We introduce a new notion for the deformation of Gabor systems. Such deformations are in general nonlinear and, in particular, include the standard jitter error and linear deformations of phase space. With this new notion we prove a strong deformation result for Gabor frames and Gabor Riesz sequences that covers the known perturbation and deformation results. Our proof of the deformation theorem requires a new characterization of Gabor frames and Gabor Riesz sequences. Capparelli conjectured two modular identities for partitions whose parts satisfy certain gap conditions, which were motivated by the calculation of characters for the standard modules of certain affine Lie algebras and by vertex operator theory. These identities were subsequently proved and refined by Andrews, who related them to Jacobi theta functions, and also by Alladi–Andrews–Gordon, Capparelli and Tamba–Xie. We categorify the notion of an infinitesimal braiding in a linear strict symmetric monoidal category, leading to the notion of a (strict) infinitesimal 2-braiding in a linear symmetric strict monoidal 2-category. We describe the associated categorification of the 4-term relations, leading to six categorified relations. We prove that any infinitesimal 2-braiding gives rise to a flat and fake flat 2-connection in the configuration space of n particles in the complex plane, hence to a categorification of the Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov connection. We discuss infinitesimal 2-braidings in a certain monoidal 2-category naturally assigned to every differential crossed module, leading to the notion of a symmetric quasi-invariant tensor in a differential crossed module. Finally, we prove that symmetric quasi-invariant tensors exist in the differential crossed module associated to Wagemann's version of the String Lie-2-algebra. As a corollary, we obtain a more conceptual proof of the flatness of a previously constructed categorified Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov connection with values in the String Lie-2-algebra. 相似文献

In this paper, travelling wave solutions for the nonlinear dispersion Drinfel’d–Sokolov system (called D(m,n) system) are studied by using the Weierstrass elliptic function method. As a result, more new exact travelling wave solutions to the D(m,n) system are obtained including not only all the known solutions found by Xie and Yan but also other more general solutions for different parameters m,n. Moreover, it is also shown that the D(m,1) system with linear dispersion possess compacton and solitary pattern solutions. Besides that, it should be pointed out that the approach is direct and easily carried out without the aid of mathematical software if compared with other traditional methods. Consider the lattice of bounded linear operators on the space of Borel measures on a Polish space. We prove that the operators which are continuous with respect to the weak topology induced by the bounded measurable functions form a sublattice that is lattice isomorphic to the space of transition kernels. As an application we present a purely analytic proof of Doob's theorem concerning stability of transition semigroups. 相似文献
