自然条件下,铂族元素(PGEs)一直被认为是表生条件下的痕量元素。但是,随着铂族元素在机动车排放催化剂及其他方面的广泛使用,最终导致Pt,Pd,Rh会排放到环境中。目前,铂族元素在环境中存在一定程度的积累现象,机动车尾气催化转换器被认为是其污染的主要来源。为研究北京市城区内道路尘土铂族元素的污染状况,于2010年11月采集了北京市内大型居民社区内的道路尘土样品。样品先经王水热消解以及阳离子交换树脂(Dowex AG50W-X8)分离纯化后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)分析了道路尘土样品中三种铂族元素(铂(Pt)、钯(Pd)和铑(Rh))的浓度。结果表明:北京城区内居民社区道路尘土中Pd,Pt和Rh的含量范围分别为:14.20~161.80,9.39~70.80和3.18~17.05 ng·g-1,其平均浓度分别为50.76,23.82和7.54 ng·g-1,高于北京市土壤背景值, 说明北京城市居民社区内道路尘土中PGEs已经有了一定程度的富集。其中,Pd,Pt和Rh分别高于北京土壤背景值约49.8,32.6和5.1倍。为了定量评价道路尘土中PGEs的污染状况,采用地积累指数法对北京市道路尘土进行了评价。地积累指数法评价结果发现:大型居民社区内道路尘土中PGEs污染程度由强至弱的顺序依次为:Pd>Pt>Rh,总体而言,北京城区内大型居民社区内道路尘土存在较为明显的PGEs污染。  相似文献

Abstract

A comparative review of pesticide survey endosing 16 waterworks in the FRG tries to increase the understanding about interferences of pesticide utilization and pesticide occurrence in ground- and drinkingwater, which includes characterization of sampling points, subsurface situation, land use and pesticide application. Between 1986 and 1991, 5772 samples were measured and led to 219094 data about the occurrence of various pesticides. 5% of these analyses showed pesticide or metabolite concentrations above the particular detection limits. This result does not vary in large extent considering groups of different characterized sampling points like groundwater dominated or surface water sampling points. As the herbicide atrazine and its metabolite desethylatrazine as well as the herbicide simazine were detected most often in all samples independent whether considering groundwater und surface water samples, this fact confirms the FRG-application ban for atrazine as well as the application restriction for simazine.  相似文献

The present study aimed to develop n-propyl gallate (PG)-encapsulated liposomes through a novel direct pouring method using the quality-by-design (QbD) approach. A further aim was to coat liposomes with hyaluronic acid (HA) to improve the stability of the formulation in nasal mucosa. The QbD method was used for the determination of critical quality attributes in the formulation of PG-loaded liposomes coated with HA. The optimized formulation was determined by applying the Box–Behnken design to investigate the effect of composition and process variables on particle size, polydispersity index (PDI), and zeta potential. Physiochemical characterization, in vitro release, and permeability tests, as well as accelerated stability studies, were performed with the optimized liposomal formulation. The optimized formulation resulted in 90 ± 3.6% encapsulation efficiency, 167.9 ± 3.5 nm average hydrodynamic diameter, 0.129 ± 0.002 PDI, and −33.9 ± 4.5 zeta potential. Coated liposomes showed significantly improved properties in 24 h in an in vitro release test (>60%), in vitro permeability measurement (420 μg/cm2) within 60 min, and also in accelerated stability studies compared to uncoated liposomes. A hydrogen-peroxide-scavenging assay showed improved stability of PG-containing liposomes. It can be concluded that the optimization of PG-encapsulated liposomes coated with HA has great potential for targeting several brain diseases.  相似文献

基于模拟电路电源电流和输出电压的协同分析,研究了复数域的故障建模方法,提出了一种2D故障模型的数学表达式,该模型为复平面上的一簇圆轨迹。为了扩大故障轨迹之间的距离,在相同测量精度和元件容差条件下提高故障检测率和隔离率,进一步提出了3D复数空间的优化故障模型。两种故障模型都极大简化了测点选择算法和模拟故障状态仿真的复杂度,理论上对模拟电路单故障的覆盖率为100%。基于滤波器电路的实验仿真结果验证了两种故障模型的有效性。  相似文献

The improvement of miscibility between toughened Polyamide-6 (PA6) and Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) was carried out using grafted Glycidyl Methacrylate (SBR-g-GMA). At first, the compatibilizers were prepared using different comonomers, Styrene, and N-vinyl pyrrolidone. Central composited design (CCD) was distinctly applied to study the influence of Glycidyl Methacrylate (GMA) content and comonomer/GMA on the process of compatibilizer preparation. Four models were developed for Gel content and Degree of grafting for both comonomers using Design-expert software. The models were used to calculate the optimum operating conditions and according to the Flory-Huggins parameter and obtained results, SBR-co-NVP-g-GMA was chosen as an effective compatibilizer. Afterward, another CCD was employed to scrutinize the effect of various amounts and grafting degree of compatibilizer on morphology and mechanical properties of PA6/SBR. The Interparticle distance and polydispersity were studied using a Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and also the Izod impact test inspected in order to evaluate the mechanical properties. Finally, modulus and impact strength were optimized to minimize the former and maximize the latter. Also, the most practical terms in the fitted model are statistically specified using F-value. The root causes for the improvement of blend properties were attributed to a chemical reaction between epoxy groups in SBR-g-GMA and both the carboxylic and amine groups in PA6. Impact strength (539.8 J/m) and modulus (2017.2 N/mm2) of the optimum blend indicate an excellent agreement with the amounts predicted by the models.  相似文献

Energy storage system powered by renewable energies is a viable option to meet energy requirement without addition of carbon footprints to the environment. This study involves development of theoretical and computational models for a solar photovoltaic (PV) system coupled with a lead acid battery. The study commenced with selection of most appropriate lead acid battery and PV system for installation in a representative location in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Various technical and economic parameters were assessed and calculated by computational approach. The optimized lead acid battery was integrated with low concentration solar PV panels (CPV) followed by a feasibility study. Theoretical model was developed for the integrated system to calculate various parameters of the CPV and lead acid battery. Technical and economic assessment of this coupled unit was calculated using a theoretical approach. The developed model was then subjected to computational approach for verification and validation analysis of the integrated system. The detailed assessment of batteries and integrated system show the applicability of this system in Riyadh region. The research will be extended to develop energy storage systems for remote areas using lead acid batteries.  相似文献

Thiamethoxam and its metabolite clothianidin residues pose a potential threat to human health. This study aims to investigate the residue behavior and acute dietary risk assessment of thiamethoxam and clothianidin on spinach. Thiamethoxam and clothianidin were extracted using a quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, safe (QuEChERS) method and analyzed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). At spike levels from 0.01 to 5 mg kg−1, the average recoveries of both analytes were in the range of 94.5–105.5%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.8–10.9%. The dissipation behavior of thiamethoxam followed first-order kinetics, with half-lives of ≤1.6 days. Clothianidin appeared readily as a plant metabolite with highest level exhibited during 3 to 5 days after application. Temperature and light may be two main factors for degradation of thiamethoxam. Besides, acute risk assessment of thiamethoxam and clothianidin was evaluated with risk quotients (RQs) <100%, which suggested a low health risk for all consumer groups of Chinese residents.  相似文献

Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed for optimization of medium components and cultural parameters in cost effective cane molasses based medium for attaining high yield of succinic acid. The important factors obtained by “one-variable-at-a-time-approach” (cane molasses, corn steep liquor, sodium carbonate, and inoculum density) were further optimized by RSM. The optimum values of the parameters obtained through RSM (cane molasses 12.5%, corn steep liquor 7.5%, and sodium carbonate 25 mM) led to almost double yield of succinic acid (15.2 g/l in 36 h) as against “one-variable-at-a-time-approach” (7.1 g/l in 36 h) in 500-ml anaerobic bottles containing 300-ml cane molasses based medium. Subsequently, in 10-l bioreactor succinic acid production from Escherichia coli was further improved to 26.2 g/l in 30 h under conditions optimized through RSM. This fermentation-derived succinic acid will definitely help in replacing existing environmentally hazardous and cost-intensive chemical methods for the production of succinic acid.  相似文献

The optimization of nutrient levels for the production of pristinamycins by Streptomyces pristinaespiralis CGMCC 0957 in submerged fermentation was carried out using the statistical methodologies based on the Plackett–Burman design, the steepest ascent method, and the central composite design (CCD). First, the Plackett–Burman design was applied to evaluate the influence of related nutrients in the medium. Soluble starch and MgSO4·7H2O were then identified as the most significant nutrients with a confidence level of 99%. Subsequently, the concentrations of the two nutrients were further optimized using response surface methodology of CCD, together with the steepest ascent method. Accordingly, a second-order polynomial regression model was finally fitted to the experimental data. By solving the regression equation from the model and analyzing the response surface, the optimal levels for soluble starch and MgSO4·7H2O were determined as 20.95 and 5.67g/L, respectively. Under the optimized medium, the yield of pristinamycins in the shake flask and 5-L bioreactor could reach 1.30 and 1.01g/L, respectively, which is the highest yield reported in literature to date.  相似文献
