介绍了行间转移面阵CCD芯片KAI-1010M的内部结构、工作时序和驱动系统,采用将存储区内相同像素在不同曝光时间的感应电荷叠加,实现了行间转移面阵CCD的时间延时和积分工作方式;采用Fast Dump Gate(FDG)功能快速清除电荷而只保留3行CCD信号以提高帧频,克服面阵帧周期长的缺点,实现三线阵工作方式,最终实现了三线阵的时间延时和积分成像工作方式.实验结果表明,此实现方式是可行的,最大帧频可达54.3 fps,控制曝光时间的方式灵活,而且能使CCD输出信号的幅度成倍的增加. 相似文献

The release of urea from ethylcellulose coated microcapsules was efficiently reduced by post-treatment with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) in n-hexane. Our results show that TDI can be used as a sealant which modifies the shell characteristics of the ethylcellulose film. The modification is rather complicated in that it probably includes cross-linking between ethylcellulose and TDI, a reaction between urea and TDI, and biuret or polyurea formation from TDI absorbed on the microcapsules surface with moisture. The influence of post-treated conditions on the release of urea from ethylcellulose shell was studied. 相似文献

This paper studies approximation capability to L2(Rd) functions of incremental constructive feedforward neural networks(FNN) with random hidden units.Two kinds of therelayered feedforward neural networks are considered:radial basis function(RBF) neural networks and translation and dilation invariant(TDI) neural networks.In comparison with conventional methods that existence approach is mainly used in approximation theories for neural networks,we follow a constructive approach to prove that one may simply randomly choose parameters of hidden units and then adjust the weights between the hidden units and the output unit to make the neural network approximate any function in L2(Rd) to any accuracy.Our result shows given any non-zero activation function g :R+→R and g(x Rd) ∈ L2(Rd) for RBF hidden units,or any non-zero activation function g(x) ∈ L2(Rd) for TDI hidden units,the incremental network function fn with randomly generated hidden units converges to any target function in L2(Rd) with probability one as the number of hidden units n→∞,if one only properly adjusts the weights between the hidden units and output unit. 相似文献

Platform movement during exposure of imaging system severely degrades image quality. In the case of Time delay and integration (TDI) camera, abnormal movements cause not only image blur but also distortion, for image Point Spread Function (PSF) is space-variant. In this paper, we present a motion degradation model of TDI image, and provide a method to restore such degraded image. While a TDI camera is imaging, it outputs images row by row (or line by line) along the scanning axis, and our method processes in the same track. We firstly calculate the space-invariant PSF of each row using the movement information of the TDI camera. Then, we substitute pixels of the row and the ones of their neighbor rows together with the PSF into standard Richardson–Lucy algorithm. By deconvoluting we get the restored pixels of the row. The same operations are executed for all rows of the degraded TDI image. Finally, a restored image can be reconstructed from those restored rows. Both simulated and experimental results prove the effectiveness of our method. 相似文献

压剪炮试验是获取材料超高应变率下本构关系的最常用手段,其中普遍采用的测试方法是利用激光干涉技术同时测量靶板背面一点的纵向和横向速度。但传统的横向位移干涉仪抵抗靶板撞击过程中的运动而引起的光路偏移能力很有限,因而压剪试验成功率很低。本文讨论了撞击过程中靶板运动对横向位移干涉仪试验信号的影响,为提高横向位移干涉仪特别是非理想撞靶情况下的测量能力,对几种不同干涉光路进行详细分析。通过改进传统横向位移干涉光路,研制了一种新干涉光路,并通过试验证明:相对于传统光路,新光路更简单并更可靠。 相似文献
