评价污水处理系统的Fuzzy模式识别方法

综合考虑了所有对污水处理系统的相关因素,应用Fuzzy模式识别的数学方法,对评价污水处理系统建立了数学模型.由于此模型对污水处理系统给出了等级划分和对各相关因素等级指数之间的中介状态进行了恰当处理,所以它应用于评价污水处理系统将更科学.     

Properties of Carbon Nanotube Optical Antennae

The properties of carbon nanotube as optical antennae have been studied. The equation of current distribution on a single antenna has been obtained by using conventional transmission line theories. The re-radiation lobe pattern of a single antenna and an antenna arrays have been gained by computer simulation.     

Time Frequency Representations of Almost Periodic Functions

In this paper, we characterize the space of almost periodic (AP) functions in one variable using either a Weyl–Heisenberg (WH) system or an affine system. Our observation is that the sought-for characterization of the AP space is valid if and only if the given WH (respectively, affine) system is an L ₂(ℝ)-frame. Moreover, the frame bounds of the system are also the sharpest bounds in our characterization. This draws an intriguing and quite unexpected connection between L ₂(ℝ) representations and AP-representations.      

Enumeration of Decomposable Combinatorial Structures with Restricted Patterns

Decomposable combinatorial structures are studied with restricted patterns. We focus on the decomposable structures in the exp-log class. Using the method of analysis of singularities introduced by Flajolet and Odlyzko [5], we provide an estimate for the probability that a decomposable structure of size n has a given restricted pattern. We exemplify with several decomposable structures like permutations and polynomials over finite fields.      

Existence results for second-order impulsive boundary value problems on time scales

In this paper, using a fixed point theorem due to Krasnoselskii and Zabreiko and the Leggett–Williams fixed point theorem respectively, we investigate the existence of one solution and three nonnegative solutions to second-order impulsive equations on time scales.     

An anticipative hyperbolic discount utility on intertemporal decision making

Discount utility is facilitated to scrutinize human decision behaviors for different points in time under the consideration of time preference. Recent studies are extended from two basic models, which are the exponential and the hyperbolic discount models, and the more popular hyperbolic discount model is well recognized for resolving the effects of preference reversal and is less steeply discounting than the exponential discount model. However, to enhance the capability of explaining intertemporal decision making behavior, an anticipative hyperbolic discount utility model was proposed which revised the conventional hyperbolic discount utility by introducing the anticipative parameters under the consideration of anticipation of future gains or losses. An empirical investigation was employed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed anticipative hyperbolic discounting utility model, which was able to empirically go beyond the traditional hyperbolic discounting utility model. Also, the proposed anticipative hyperbolic model is capable of dealing with the anomalies of preference reverse and framing effects.     

OD-characterization of all simple groups whose orders are less than 108

Let M be a simple group whose order is less than 10⁸. In this paper, we prove that if G is a finite group with the same order and degree pattern as M, then the following statements hold: (a) If M ≠ A ₁₀, U ₄(2), then G ≅ M; (b) If M = A ₁₀, then G ≅ A ₁₀ or J ₂ × ℤ₃; (c) If M = U ₄(2), then G is isomorphic to a 2-Frobenius group or U ₄(2). In particular, all simple groups whose orders are less than 10⁸ but A ₁₀ and U ₄(2) are OD-characterizable. As a consequence of this result, we can give a positive answer to a conjecture put forward by W. J. Shi and J. X. Bi in 1990 [Lecture Notes in Mathematics, Vol. 1456, 171–180].      

On the additive splitting procedures and their computer realization

Two additive splitting procedures are defined and studied in this paper. It is shown that these splitting procedures have good stability properties. Some other splitting procedures, which are traditionally used in mathematical models used in many scientific and engineering fields, are sketched. All splitting procedures are tested by using six different numerical methods for solving differential equations. Many conclusions, which are related both to the comparison of the additive splitting procedures with the other splitting procedures and to the influence of the numerical methods for solving differential equations on the accuracy of the splitting procedures, are drawn.
