Spectroscopic investigation of thermooxidative destruction of ethers on the surface of modified silica

Thermooxidative processes are investigated by the method of temperature-programmed decomposition with the use of a prism infrared spectrometer. Thermal degradation of —OC₄H₉, —OP(H)(O)OC₄H₉ and —OP(H)(O)OC₂H₅ groups on the surface of modified pyrogenic silicas in air is considered. The resemblance between processes of oxidation of surface PH-groups irrespective of the means of silica modification is shown. New One‐Pot Three‐Component Synthesis of N‐Phenyl α‐Aminophosphonates

New one‐pot three‐component reactions employing aldehydes, triphenylphosphite, and N‐[(phenylamino)carbonyl]glycine ethyl ester in refluxing xylene readily afford N‐phenyl α‐aminophosphonates in low to moderate yields.     

Amberlyst-15–Catalyzed Facile Synthesis of α-Amino Phosphonates

A simple and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of sulfonamide phosphonates from N-tosyl aldimines and dimethyl trimethylsilyl phosphite at 0 °C in the presence of Amberlyst-15 as a heterogeneous catalyst.

双2,2’-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯的合成及其抗氧化活性

以2,2’-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)和三氯化磷为原料,三乙胺为催化剂,通过二次酯化反应合成了一种内环双酚亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂——双2,2’-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(1),收率73.5%,纯度98%,其结构经1H NMR和IR确证。采用1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基比色法测定了1捕获自由基能力。结果表明,1具有较强的自由基捕获能力,是一种良好的分子内复合链终止型抗氧剂。     

Fortion and Reactions of Phosphonium Inner Salt, ≡ P+ C6H4O −p

Abstract

Thermolysis and reactions of methyltris(p-methoxyphenyl)phosphonium iodide with triphenylphosphine are reported. NMR and mass spectr evidence for the formation of phosphonium inner salts, →P₆,H₆ O^?-p, is presented.     

Phosha-Meerwein Reaction of Diazo Esters

Abstract

Diazo esters (la,b) react with trialkyl phosphates (2a–c) in the presence of BF₃.OEt₂ to give the corresponding phosphates (3a–e) in 42–58 % yields. The competed intra/intermolecular protonation in the reaction of la with dimethyl hydrogen phosphite leads to phosphonate. 4,and phosphite 5.     

IMPROVED SYNTHESIS OF DIALKYLTHIOXAPHOSPHORANESULFENYL CHLORIDES AND BROMIDES

Abstract

Dialkylthioxaphosphoranesulfenyl chlorides and bromides can be conveniently prepared in the reaction of the corresponding thioamides with hydrogen chloride generated in situ with trimethylsilyl chloride and ethanol. Stability of the chlorides and bromides obtained by this method is high and the yields are quantitative.     

Synthesis of 3-Fluoro-2-(Diethoxyphosphoryl) Imidazo[1,2-A]Pyrimidine

Abstract

The first representative of 3-fluoro-2-(dialkoxyphosphoryl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidi nes has been synthesized by the reaction of N-(pyrimidin-2-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride with triethyl phosphite.
