The UV excited and persistent luminescence properties as well as thermoluminescence (TL) of Eu2+ doped strontium aluminates, SrAl2O4:Eu2+ were studied at different temperatures. Two luminescence bands peaking at 445 and 520 nm were observed at 20 K but only the latter at 295 K. Both Sr-sites in the lattice are thus occupied by Eu2+ but at room temperature efficient energy transfer occurs between the two sites. The UV excited and persistent luminescence spectra were similar at 295 K but the excitation spectra were different. Thus the luminescent centre is the same in both phenomena but excitation processes are different. Two TL peaks were observed between 50 and 250 °C in the glow curve. Multiple traps were, however, observed by preheating and initial rise methods. With longer delay times only the high temperature TL peak was observed. The persistent luminescence is mainly due to slow fading of the low temperature TL peak but the step-wise feeding process from high temperature traps is also probable. 相似文献

Semiconductor materials containing bismuth have attracted the attention of researchers over the past several decades, as a result of their high photocatalytic activity in various reactions and/or high efficiency in their photoelectric conversion of solar energy. This interest originated from the observations that bismuth-containing semiconductors have a sufficiently small bandgap, which makes them sensitive to radiation in the visible spectral range; thus, visible-light-active materials. Among the various bismuth-containing semiconductor materials, the bismuthates of alkaline earth metals are distinguished and describe into separate groups. Several new strontium 4-carboxyphenylphosphonates, i.e., two modifications of Sr(HOOCC6H4PO3H)2, SrH(OOCC6H4PO3)·H2O, Sr3(OOCC6H4PO3)2·4H2O and Sr3(OOCC6H4PO3)2·5.7H2O were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetry, X-ray powder diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. It was found that the compositions of these compounds depend on the acidity of the reaction medium. In addition, the presented compounds are interconvertible in dependence on pH. The position of the acid hydrogen atom in SrH(OOCC6H4PO3)·H2O was determined from the IR spectra of the studied compounds.The structure of the β modification of Sr(HOOCC6H4PO3H)2 was solved from its X-ray powder diffraction pattern using an ab initio method (the FOX program) with subsequent Rietveld refinement in the FULLPROF program. The compound is monoclinic, with the space group P21/c (No. 14), a=49.88(2), b=7.867(2), c=5.602(3) Å, β=128.68(2)°, and Z=4. The crystal structures of the M2NaIO6 series (M = Ca, Sr, Ba), prepared at 650 °C by ceramic methods, were determined from conventional laboratory X‐ray powder diffraction data. Synthesis and crystal growth were made by oxidizing I– with O2(air) to I7+ followed by crystal growth in the presence of NaF as mineralizator, or by the reaction of the alkali‐metal periodate with the alkaline‐earth metal hydroxide. All three compounds are insoluble and stable in water. The barium compound crystallizes in the cubic space group Fm3m (no. 225) with lattice parameters of a = 8.3384(1) Å, whereas the strontium and calcium compounds crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c (no. 14) with a = 5.7600(1) Å, b = 5.7759(1) Å, c = 9.9742(1) Å, β = 125.362(1)° and a = 5.5376(1) Å, b = 5.7911(1) Å, c = 9.6055(1) Å, β = 124.300(1)°, respectively. The crystal structure consists of either symmetric (for Ba) or distorted (for Sr and Ca) perovskite superstructures. Ba2NaIO6 contains the first perfectly octahedral [IO6]5– unit reported. The compounds of the ortho‐periodates are stable up to 800 °C. Spectroscopic measurements as well as DFT calculations show a reasonable agreement between calculated and observed IR‐ and Raman‐active vibrations. 相似文献

Preparation and microwave absorption properties of electroless Co-Ni-P coated strontium ferrite powder 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A new type of Co-Ni-P coated strontium ferrite nanocomposite was prepared with electroless plating enhanced by ultrasonic wave at room temperature. The plating process was studied carefully. The morphology, crystal structure and microwave absorption properties of the Co-Ni-P coated powder were studied with field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive analysis of X-rays (EDX) and vector network analyzer. The results show that the strontium ferrite powder was successfully coated with Co-Ni-P alloy and possesses excellent microwave absorption properties. The maximum microwave loss of the composite powder reaches −44.12 dB. The bandwidth with the loss above −10 dB exceeds 13.8 GHz. 相似文献
