced washing time and waste water.  相似文献

Herein, a facile ultrasonic-assisted strategy was proposed to fabricate the Pd–Pt alloy/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Pd–Pt/CNTs) nanocomposites. A good number of Pd–Pt alloy nanoparticles with an average of 3.4 ± 0.5 nm were supported on sidewalls of CNTs with uniform distribution. The composition of the Pd–Pt/CNTs nanocomposites could also be easily controlled, which provided a possible approach for the preparation of other architectures with anticipated properties. The Pd–Pt/CNTs nanocomposites were extensively studied by electron microscopy, induced coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and applied for the ethanol and methanol electro-oxidation reaction in alkaline medium. The electrochemical results indicated that the nanocomposites had better electrocatalytic activities and stabilities, showing promising applications for fuel cells.  相似文献

Cd-doped Tl0.9Bi0.1Sr1.8Yb0.2Ca1−xCdxCu1.99Fe0.01O7−δ (x=0–0.4) bulk superconductor samples were prepared by solid-state reaction method, to examine the effect of Cd on ultrasonic velocity and elastic behavior of the samples. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, DC electrical resistivity and temperature dependent ultrasonic velocity measurements. DC electrical resistivity measurement showed all the samples exhibit metallic normal-state behavior with the highest Tc zero observed at around 76.4 K (x=0.3). Ultrasonic velocity measurements at 80 K showed a non-linear increase in both absolute longitudinal and shear velocities as well as elastic moduli with Cd substitution with the largest increase observed for the x=0.3 sample. Temperature dependant longitudinal modulus showed elastic anomaly characterized by a step-like slope change at around 230 K for x=0 & x=0.3 and at around 250 K for x=0.4 with the x=0.3 sample showing the sharpest slope change. A comparison between experimental data and calculated lattice anharmonicity curve based on the model proposed by Lakkad, showed large deviation of the experimental longitudinal modulus curves for (x=0.3) from the calculated anharmonicity curves indicating that the elastic behavior was strongly influenced by the existence of the step-like longitudinal anomaly. On the other hand, our analysis using the Landau free energy model found that the anomalous step-like elastic behavior fitted well with the equation derived from the model for regions below and above the elastic anomaly temperature, TA. The fitting indicated that the anomaly is related to a phase transition that is suggested to involve ordering of oxygen which introduces strain in the system.  相似文献

Effects of ultrasonic on desulfurization ratio from bauxite water slurry (BWS) electrolysis in NaOH solution were examined under constant current. The results indicated that ultrasonic improved the desulfurization ratio at high temperatures because of the diffusion and transfer of oxygen gas in electrolyte. However, due to the increase in oxygen gas emission, ultrasonic could not improve the desulfurization ratio obviously at low temperatures. Additionally, the particle size of bauxite became fine in the presence of ultrasonic, indicating that the mass transfer of FeS2 phase was improved. According to the polarization curves, the current density increased in the presence of ultrasonic, indicating that the mass transfer of liquid phase was improved. The apparent activation energy (AAE) of electrode reaction revealed that ultrasonic did not change the pathway of water electrolysis. However, ultrasonic changed the pathway of BWS electrolysis, converting indirect oxidation into direct oxidation. The AAE of BWS electrolysis in the presence of ultrasonic was higher than that in the absence of ultrasonic. And the low AAEs (less than 20 kJ/mol) clearly indicated the diffusion control during BWS electrolysis reaction.  相似文献
