Enzymatic synthesis of optically active α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates and reactions thereof

A novel and enzymatic approach to α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates was developed via enantioselective CALB-catalyzed acetylation and CRL-catalyzed hydrolysis. The resultant optically active compounds provide, via Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons (HWE) reaction, chiral α,β-unsaturated ketones that are building block with potential application in organic synthesis.     

A versatile and practical synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes/bis(indolyl)glycoconjugates catalyzed by trichloro-1,3,5-triazine

A practical and efficient electrophilic substitution reaction of indoles with a variety of aldehydes was carried out using catalytic trichloro-1,3,5-triazine (10 mol %) in acetonitrile to furnish the corresponding bis(indolyl)methanes in excellent yields. Similarly, sugar derived aldehydes gave hitherto unknown bis(indolyl)glycoconjugates in very good yields.     

单分散交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯树脂的制备及亲合纯化伴刀豆球蛋白-A

采用一步种子溶胀聚合法制备了颗粒呈单分散的交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙南树脂，对其环氧基的组成比进行了表征，并以氨基葡萄糖为配基，首次制备了纯化粗品伴刀豆球蛋白-A(Ⅲ）(Con-A，Ⅲ)的聚合物基质的高效亲合色谱柱。配基在树脂上的键合量为8．2mg／g，对纯化后的Con-A（Ⅲ）的吸附量为13．4mg／g。使用该亲合色谱介质成功地从粗品Con-A中快速纯化了Con-A，电泳分析显示为一个主要的谱带，纯度从15％提高到95％。     

分子诱导效应指数与链烷烃的沸点

利用基团的诱导效应指数，首次提出了分子的诱导效应指数的概念，并定义了 链烷烃的有效碳链长度NC＝（MIs,N/MIb,N)·N，式中MIs,N,MIb,N分别为直链和支 链异构体的分子诱导效应指数。研究结果表明，链烷烃的沸点Tb(℃）与NC关系是 ：1n(806.5-Tb)=6.9824-0.11431NC^2/3     

羰基过渡金属异核原子簇(PPh3)2CuFe2Co(CO)8(μ3-S)和(PPh3)3AuFe2Co(CO)7(μ3-S)的合成与表征

本文利用高压法制备HFe₂Co(CO)₉(μ₃-S),作为原料,经脱质子化作用,再分别与(PPh₃)₂Cu(NO₃)和PPh₃AuCl反应,将Ph₃Cu-或Ph₃Au-联接到原始簇合物的中心骨架上,使簇核扩大,得到了组成为(PPh₃)₂CuFe₂Co(CO)₈(μ₃-S)和(PPh₃)₃AuFe₂Co(CO)₇(μ₃-S)的化合物.文中对此两个新化合物进行了IR,UV,¹H和³¹P NMR.元素分析、熔点测定等性质表征,并对(PPh₃)₂CuFe₂Co(CO)₇(μ₃-S)进行了单晶X-射线衍射分析.两个化合物具有类似的中心骨架,在Fe₂和Co原子三角形的上面和下面分别键联着Cu和S,或Au和S原子,构成了三角双锥结构.其中一个簇合物由二个三苯基膦和八个羰基配位,另一个则由三个三苯基膦和七个羰基配位.

O–B–N-6-ring constitution of the chelates29–32 [R=OH, NH₂, NHC₆H₅, N(CH₃)₂] can be deduced from the spectra.

A Study of the Silylation of 1,8-Dihydroxynaphthalene

Twelve compounds each having a six membered Si-contained heterocycle, have been successfully synthesized. Of these eleven compounds have never been reported in the literature. The structures were confirmed by Spectral analysis and elementary analysis. The stability and properties of these compounds is also discussed.     

A force field study of diacetylene molecule by kinetic constant method

The potential constants of diacetylene molecule has been evaluated using kinetic constants. The other molecular constants such as the generalised vibrational mean amplitudes, shrinkage constants, Coriolis coupling constants and centrifugal distortion constants are also calculated using the vibrational frequencies and the results discussed.     

Application of size exclusion chromatography to the structural study of polyorganometallosiloxanes

Size exclusion chromatography was employed to elucidate the structure of the organosiloxane moiety in trimethylsiloxy derivatives of organometallosiloxanes containing Na, K, Ni, Mn, Cu, and Fe. An efficient technique of trimethylsilylation of organometallosiloxanes was developed to minimize alterations in their structure. The TMS derivatives of organometallosiloxanes were found to exist mostly as a more or less polydisperse mixture of cyclic poly[phenyltrimethylsiloxy siloxane]s. The preferred size of the cycles depends primarily on the nature of the metal in organometallosiloxane.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
