报道了在酸性溶液中 ,IO- 3可被过量的I- 还原 ,FI流动注射安培法快速测定食盐中碘的方法。溶解于蒸馏水中的食盐样品 (30 μl)注入pH 1的 0 .1mol·L- 1NaCl + 1× 10 - 3mol·L- 1KI的载液中。自行研制的壁喷玻碳电极安培流通检测池作为工作电极 ,电位为 + 0 .2V(vs.SCE)。该系统和反向 (注入KI)系统的线性范围均为 1× 10 - 6 ~ 1× 10 - 4mol·L- 1,检出限为 5× 10 - 7mol·L- 1,相对标准偏差为 0 .8% (n =37) ,样品测定的回收率为 97.6 %~ 10 4 % ,采样频率 90样·h- 1。通过Bernoull恒流瓶可获得无脉冲载流。 相似文献

This phenomenon appears at different extents in different years and might be related to several parameters, such as temperature and humidity during withering, grape composition and Botrytis cinerea loading. Electrochemical solid phase nano-extraction, a novel sample preparation technique, was used for the determination of trace iodide in iodised table salt based on the silver sulfate nanoparticle-modified carbon paste electrode. Electrochemical solid phase nano-extraction was realized in the exchange between the sulfate anion in nanoparticles and an iodide anion from aqueous solution. The released silver cation serves as the electrochemical probe for the determination of iodide. The extraction follows a Freundlich adsorption isotherm, and can be used in the detection of iodide in the concentration range 5.0 × 10−12-4.0 × 10−9 M. The amount of iodide in iodised table salt was determined as 0.875 ± 0.002 μg/g, which is about 2.5% of the addition amount of iodate with a relative deviation of 5.92% and a standard addition recovery of 90-110%. 为实现对运动目标实时指示激光束的非机械电控制,建立了基于光学相控阵的目标指示系统.首先,根据光学相控阵原理和空间光调制特性,对预设指示图添加共轭对称项,利用快速傅里叶变换计算全息法生成的全息图进行制表.其次,在图像传感器采集视频下,运用基于核函数密度估计的改进Mean-shift目标跟踪算法,获取多目标位置信息,查表并载入全息信息,完成全息图的实时更新.最后,利用空间光滤波特性,设计光电再现环节,消去冗余项并完成全息再现过程.实验发现:对8bit灰度全息图,系统每秒的指示速度均在60帧以上,各部件效能达到最大化.满足了目标指示系统稳定性、实时性、准确性等要求,理论算法和实验结果也验证了该系统的有效性. 相似文献

Grapes are rich in primary and secondary metabolites. Among the secondary metabolites, polyphenolic compounds are the most abundant in grape berries. Besides their important impacts on grape and wine quality, this class of compounds has beneficial effects on human health. Due to their antioxidant activity, polyphenols and phenolic acids can act as anti-inflammatory and anticancerogenic agents, and can modulate the immune system. In grape berries, polyphenols and phenolic acids can be located in the pericarp and seeds, but distribution differs considerably among these tissues. Although some classes of polyphenols and phenolic acids are under strict genetic control, the final content is highly influenced by environmental factors, such as climate, soil, vineyard, and management. This review aims to present the main classes of polyphenolic compounds and phenolic acids in different berry tissues and grape varieties and special emphasis on their beneficial effect on human health. 相似文献

The volatiles (VOCs) and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) responsible for aroma are mainly present in skin of grape varieties. Thus, the present investigation is directed towards the optimisation of a solvent free methodology based on headspace-solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-qMS) in order to establish the global volatile composition in pulp and skin of Bual and Bastardo Vitis vinifera L. varieties. A deep study on the extraction-influencing parameters was performed, and the best results, expressed as GC peak area, number of identified compounds and reproducibility, were obtained using 4 g of sample homogenised in 5 mL of ultra-pure Milli-Q water in a 20 mL glass vial with addition of 2 g of sodium chloride (NaCl). A divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane fibre was selected for extraction at 60 °C for 45 min under continuous stirring at 800 rpm. More than 100 VOCs and SVOCs, including 27 monoterpenoids, 27 sesquiterpenoids, 21 carbonyl compounds, 17 alcohols (from which 2 aromatics), 10 C13 norisoprenoids and 5 acids were identified. The results showed that, for both grape varieties, the levels and number of volatiles in skin were considerably higher than those observed in pulp. According to the data obtained by principal component analysis (PCA), the establishment of the global volatile signature of grape and the relationship between different part of grapes—pulp and skin, may be an useful tool to winemaker decision to define the vinification procedures that improves the organoleptic characteristics of the corresponding wines and consequently contributed to an economic valorization and consumer acceptance. 相似文献

Jutrzenka is a sweet liquer wine produced in Poland from the grape variety of the same name, developed in Poland to withstand the harsh climate of winery regions. Jutrzenka wine has a characteristic aroma with strong fruity and flowery notes, which make it unique among other liquer wines as demonstrated in sensory profile analysis. The work was aimed at characterization of volatile compounds in this wine, with the emphasis on characterization of compounds responsible for its unique aroma. Gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) was applied to identify the key odorants using aroma extract dilution analysis (AEDA) approach. To facilitate free and bound terpenes and C(13)-norisoprenoids identification solid phase extraction (SPE) was used followed by GC/MS. Among identified key odorants β-damascenone was the compound having the highest FD (4096), followed by isoamyl alcohol, 4-mercapto-4-methyl-2-pentanone (FD=2048), methional, linalool, ethyl decanoate (FD=1024) and ethyl hexanoate, furaneol (FD=512). Other significant compounds were ethyl 2-methyl propanoate, ethyl 2-methylbutanoate and phenyl ethyl alcohol. Determination of odor activity values (OAV) showed the highest values for β-damascenone (566), 4-mercapto-4-methyl-2-pentanone (288) ethyl hexanoate (32) and linalool (7).
