开关电源主回路将输入的15VAC电压整流滤波所得的直流电压通过升压斩波电路,变换为25-30VDC输出。主控制器为PIC16F877A单片机。整个系统由整流滤波电路、DC-DC变换器、控制电路、按键显示等模块组成。主控制器和TL494以闭环形式控制DC-DC变换电路,实现输出电压稳定可调。该电源还具有过流保护、自恢复、软启动和短路报警功能。  相似文献

Magnesium aluminate doped with Tb3+ (MgAl2O4:Tb3+) was prepared by combustion synthesis. Three thermoluminsence (TL) peaks at 120, 220 and 340 °C were observed. PL and TL emission spectrum shows that Tb3+ acts as the luminescent centre. Optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) was observed when stimulated by 470 nm blue light.Electron spin resonance (ESR) studies were carried out to identify the defect centres responsible for the TL and OSL processes in MgAl2O4:Tb3+. Two defect centres were identified in irradiated MgAl2O4:Tb3+ phosphor by ESR measurements which was carried out at room temperature and these were assigned to V and F+ centres. V centre (hole centre) is correlated to 120 and 220 °C TL peaks and F+ centre (electron centre), which acts as a recombination centre is correlated to 120, 220 and 340 °C.  相似文献

The shape of composite peak 5 in the glow curve of LiF:Mg,Ti (TLD-100), specifically, the ratio of the intensity of peak 5a to peak 5, is employed to separately estimate the gamma and alpha particle components in a mixed radiation field. A blind test demonstrates the reasonable accuracy of the technique which yields results between 3.8% and 30%.  相似文献

The influence of various annealing treatments with heating temperatures (TA) from 240 to 700 °C, with re-annealing at 240 °C, and with a combined re-annealing procedure of 20 min at 270 °C followed by 10 min at 240 °C on LiF:Mg,Cu,P (GR-200A) was investigated. As the TA increased, the intensity decreased rapidly to almost no signal at 340–380 °C then increased clearly and achieved a maximum at 540 °C. The position of the maximum intensity of the glow curve shifted basically in the direction of higher temperatures with an increase at TA and achieved a maximum of 279 °C when annealed at 460 °C. The re-annealing influenced both the intensity and the glow curve structure at certain degree. The effect of re-annealing on the glow curve depended markedly on the TA. With re-annealing at 240 °C, the intensity decreased as TA increased up to 360 °C then increased and achieved a maximum at 540 °C. The intensity could be restored fully when annealed at above 500 °C, however, the glow curve couldn't be restored fully. With a combined annealing, the shape of glow curve of a sample annealed at above 540 °C or below 320 °C was similar to that of the standard glow curve of LiF:Mg,Cu,P and the intensity and glow curve could be restored completely when annealed in the range 620–660 °C. It seems that the main roles of the re-annealing at 240 °C are to restore partially the intensity of peak 4 and peak shape for LiF:Mg,Cu,P when annealed at above 260 °C, and restore fully the total TL intensity of LiF:Mg,Cu,P when annealed at above 500 °C and the main roles of the combined re-annealing are to reduce the intensity of peak 5 and the total TL intensity, increase the intensity of peak 4 and restore the glow curve shape.  相似文献

Several passive solid state dosemeters, such as Gafchromic™ films and thermoluminescence (TL) detectors, are used to estimate and monitor patient skin doses in interventional radiology. To determine the suitability of XR-TypeR Gafchromic™ films and of detectors based on TL materials: pellets, chips and foils to measure skin dose, an intercomparison exercise has been organized within European Dosimetry Radiation Group – Working Group 12 “European Medical ALARA Network” (EURADOS WG12). To test response detectors were exposed to X-ray beams of energies and qualities applied clinically. A blind test was also performed to investigate the accuracy of the dose estimate by detectors exposed to unknown doses. We found the response of films to be strongly dependent on beam quality and filtration (increasing by up to 80% with respect to reference beam quality). The response of TL detectors was found to be less dependent on beam quality (less than 25% variation), with TL foils showing less than 10% variation with respect to reference beam quality. To accurately estimate patient skin doses in interventional radiology it is important to choose the quality of the calibration beam to be as close as possible to the quality of beams actually applied in clinical work.  相似文献

Electron spin resonance (ESR) studies were carried out to identify the defect centres responsible for the thermoluminescence (TL) and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) processes in BeO phosphor. Two defect centres were identified in irradiated BeO phosphor by ESR measurements, which were carried out at room temperature and these were assigned to an O ion and Al2+ centre. The O ion (hole centre) correlates with the main 190 °C TL peak. The Al2+ centre (electron centre), which acts as a recombination centre, also correlates to the 190 °C TL peak. A third centre, observed during thermal annealing studies, is assigned to an O ion and is related to the high temperature TL at 317 °C. This centre also appears to be responsible for the observed OSL process in BeO phosphor.  相似文献

Optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) of synthetic stishovite was investigated for a future dating technique of meteor impact craters. Luminescence around 330 nm was measured on the γ-ray irradiated stishovite under two stimulating light sources of infrared laser (830 nm) and blue light emitting diode set (470 nm). Thermoluminescence (TL) studies before and after the OSL measurements showed the intensities around 100–200°C and 220–350°C to increase and those around 350–450°C to decrease. This indicates that a part of deep-trapped charges excited during the OSL measurements were retrapped by shallower traps. The infrared stimulated luminescence (IRSL) after the TL measurement up to 450°C could not be detected, while the blue light stimulated luminescence (BLSL) after TL had about one-tenth of the intensity before TL. This indicates that a part of the charges in shallower traps were detrapped thermally and returned to the deeper traps which were related to BLSL. The result implies that some of the BLSL-related traps are quite stable at room temperature and could be used for geological dating. In addition, two paramagnetic centers produced by sudden release of high pressure in synthesis process were found in the unirradiated stishovite by electron spin resonance (ESR). Their g-factors are g=2.00181 and g=2.00062 for an axial signal and g=2.00305 for the other isotropic signal. These signals could be used for an evidence of impacts if those signals could be stored in geological time.  相似文献
