The nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) technique has been utilized to characterize the local oxygen coordination of inequivalent Cu sites in YBa2Cu3O6+x(0 ≤ x ≤ 0.91). Essentially, four distinct NQR lines which correspond to 2, 3,4 oxygen coordinated Cu sites in the Cu-O chains and 5 oxygen coordinated Cu sites in the Cu-O planes have been observed. The zero-field NQR frequencies of these are centered at about 30.1, 24.0, 22.0 and 31.5 MHz for 63Cu, respectively. For the antiferromagnetic ordered state (x ≤ 0.3), antiferromagnetic nuclear resonance (AFNR) has been observed at 90 MHz with quadrupole splittings associated with the moment-bearing Cu sites in the Cu-O planes. The relative intensities of these resonance lines depend on the oxygen content, and this gives us a microscopic understanding of the Cu chemistry of this system.  相似文献

We have investigated the crystal structure and the ferroelectric properties of BaTiO3 thin films with YBa2Cu3O as the bottom and Au as the top electrode. Epitaxial heterostructures of YBa2Cu3O and BaTiO3 were prepared by dc and rf sputtering, respectively. The crystal structure of the films was characterised by X-ray diffraction. The ferroelectric behaviour of the BaTiO3 films was confirmed by hysteresis loop measurements using a Sawyer Tower circuit. We obtain a coercive field of 30 kV/cm and a remanent polarisation of 1.25 μC/cm2. At sub-switching fields the capacitance of the films obeys a relation analogous to the Rayleigh law. This behaviour indicates an interaction of domain walls with randomly distributed pinning centres. At a field of 5 MV/m we calculate a 3% contribution of the irreversible domain wall motion to the total dielectric constant. Received 24 June 1999 and Received in final form 27 August 1999  相似文献

First-principles calculation was performed using tight-binding LMTO method with local density approximation (LDA) and atomic sphere approximation (ASA) to understand the electronic properties of rhenium nitride. The equilibrium geometries, the electronic band structure, the total and partial DOS are obtained under various pressures and are analyzed in comparison with the available experimental data. The most stable structure of ReN is NiAs like structure. Our results indicate that ReN can be used as a super-hard conductor. We estimated the average electron-phonon coupling constant to be 1.65 and superconducting transition temperature (Tc) is 5.1 K. The Tc value increases with the increase in pressure.  相似文献

A high temperature superconducting cable may be based on a centrally located cylindrical support, a so-called former. If electrically conductive, the former can contribute to the AC losses through eddy current losses caused by unbalanced axial and tangential magnetic fields. With these measurements we aim at investigating the eddy current losses of commonly used former materials. A one layer cable conductor was wound on a glass fibre reinforced polymer (GFRP) former. By inserting a variety of materials into this, it was possible to measure the eddy current losses of each of the former candidates separately; for example copper tubes, stainless steel braid, copper braid, corrugated stainless steel tubes, etc. The measured data are compared with the predictions of a theoretical model. Our results show that in most cases, the losses induced by eddy currents in the former are negligible. However, for materials with a low resistivity the eddy current losses may become significant, e.g., for high purity Cu or Al.  相似文献

Summary An interpretation of the Cu-site substitution effects on the critical temperature of La2CuO4-derived superconductors is presented. We argue that the available data on the dependence ofT c on the amount of Cu-site substitutions indicate that the integrity of the Cu spin lattice is not fundamental to the superconductivity. A consistent way of systematizing the published data is proposed, by focusing on the interplay of valence fluctuations and accompanying lattice deformations.  相似文献

Dynamical spin susceptibility χs(q,ω) of the dp model in the over doping region is investigated by using the auxiliary boson technique. It includes higher order terms of the 1/N-expansion within the random phase approximation (RPA) of the local vertex, where frequency dependence of the quasi-particle interaction is taken into account. The incommensurate spin fluctuation is obtained due to the nesting effect in the low energy region (ωω*), whereas the commensurate one in the high energy region (ωω*), the characteristic energy ω* is estimated to be about 30 meV. Both of the spin–lattice relaxation rate 1/T1 and the spin–spin relaxation rate 1/Tg monotonically increase as T decreases, while the spin Knight shift K is almost independent of T.  相似文献

The anisotropy of MgB2 is still under debate: its value, strongly dependent on the kind of sample and on the measuring method, ranges between 1.2 and 13. In this work we present our results on MgB2 c-oriented superconducting thin film. To evaluate the anisotropy, we followed two different approaches. Firstly, magnetoresistivity was measured as a function of temperature at selected magnetic fields applied both parallel and perpendicular to the c-axis; secondly, we measured magnetoresistivity at selected temperatures and magnetic fields, varying the angle θ between the magnetic field and the c-axis. The anisotropy estimated from the ratio between the upper critical fields parallel and perpendicular to the c-axis and the one obtained in the framework of the scaling approach within the anisotropic Ginzburg-Landau theory are different but show a similar trend in the temperature dependence. Some differences in the upper critical field and in its anisotropy of our film with respect to single crystals are emphasized: some of these aspects can be accounted for by an analysis of upper critical fields within a two-band model in presence of disorder and/or crystallographic strain. 随着我国大规模电力系统的逐步形成,电网的安全稳定问题日渐突出,保证电力系统的安全稳定运行已经成为电网发展和运行的重要任务.超导磁储能系统以其对系统功率需求的快速响应特性可以为提高电力系统的稳定性提供新的技术途径,同时对改善电能质量、提高可靠性也有很好的技术优势.本文在简要论证电力安全的重要性的基础上,对SMES提高系统的安全稳定性的优越性进行了分析,并介绍了国家863计划项目“高温超导磁储能系统”的工作进展.  相似文献
