在陀螺电机中,轴承故障是最普遍的失效形式。针对陀螺电机球轴承中各组成部分出现故障难以区分,而更换整套轴承又造成巨大浪费的问题,提出了一种基于电流信号分析的陀螺电机轴承故障分类方法。该方法通过采集定子电流信号,并应用数学分析工具,提取出定子电流的特征信号。通过使用顺序递推法排除了冗余和无效特征,然后用最佳的特征信号建立特征空间。通过使用隐马尔科夫模型,对轴承的典型故障(外环故障、内环故障、球故障和保持架故障)进行了准确的分类。该方法的有效性在一台具有不同轴承故障的直流无刷陀螺电机上得到验证,实验结果显示分类的正确率达到97.1%。  相似文献

磁控溅射沉积高承载、低摩擦MoS_2/Ti复合薄膜   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用磁控溅射技术制备了不同Ti含量的Mo S2/Ti复合薄膜,利用SEM、AFM、纳米压痕仪、XRD和CSM摩擦试验机分析了复合薄膜的结构、力学和摩擦学性能.结果表明:复合薄膜结构致密,表面光滑平整,且具有较高的硬度,Ti含量较低的Mo S2/Ti复合薄膜呈现以(002)基面为主的择优取向;在大气环境下,赫兹接触应力为2.5 GPa的摩擦工况下,Ti含量较低的Mo S2/Ti复合薄膜的摩擦系数低至0.02,磨损率低至10-17m3/(N·m)数量级,呈现出高承载、低摩擦、耐磨损的优异摩擦学性能.这是由于Ti的掺杂一方面提高了复合薄膜的力学和抗氧化性能,另一方面复合薄膜的(002)基面取向对其摩擦磨损性能发挥了重要作用.  相似文献

突发事件发生后,其灾害后果随时间不断演变。了解灾害后果的发展趋势,有助于快速应急响应,为此提出了一种灾害后果推演模型。首先从承灾体角度,考虑灾害后果的共性,描述了突发事件灾害后果的演化机理;然后提出基于一维元胞自动机的灾害后果推演模型,完成了对元胞、元胞空间、邻居和规则的设置。最后,通过两个算例说明了本文提出模型的有效性。该模型适用于多种突发事件,推演的结果能为应急决策提供支持。  相似文献

To extract fault features of rolling bearing vibration signals precisely, a fault diagnosis method based on parameter optimized multi-scale permutation entropy (MPE) and Gath-Geva (GG) clustering is proposed. The method can select the important parameters of MPE method adaptively, overcome the disadvantages of fixed MPE parameters and greatly improve the accuracy of fault identification. Firstly, aiming at the problem of parameter determination and considering the interaction among parameters comprehensively of MPE, taking skewness of MPE as fitness function, the time series length and embedding dimension were optimized respectively by particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Then the fault features of rolling bearing were extracted by parameter optimized MPE and the standard clustering centers is obtained with GG clustering. Finally, the samples are clustered with the Euclid nearness degree to obtain recognition rate. The validity of the parameter optimization is proved by calculating the partition coefficient and average fuzzy entropy. Compared with unoptimized MPE, the propose method has a higher fault recognition rate.  相似文献

This paper employs a hybrid numerical method combining the differential transformation method and the finite difference method to study the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a flexible rotor supported by a spherical gas-lubricated bearing system. The analytical results reveal a complex dynamic behavior comprising periodic, sub-harmonic, and quasi-periodic responses of the rotor center and the journal center. Furthermore, the results reveal the changes which take place in the dynamic behavior of the bearing system as the rotor mass and bearing number are increased. The current analytical results are found to be in good agreement with those from other numerical methods. Therefore, the proposed method provides an effective means of gaining insights into the nonlinear dynamics of spherical gas film rotor–bearing systems.  相似文献

采用三维实体退化虚拟层合单元理论探讨了有效预应力对大跨P.C.桥梁极限承载力的影响.针对不同的有效预应力水平,以一座典型的预应力混凝土连续刚构桥为例,采用三维精细化有限元模型,对其极限承载力进行了空间分析计算和讨论.分析表明,有效预应力对大跨P.C.桥梁极限承载力有较大影响,其中,纵向预应力筋有效预应力与竖向预应力筋有效预应力的比例是影响桥梁极限承载力的重要参数.大跨P.C.桥梁结构设计时应充分重视这一问题.  相似文献

为克服圆管截面广义屈服准则不满足比例加载条件,导致采用弹性模量调整法求解该类结构极限承载力时存在计算结果受荷载初值影响、计算精度受损等问题,利用回归分析和最小二乘法研究建立了圆管截面广义屈服函数的齐次多项式,通过误差分析确定了齐次化多项式的阶次;据此定义了圆管截面薄壁构件的单元承载比、承载比均匀度和基准承载比,为高承载比薄壁单元的判别及其弹性模量调整提供了动态判据,进而依据能量守恒准则建立了以单元承载比为基本参数的模量调整公式,结合下限原理提出了圆管截面薄壁结构极限承载力分析的弹性模量缩减法。研究表明,选取齐次化多项式的广义屈服函数能更加准确地考虑各项内力对结构极限承载力的综合影响,具有良好的计算精度和效率,可应用于复杂圆管截面薄壁结构的极限承载力分析中。  相似文献

In this work, some new results are presented on the dynamics of a class of multibody mechanical systems, involving contact and friction. The main contribution refers to the development of a systematic, accurate and efficient method for detecting contact among the components of a system of solid bodies. For some simple geometries, this task is achieved by employing analytical means. For systems possessing components with complex geometric shapes a more involved numerical methodology is developed. In both cases, once a potential contact point is detected, the common tangent plane and normal vector are located and the penetration depth is calculated, leading to determination of the force arising between the contacting bodies. This information is then passed to a solver, providing the full dynamic response of the system. The validity and numerical efficiency of the methodology developed is first demonstrated by considering a number of examples with relatively small geometric complexity but large traditional value and interesting dynamic response. Some new results are obtained and presented on the dynamics of these systems. Finally, the same methodology is also tested in a more complicated and demanding mechanical application.  相似文献

A major advantage of the use of passive sonar in the tracking multiple underwater targets is that they can be kept covert, which reduces the risk of being attacked. However, the nonlinearity of the passive Doppler and bearing measurements, the range unobservability problem, and the complexity of data association between measurements and targets make the problem of underwater passive multiple target tracking challenging. To deal with these problems, the cardinalized probability hypothesis density (CPHD) recursion, which is based on Bayesian information theory, is developed to handle the data association uncertainty, and to acquire existing targets’ numbers and states (e.g., position and velocity). The key idea of the CPHD recursion is to simultaneously estimate the targets’ intensity and the probability distribution of the number of targets. The CPHD recursion is the first moment approximation of the Bayesian multiple targets filter, which avoids the data association procedure between the targets and measurements including clutter. The Bayesian-filter-based extended Kalman filter (EKF) is applied to deal with the nonlinear bearing and Doppler measurements. The experimental results show that the EKF-based CPHD recursion works well in the underwater passive multiple target tracking system in cluttered and noisy environments.  相似文献
