SiC单晶化学性能稳定、导热系数高、热膨胀系数小、耐磨性能好,广泛用于大功率器件产业.但由于其材料的硬度很大,加工非常困难.脆性材料塑性域加工为提高该类材料的表面质量,降低加工时间和成本提供了有效的途径.本文采用不同刀具角度和刀尖圆弧半径的单点金刚石刀具对4H-SiC单晶进行刻划实验,利用声发射、摩擦力传感器来监测刻划过程中声发射信号强度以及摩擦力的变化,并通过Leica DCM3D以及SEM观察划痕沟槽表面形貌、切屑状态,综合分析以获得4H-SiC单晶在不同角度、刀尖圆弧半径下塑脆转变的临界切削深度.结果表明,增大刀具角度有利于塑性域加工;在相同条件下,刀尖圆弧半径越大,临界切削深度越大. 相似文献

The thermoelastic and structural properties of SrZrO3 perovskite in the Pnma (Pbnm) phase have been studied using neutron powder diffraction at 82 temperatures between 11 K and 406 K at ambient pressure, and at sixteen pressures between 0.07 and 6.7 GPa at ambient temperature. The bulk modulus, derived by fitting the equation of state to a second order Birch-Murnaghan equation-of-state, 157(5) GPa, is in excellent agreement with that deduced in a recent resonant ultrasound investigation. Experimental axial compressional moduli are in agreement with those calculated from the elastic stiffness coefficients derived by ab-initio calculation, although the experimental bulk modulus is significantly softer than that calculated. Following low temperature saturation for temperatures less than 40 K, the unit cell monotonically increases with a predicted high temperature limit in the volume expansivity of ∼2.65 × 10−5 K−1. Axial linear thermal expansion coefficients are found to be in the order αb < αc < αa for all temperatures greater than 20 K with the b axis indicating a weak, low temperature negative expansion coefficient at low temperatures. The thermoelastic properties of SrZrO3 can be approximated by a two-term Debye model for the phonon density of states with Debye temperatures of 238(4) K and 713(6) K derived in a self-consistent manner by simultaneously fitting the isochoric heat capacity and the unit cell volume. Atomic displacement parameters have been fitted to a modified Debye model in which the zero-point term is an additional refinable variable and shows the cations and anions have well separated Debye temperatures, mirroring the need for two Debye-like distributions in the vibrational density of states. The temperature dependence of the crystal structure is presented in terms of the amplitudes of the seven symmetry-adapted basis vectors of the aristotype phase that are consistent with space group Pbnm, thus permitting a direct measure of the order parameter evolution in SrZrO3. The temperature variation of the in-phase tilt, which is lost at the phase transition at 973 K, is consistent with tricritical behaviour, in agreement with published results based on high temperature crystallographic data. 相似文献

This paper reports an investigation into the use of Acoustic Emission (AE) for monitoring gear teeth defects under varying lubrication regimes in helical gears. The investigation used a back-to-back gearbox test-rig with oil-bath lubrication. Variation in oil film thickness was achieved by decreasing the gear metal temperature with nitrogen gas whilst the gears were in operation. Results demonstrate a clear relationship between AE activity, operating temperature and specific film thickness. In addition, results show that there are lubricating conditions that may prevent AE from identifying the presence of gear defects. 相似文献

We report the results of a theoretical investigation on charge dynamics in weakly coupled CuO2 planes of the cuprate Ca2 − xNaxCuO2Cl2 in the pseudogap regime by using the theory of Yang, Rice, and Zhang (YRZ) [1]. With a detailed numerical analysis at various impurity scattering rates (γimp), we observe that YRZ model is not able to reproduce (in magnitude) the experimentally observed frequency evolution of optical conductivity at a fixed doping level. Further, to analyze the doping evolution, we have done a detailed comparison of calculated YRZ conductivity with the experimental one using Two-Component Drude–Lorentz model. We find that YRZ model is capable of reproducing (qualitatively) the experimentally observed doping evolution of Drude processes (low energy scale) and processes at the pseudogap (intermediate energy scale). We extend the Green function approach to quantum transport through an anisotropic molecular magnet system with the help of Hubbard operators. Based on the single molecular magnet model, we reformulate the large spin and the total Hamiltonian in the language of Hubbard operators and obtain analytical expressions of the retarded Green function in sequential tunneling and Kondo regimes. In addition to this, we show the connection of our method to the master equation method in sequential regime and discuss a simple isotropic case in Kondo regime, in which we find a three-peak Kondo structure, a feature characterizing the isotropic exchange interaction between the localized electron and large spin. 相似文献

In this study a new Green’s function and a new Green-type integral formula for a boundary value problem (BVP) in thermoelastostatics for a quadrant are derived in closed form. On the boundary semi-straight-lines twice mixed homogeneous mechanical boundary conditions (one boundary semi-straight-line is free of loadings and normal displacements and tangential stresses are prescribed on the other one) are prescribed. The thermoelastic displacements are subject by a heat source applied in the inner points of the quadrant and by mixed non-homogeneous boundary heat conditions (on one boundary semi-straight-line the temperature is prescribed and the heat flux is given on the other one). When thermoelastic Green’s function is derived the thermoelastic displacements are generated by an inner unit point heat source, described by δ Dirac’s function. All results are obtained in elementary functions that are formulated in a special theorem. A closed-form solution for a particular BVP of thermoelastostatics for a quadrant also is included. Using the proposed approach it is possible to extend the obtained for quadrant results to any other canonical Cartesian domain. 相似文献

The ultimate goal of this research was to characterize the ablation depth with respect to pulse energy, translation speed, and consecutive passes in order to obtain the parameters to have smooth microchannel surfaces. A logarithmic dependence of the channel depth on the laser pulse energy was observed with two different distinct ablation regimes. Although the same fluence values were used with two different lens sizes, the slopes of these ablation regimes were quite different. 100 mm lens has a small optical penetration length with steeper ablation slope in the first regime, whereas the 15 mm lens has the opposite. In the second part of the ablation regime, the slope was lower for 100 mm lens as compared to 15 mm lens. Furthermore, spike formation has been seen in 100 mm lens study at 0.308, 0.370, 0.431, and 0.493 J/cm2 fluence values yet no spike formations have been seen in 15 mm lens study. 相似文献

Abstract The motivation for this study is the review by Timusk and Statt [Rep. Prog. Phys. 62, 61 (1999)] on the pseudogap in high-temperature superconductors. Here, we confront the experimental data they present, plus that of Norman et al. [Nature 392, 157 (1998)] on the Fermi surface in underdoped high-Tc materials with the theoretical asymptotic scenario of precursor r space Boson formation.
