Arsenic speciation analysis in marine samples was performed using ion chromatography (IC) with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) detection. The separation of eight arsenic species, viz. arsenite, monomethyl arsonic acid, dimethylarsinic acid, arsenate, arsenobetaine, tetramethylarsine oxide, arsenocholine and tetramethylarsonium ion was achieved on a Dionex AS4A (weaker anion exchange column) by using a nitric acid pH gradient eluent (pH 3.3 to 1.3). The entire separation was accomplished in 12 min. The detection limits for the eight arsenic species by IC–ICP‐MS were in the range 0.03–1.6 µ g l?1, based on 3σ of the blank response (n = 6). The repeatability and day‐to‐day reproducibility were calculated to be less than 10% (residual standard deviation) for all eight species. The method was validated by analyzing a certified reference material (DORM‐2, dogfish muscle) and then successfully applied to several marine samples, e.g. oyster, fish muscle, shrimp and marine algae. 聚乙二醇(PEG)6000经亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)修饰后和CuSO4反应,形成PEG修饰聚合物PEG-(IDA-Cu)2 ,与吐温80、磷酸盐混合,构成液-固亲和萃取体系,直接从大豆蛋白匀浆中提取氨基酸.选定萃取条件为磷酸盐摩尔比n(K2HPO4)∶n(NaH2PO4)为4.8∶1,体系pH值 7.70,总盐浓度为1.60 mol·L-1;吐温80的体积分数为10.5%.结果表明该体系对大豆蛋白匀浆中氨基酸的二次萃取率为66.5%,用离子交换技术后继处理,得纯度较高的组氨酸.  相似文献

Resonant-cavity-enhanced photodetectors and LEDs in the mid-infrared   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper we outline the use of resonant-cavity enhancement for increasing the exterior coupling efficiency of photodetectors and light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in the mid-infrared (MIR) spectral region. This method is potentially very important in the MIR because encapsulation is not presently feasible due to the lack of suitable materials. Among other potential applications, resonant-cavity-enhanced (RCE) photodetectors and LEDs could be particularly suitable for greenhouse gas detection because of their ‘pre-tunable’ spectrally narrowed resonantly enhanced peaks. We also present the optical characterization of an InAs RCE photodetector aimed at the detection of methane gas (λ≈3.3 μm), and an InAs/InAs0.91Sb0.09 resonant-cavity LED (RCLED) aimed at carbon dioxide gas (λ≈4.2 μm). The high peak responsivity of the RCE photodetector was 34.7 A/W at λ=3.14 μm, and the RCLED peaked at λ=3.96 μm. These are among the longest operating wavelengths for III–V RCE photodetectors and RCLEDs reported in the literature.  相似文献

Polysiloxanes immobilized onto the surfaces of porous silica particles have proven to be good stationary phases for the separation of multiresidues of pesticides and their metabolic/degradation products by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Similar materials have proven effective for pre-concentration and clean-up procedures using solid phase extraction. 本文研究用双(十二烷基亚磺酰)乙烷萃取钯的性能,在KI存在下从7mol/L盐酸介质中用含有BDSE的氯仿能定量萃取钯,有机的钯可被硫脲或氨溶液反萃继之用TMK-TritonX-100光度法测定,研究了萃取的最佳条件及干扰情况,斜率法测得萃合物组成为Pd:I:BDSE=1:2:1,红外光谱证实萃合物中BDSE的二个亚砜以硫原子与钯配位,萃合物为异位体络合物,提出了选择性萃取分离钯的新方法。  相似文献

Cellulose carbamate, an environmentally friendly material presents an interesting alternative to petroleum-based polymers because of its renewable, biodegradable, biocompatible nature and its solubility in conventional solvents. In synthesis process of cellulose carbamate, urea was firstly impregnated into the cellulose pulp by supercritical CO2(scCO2), followed by the esterification of cellulose. The structure of cellulose carbamate was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The rheological properties of these cellulose carbamates in 9% sodium hydroxide solution were investigated, using a range of the nitrogen content, concentrations and shear rates.  相似文献

Volcanic (allophanic) soils are interesting in terms of the control of the greenhouse effect and the knowledge of the porous features is of importance to understand the mechanism of C and N sequestration. These soils contain a peculiar clay: allophane aggregates quite close to the synthetic mineral gels aggregates. These volcanic materials behave as gels during drying with a large irreversible shrinkage that can modify the soil physical properties. Consequently, as for silica gels, we use the CO2 supercritical drying procedure (SD) to control the drying step and to preserve the structural and textural properties of the soils. The experimental results show that the N and C content in the soils is clearly dependent on the allophane content. We also show that the textural properties, such as specific surface area, are higher for the supercritically dried samples, compared to the classically dried samples, and SAXS results confirm the preserving effect of the SD. With these data, we propose possible effects of the specific surface area on the C and N content of the allophanic soils.  相似文献

An automated system for derivaatization was coupled on-line with solid-phase extraction-gas-chromatography (SPE-GC). The system was optimized for the determination of phenol and chlorinated phenols in aqueous samples. The test analytes were acetylated with acetic anhydride; proper buffering of the sample was a critical factor. Next, the phenol acetates were enriched on a SPE cartridge and transferred to a GC; two appraoaches were studied. In the first approach, the derivatives were enriched on disposable C18 cartridges (ASPEC type) and desorbed with methylacetate. Aan aliquot of the final eluate was injected on-line the GC by means of a loop-type interface. In the second approach, trace enrichment was performed on 10 × 2 mm i.d. LC-type precolumn packed with polystyrenedivinylbenzene copolymer (PLRP-S) this precolumn was dried with a mitrogen purge and the phenol acetates were desorbed with ethyl acetate which was injectedon-line into the retention gap of the GC under partially concurrent solvent evaporation (PCSE) conditions. The Derivatization-SPE-GC system which was based on the loop-type interface has the advantage of simplicity and easy operation, the main drawback is the impossibility to determine phenol acetates which elute prior to trichlorophenol acetates. With the derivatization-SPE-GC approach using PCSE-based desorption, even the most volatile analyte of the test series, phenol acetate, can be determined successfully. The entire procedure, including the derivatization step, was fully automated and integrated in one set-up. The precision data for the integrated on-line derivatization-SP-FID system were fully satisfactory, with RSD values of 1–12 % at the 1 μg/1 level. When a sample volume of 2.2 ml was analyzed, The detection limits for the chlorinated phenol acetates were in the 0.1–0.3 μg/1 range.  相似文献

The solvent extraction of cobalt(II), nickel(II) and copper(II) using 2,4-pent-dione (Hacac) and 4-phenyl-2, 4-but-dione (Hbzac) is carried out by varying the reagent concentration and pH of the aqueous phase. Each of these metals is quantitatively separated (≈ 98%) from their binary mixtures with monovalent (Ag), divalent (Mn, Zn, Cd, Hg, Mg, Sn, Pb) and trivalent (Cr, Fe) metals. The extraction constants are calculated from the metal distribution data using linear regression analysis. The extracted species is MA2 in each case. A most significant result is separation of copper(II) from iron(III) which otherwise interferes when extracted from the acidic medium.  相似文献
