Summary Ready detection of lactulose in milk and in mixtures with other sugars is achieved by diluting the sample ten times with acetone and successive thin-layer chromatographic separation on silica gel-boric acid, developed with acetonitrile: water 5020. A method has been developed for the preparation of modified silica plates for high performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC). Some typical organosilanes were thus allowed to react in situ with the silica of Merck HPTLC-plates. This method was found to be highly reproducible, simple and cheap. Non-polar plates were prepared and compared with commercial plates from Merck, Whatman and Macherey-Nagel. Modification with cyanodecyltrichlorosilane resulted in plates that showed good coverage, efficiency and low residual silica activity. Silica modified with a multifunctional silane has different properties in different organic solvents. It will appear to be non-polar in a polar solvent and vice versa. New advantageous separation systems are thus made feasible by the presence of cyano groups on the plate. The utility of modified thin-layer plates is demonstrated by the separation of some homologues of p-hydroxybenzoic acid esters and of some polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. 相似文献

Summary The possible relation existing between RF values obtained by thin-layer chromatography for a group of anilines with connectivity indices proposed by Kier and Hall has been studied. Using multivariable regression the corresponding connectivity functions, selected for their respective correlation coefficients, standard deviations, Snedecor's F and Student's t were obtained. Regression analysis of the connectivity functions gives a correct prediction of the experimental elution sequence for this group of substances on silica gel stationary phases and various mobile phases of different polarity. The corresponding random and stability studies of the different prediction models selected were carried out, showing good stability and null randomness in all cases. 相似文献

The development of theoretical tools for the study of dynamical phenomena of many-particle systems on the quantum level is a fundamental challenge since many decades. A lot of efforts have been invested on Feynman's path integral approach, however, no computationally tractable method for investigating realistic systems could be developed up to now. In this paper we propose an alternative representation of the real-time many-body evolution operator formulated within the framework of the auxiliary field formalism. Our goal is to derive a new auxiliary field functional integral representation, in which the large oscillations of the functional integrand are reduced, in order to render the auxiliary field approach more attractive for real-time computation. This objective is attained using a generalized version of the method of Gaussian equivalent representation of Efimov and Ganbold [Phys. Stat. Summary The adsorption behaviour of 48 metal ions on DEAE-cellulose layers has been investigated in aqueous hydrobromic and hydriodic acid media. RF values are given as a function of the hydrobromic and hydriodic acid concentration over the ranges 0.01–6 mol dm–3 and 0.01–3 mol dm–3, respectively, and are compared with those obtained with Avicel SF. RF spectra are comparatively simple in both media, reflecting the strong affinity of the bromide and iodide ions to the DEAE-cellulose phase. Pd, Pt, Re, Au and Hg are distributed chromatographically in either system, while most other metal ions exhibit rather extreme RF values of near unity or zero. Therefore, the selectivity of the systems is particularly high for Pd, Pt, Re, Au and Hg, providing the possibility of their excellent selective separations. 相似文献

Circular high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) has been used to differentiate a series of twelve tricyclic neuroleptics, using both normal phase and reverse phase procedures. The use of normal phase systems also allows the resolution of geometric isomers of chlorprothixene, clopenthixol and flupenthixol.
