Luminescent solar concentrators(LSC) can reduce the area of solar cells by collecting light from a large area and concentrating the captured light onto relatively small area photovoltaic(PV) cells, and thereby reducing the cost of PV electricity generation. LSCs with bottom-facing cells(BMP-LSC) can collect both direct light and indirect light, so further improving the efficiency of the PV cells. However, it is hard to analyze the effect of each parameter by experiment because there are too many parameters involved in the BMP-LSC. In this paper, all the physical processes of the light transmission and collection in the BMP-LSC were analyzed. A three-dimensional Monte Carlo ray tracing program was developed to study the transmission of photons in the LSC. A larger-size LSC was simulated, and the effects of dye concentration, the LSC thickness, the cell area, and the cell distance were systematically analyzed.  相似文献

形位误差的测量不确定度评定是目前测量领域研究的热点;但由于其测量的复杂性和测量结果评定的多样性,导致在实际测量结果中形位误差测量的不确定度评定成了难题;为此,根据形状误差评定准则,选取最小二乘法建立数学模型,确定形状误差数学模型中各参数值的传递系数和单点不确定度,并分析具体的测量方法和测量过程中的不确定度来源,根据传统的GUM法对其进行不确定度评定;然后采用蒙特卡罗伪随机数的方法来模拟实际测量数据,从而得到平面度误差的不确定度;通过设置实验对比,验证了蒙特卡罗法评定平面度不确定度的可靠性和准确性;该方法不需要求出数学模型中的传递系数,利用MATLAB软件很容易实现,为平面度误差测量结果不确定度评定提供了更加简便的方法,值得推广和应用。  相似文献

Bayesian approaches to statistical inference and system identification became practical with the development of effective sampling methods like Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC). However, because the size and complexity of inference problems has dramatically increased, improved MCMC methods are required. Dynamical systems based samplers are an effective extension of traditional MCMC methods. These samplers treat the posterior probability distribution as the potential energy function of a dynamical system, enabling them to better exploit the structure of the inference problem. We present an algorithm, Second-Order Langevin MCMC (SOL-MC), a stochastic dynamical system based MCMC algorithm, which uses the damped second-order Langevin stochastic differential equation (SDE) to sample a posterior distribution. We design the SDE such that the desired posterior probability distribution is its stationary distribution. Since this method is based upon an underlying dynamical system, we can utilize existing work to develop, implement, and optimize the sampler's performance. As such, we can choose parameters which speed up the convergence to the stationary distribution and reduce temporal state and energy correlations in the samples. We then apply this sampler to a system identification problem for a non-linear hysteretic structure model to investigate this method under globally identifiable and unidentifiable conditions.  相似文献

In this article, we employ the classical Monte Carlo approach to study the magnetic properties of graphene system. We analyze the ground-state phase diagrams in the presence of external magnetic and crystal fields under effect of the exchange interactions. The critical temperature is deduced. It is proven that the model exhibits the second-order phase transitions at the transition temperature. The total magnetization with the exchange interactions has studied under the temperatures effect. The total magnetization with the crystal field has been established under effect of exchange interactions and temperatures effect. The magnetic hysteresis cycles of graphene system is deduced under effect of temperatures and crystal field. The observations are in good agreement with related experiments and the other theoretical results. It is proven that the graphene system exhibits the superparamagnetic at the transition temperature and a specific value of reduced crystal field.  相似文献

提出一种使用带电金属环和六个球电极和一个外加偏置电场实现对冷极性分子静电囚禁的新方案.计算装载和囚禁时空间电场分布.囚禁中心距离芯片表面的高度可以通过外电场和环形电极所加电压来操控.蒙特卡罗模拟表明对于中心速度为15 m·s-1的ND3分子束,装载效率可以达到70%,得到冷分子的温度大约为45 mK.当继续增加偏置电场强度时,单阱分裂为对称的两个阱.如果同时改变球形电极上所加电压,得到不对称的两个阱,可以借此来调节两个阱中所囚禁的冷分子数目的比例.为了易于理解,用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了装载、囚禁、分裂冷分子波包的动力学过程.  相似文献

随着计算机技术和光电成像元件的发展,影像信息处理技术已经在无损检测、医学检测以及干涉测量等领域得到广泛应用。本文主要研究了影像信息在干涉测量领域的波前相位提取方法。干涉条纹图是干涉测量领域中影像信息的载体,在干涉条纹处理方面,针对空域卡雷算法的特点,提出一种基于影像处理的单幅闭合干涉条纹图相位重构新算法。在空域卡雷算法处理方法的基础上,利用迭代修正算法对干涉图相位进行二次逼近,实现了对单幅干涉条纹图的高精度相位重构。Matlab仿真结果表明,迭代修正后的相位残差降低了25.8%,表明该算法在空域卡雷算法的基础上能够有效提高相位重构精度,实现干涉测量领域中影像信息的高精度处理。  相似文献

The formation and evolution of aerosol in turbulent flows are ubiquitous in both industrial processes and nature. The intricate interaction of turbulent mixing and aerosol evolution in a canonical turbulent mixing layer was investigated by a direct numerical simulation (DNS) in a recent study (Zhou, K., Attili, A., Alshaarawi, A., and Bisetti, F. Simulation of aerosol nucleation and growth in a turbulent mixing layer. Physics of Fluids, 26, 065106 (2014)). In this work, Monte Carlo (MC) simulation of aerosol evolution is carried out along Lagrangian trajectories obtained in the previous simulation, in order to quantify the error of the moment method used in the previous simulation. Moreover, the particle size distribution (PSD), not available in the previous works, is also investigated. Along a fluid parcel moving through the turbulent flow, temperature and vapor concentration exhibit complex fluctuations, triggering complicate aerosol processes and rendering complex PSD. However, the mean PSD is found to be bi-modal in most of the mixing layer except that a tri-modal distribution is found in the turbulent transition region. The simulated PSDs agree with the experiment observations available in the literature. A different explanation on the formation of such PSDs is provided.  相似文献

The Monte Carlo simulation is used to investigate the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic superlattices through the Ising model. The reduced critical temperatures of the ferromagnetic superlattices are studied each as a function of layer thickness for different values of exchange interaction. The exchange interaction in each layer within the interface and the crystal field in the unit cell are studied. The magnetic coercive fields and magnetization remnants are obtained for different values of exchange interaction, different values of temperature and crystal field with fixed values of physical parameters.  相似文献

Inspired by the recently proposed Legendre orthogonal polynomial representation for imaginary-time Green s functions G(τ),we develop an alternate and superior representation for G(τ) and implement it in the hybridization expansion continuous-time quantum Monte Carlo impurity solver.This representation is based on the kernel polynomial method,which introduces some integral kernel functions to filter the numerical fluctuations caused by the explicit truncations of polynomial expansion series and can improve the computational precision significantly.As an illustration of the new representation,we re-examine the imaginary-time Green's functions of the single-band Hubbard model in the framework of dynamical mean-field theory.The calculated results suggest that with carefully chosen integral kernel functions,whether the system is metallic or insulating,the Gibbs oscillations found in the previous Legendre orthogonal polynomial representation have been vastly suppressed and remarkable corrections to the measured Green's functions have been obtained.  相似文献

通过建立检漏结果不确定度的评定模型,应用蒙特卡罗方法对检漏数据进行随机模拟,获得了各输入量的随机样本,计算了检漏结果的不确定度,并与传统评定方法得到的不确定度进行了比较和分析。研究表明,两种方法计算得到的不确定度一致,说明蒙特卡罗方法可以作为评定氦质谱检漏结果不确定度的有效方法,且蒙特卡罗评定方法计算效率更高,应用范围更广。  相似文献
