Molecular Recognition of Nucleic Acid Bases in Water by Hydrogen Bonding of Poly(vinyldiaminotriazine)

Poly(2-vinyl-4,6-diamino-1,3,5-triazine) efficiently binds nucleic acid bases and nucleosides in water by using complementary hydrogen bonding. The binding activity decreases in the order: U, T > A C, G. The corresponding monomer shows virtually no activity, indicating a predominant role of polymer effect for the molecular recognition in water.     

A novel indicator series for measuring pKa values in acetonitrile

A series of substituted azobenzene dyes was found to span a range of 8 pK_a units in acetonitrile. The UV absorption spectra of the dyes are responsive to protonation, changing in both absorption maximum and intensity. These characteristics make the dyes useful as indicators for the measurement of pK_a values of neutral organic bases that absorb in the visible region of the spectrum.     

Carbon dendron nano-chains with π-extended conjugation based on end-capped N,N-dimethylamino in linear 1,4-phenylethynyl or in 1,5-naphthylethynyl subunits: fluorescence analysis

The synthesis of dendrons with the end-capped 5-(N,N-dimethylamino)naphthyl-1-ethynyl unit connected to conjugated naphthylethynyl or p-phenylethynyl chains, as the branches of the 1,3,5-substituted benzene core, have been undertaken by heterocoupling reaction between 1,3,5-triiodobenzene and the convenient end-capped 5-(N,N-dimethylamino)naphthylacetylene or 5-(N,N-dimethylamino)naphthylethynylphenylacetylene in the presence of the palladium-copper catalyst system, in excellent yields. The influence of the alternating naphthylethynyl-phenylethynyl chains on the fluorescence emission radiation, in the dendron structures, has been analyzed.     

Schiff碱双核Mn配合物的合成、结构和性能研究

Five manganese complexes of Schiff base were synthesized： [Mn^Ⅳ，Ⅳ(μ-O)(Salen)]₂·DMF·H₂O (1)， [Mn^Ⅳ，Ⅳ(μ-O)(5-BrSalen)]₂·DMF·0.5H₂O (2)， {Mn^Ⅳ，Ⅳ(μ-O)[Sal(1，2-pn)]}₂·H₂O (3)， {Mn^Ⅳ，Ⅳ(μ-O)[5-Br-Sal(1，2-pn)]}₂·H₂O (4)， {Mn^Ⅳ，Ⅳ(μ-O)[5-CH₃-Sal(1，2-pn)]}₂·2H₂O (5)， and were characterized by element analysis， IR and UV-Vis spectra. The results of cyclic voltammogram show that Schiff base ligands can drop the potential of manganese and steady high oxide state of manganese. The magnetic properties of 1 and 3 have also been studied. The results show that there is a weak ferromagnetically coupling of Mn^Ⅳ₂ pair at room and low temperature， and the interactions of complex 3 are weaker than complex 1.     

对称三唑Schif碱和氯化铜配合物的研究

本文介绍水杨配合与４－氨基－３，５－二乙基－１，２，４－三唑缩合而成对称三唑Ｓｃｈｉｆ碱（ＳＡＥＴＺ）与氯化铜（ＣｕＣｌ２）形成一种新的配合物Ｃｕ（ＳＡＥＴＺ）２（ＳＡＥＴＺ＝４－（邻羟苯基亚甲基）－亚胺－３，５－二乙基－１，２，４－三唑）。配合物的晶体结构表明，分子中两个偶氮甲碱的Ｎ原子及两个酚氧原子与中心Ｃｕ原子形成规则的平面配位结构。晶体属单斜晶系，空间群Ｐ２１／ｎ，ａ＝８．６８８（２），ｂ＝９．３１４（１），ｃ＝１６．５１５（４），β＝９４．３４（２）。，Ｖ＝１３３２．５（７）３，Ｚ＝２。     

Co(II) Schiff碱载氧载氮性能研究

运用INDO－UHF计算方法研究了CO(Ⅱ) Schiff碱的载氧特性，结果表明，Co(Ⅱ)与O_2的作用是通过σ键组合，并具有较明显的反铁磁性耦合作用, 论证了作为第五轴向配体在可逆载氧过程中的必要性，对比研究了Co－N_2的相互作用. 计算表明，CO(Ⅱ)的Schiff碱络合物可能作为氧氮分离的活性物质，从而具有一定的、潜在的工业应用价值.

3-氨基-二氢噻吩-2-酮类Schiff碱的合成和生物活性研究

通过3-氨基-二氢噻吩-2-酮(DL-高半胱氨酸硫内酯)盐酸盐与取代苯甲醛反应, 得到3-氨基-二氢噻吩-2-酮类Schiff碱. 合成了9个化合物, 其中7个为首次报道的新Schiff碱类化合物. 化合物结构经IR, ¹H NMR和元素分析证实, 并对这些化合物进行了室内毒力测试, 结果表明此类化合物具有很好的杀菌、抑菌活性.     

弱碱性阴离子交换树脂分离1,6—二磷酸果糖的研究

采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂HJ-30对发酵液中1，6-二磷酸果糖的分离进行了研究。详细地研究了树脂的吸附和脱附性能。实验结果表明，HJ-30树脂对FDP的吸附量达0．28gFDP／g湿树脂，以0．05mol／LNaCl洗脱光机磷和1mol／LNaCl洗脱1，6-二磷酸果糖，产品的收率和纯度分别为92％和99．4％。     

高稳定性CaO-ZrO2固体碱催化剂的表征和催化性能

用共沉淀法经高温焙烧制备了CaO摩尔分数从10%至50%的CaO-ZrO₂系列催化剂, 将其应用于碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯过程, 并通过XRD, FT-IR, BET, ICP, CO₂-TPD, XPS等表征手段研究了催化剂的物性及其催化性能随组成变化的的规律. 结果表明, 当CaO摩尔分数高于30%时, 表面出现游离的CaO, 虽然具有强碱性和高活性, 但是稳定性差; 而当CaO摩尔分数低于30%时, Ca^2＋进入ZrO₂晶格, CaO与ZrO₂形成连续固溶体, 并且随着CaO含量的增加, 晶格氧的电荷密度增加, 催化剂的碱性增强, 使得CaO-ZrO₂催化剂在碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯过程中获得了高活性和高稳定性.
