A simple, rapid, sensitive, and solvent-free method was developed for determination of plant-signalling compounds, the three C6-aldehydes hexanal, (Z)-3-hexenal, and (E)-2-hexenal, in tomato plant emission by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with on-fiber derivatization. In this method, O-2,3,4,5,6-(pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxylamine (PFBHA) in aqueous solution was first headspace adsorbed onto a 65 microm poly(dimethylsiloxane)/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) fiber at 25 degrees C for 5 min, and then the fiber with adsorbed PFBHA was used for headspace extraction of tomato plant emission at 25 degrees C for 6 min. Finally, the resulting oximes adsorbed on the fiber were desorbed and analyzed by GC-MS. Extraction conditions and method validation were studied. The proposed method had low detection limit values for the three aldehydes from 0.1 to 0.5 ng/L and good precision (RSD less than 10%). Many plants infested by herbivores or viruses can rapidly produce and accumulate a plant-signaling compound, methyl salicylate (MeSA), in their leaves to activate disease resistance. In the present work, a simple, rapid, and sensitive method was developed for the determination of MeSA in tomato leaves by direct sample introduction and thermal desorption followed by GC-MS. Results show that the proposed method has a low detection limit (0.08 ng mg(-1)) and good precision (RSD = 8.9%). The present method was applied to the investigation of tomato plant defense response to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) by rapid analysis of volatile compounds in plant leaves. It was found that tomato plants can produce large amounts of MeSA as a defense response to TMV. This indicates that MeSA may be a plant-signaling compound in tomato plant defense response to TMV. 相似文献

This work deals with the preconcentration of some water soluble pesticides, pyrethroids and acaricides by polyurethane foams. The retention profiles of the tested species were found quickly and reached equilibrium in a few min. Various parameters — e.g. pH, extraction media, shaking time, salt effect, temperature and sample volume — affecting the preconcentration of the tested species by the unloaded foams and tri-n-octylamine and tri-n-methylphosphate treated foams were optimized. The unloaded foams were employed in a column mode to study the quantitative retention and recovery of the tested species. The sorption efficiency and recovery of the compounds by the unloaded foam column were found to be up to 99.5%±2.1. The height equivalent of a theoretical plate for the unloaded foam column was found to be in the range 1.9–2±0.2 mm. The sorption mechanisms of the tested compounds by the foams are discussed. Analysis of N, P, Na, K, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, humidity, wet and dry mass of tomato and parsley untreated and sprayed for different time intervals — i.e. 24, 72 and 120 h — with Chlorpyrifos, was carried out. 相似文献

Results of laboratory simulation experiments on the influence of H2SO4 solutions on the optical characteristics of the radiation reflected from Rhododendron smirnovii leaves illuminated at an angle of 55° by He–Ne laser radiation ( = 0.63 m) linearly polarized in the plane of incidence are presented. The coefficients of correlation between the optical characteristics of the reflected radiation, the concentration of the acid, and the pigment composition of the leaves have been calculated. It is shown that the influence of acidic stresses on the polarization characteristics of the radiation reflected from a leaf manifests itself indirectly as changes in the concentration of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and changes in their ratio in the leaf when observation is performed at angles of 50–60°. 相似文献

A series of ubiquitously occurring saturated and monounsaturated six-carbon aldehydes, alcohols and esters thereof is summarised as ‘green leaf volatiles’ (GLVs). The present study gives a comprehensive data collection of retention indices of 35 GLVs on commonly used non-polar DB-5, mid-polar DB-1701, and polar DB-Wax stationary phases. Seventeen commercially not available compounds were synthesised. Thus, the present study allows reliable identification of most known GLV in natural plant volatile samples. Applications revealed the presence of several seldom reported GLVs in headspace samples of mechanically damaged plant leaves of Carpinus betulus and Fagus sylvatica. 相似文献

为了便于经济合理的生菜施肥,研究一种生菜叶片氮素水平智能鉴别方法。在温室大棚内无土栽培不同氮素水平的生菜样本,在特定生育期,采集各类氮素水平生菜样本,利用FieldSpec○R 3型光谱仪采集生菜叶片高光谱数据。由于原始高光谱数据存在噪声且冗余性强,利用标准归一化(SNV)对原始高光谱数据进行降噪处理,再利用主成分分析方法(PCA)对高光谱数据进行特征提取。分别利用K最近邻(KNN)和支持向量机(SVM)对降维后的光谱数据进行分类研究,由于自适应提升法(Adaboost)能提升弱分类器分类性能,将其分别引入到KNN和SVM两种分类器中,提出了Adaboost-KNN和Adaboost-SVM两种集成分类算法。分别利用上述四种分类算法对相同测试样本数据进行分类鉴别。结果表明,KNN,SVM,Adaboost-KNN和Adaboost-SVM四种算法的分类正确率分别为74.68%,87.34%,100%和100%,其中所提出的Adaboost-KNN与Adaboost-SVM分类效果都很好,且Adaboost-SVM分类算法的稳定性最好。因此,Adaboost-SVM算法适合作为基于高光谱的生菜氮素水平鉴别的建模方法,并且也为其他作物营养元素无损检测提供了一种新的方法。 相似文献

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) leaflets (OPLs) are one of the major agricultural by-products generated from the massive cultivation of Malaysian palm oil. This biomass is also reported to be of potential value based on its health-improving effects. By employing proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) spectroscopy combined with multivariate data analysis (MVDA), the metabolite profile of OPLs was characterized and correlated with their antioxidant and wound healing properties. Principal component analysis (PCA) classified four varieties of extracts, prepared using solvents ranging from polar to medium polarity, into three distinct clusters. Cumulatively, six flavonoids, eight organic acids, four carbohydrates, and an amine were identified from the solvent extracts. The more polar extracts, such as, the ethyl acetate-methanol, absolute methanol, and methanol-water, were richer in phytochemicals. Based on partial least square (PLS) analysis, the constituents in these extracts, such as (+)-catechin, (−)-epicatechin, orientin, isoorientin, vitexin, and isovitexin, were strongly correlated with the measured antioxidant activities, comprising ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), and nitric oxide (NO) free radical scavenging activities, as well as with cell proliferation and migration activities. This study has provided crucial evidence on the importance of these natural antioxidant compounds on the wound healing properties of OPL. 相似文献
