 The complexity of different quality standards can, in principle, be covered by different approaches and strategies. In-depth process mapping of quality control (QC) work streams was used by the analytical laboratories of Lonza AG to show up the principle differences in being compliant to different quality systems. The results identified two main drivers for all necessary actions: process-related activities and infrastructure-related activities. In addition, a clear indication of the economic impact of these driving forces was gained, which led the laboratories to decide on a process-oriented approach. This approach has the advantage of being able to reflect the different demands of different quality assurance (QA) regulations within the same QC organizational structure. Following the process helps avoid unnecessary efforts in analytical work and represents a very economical approach, at the same time, providing high flexibility to react to different QA or customer demands. Visual aspect and aroma are among the most important features of fruit that determine consumer preferences. Electronic nose and spectroscopic techniques have shown positive results in evaluating some basic analytical parameters of fruit and global features such as the cultivar.In this paper, we illustrate and discuss a study aimed at evaluating the improvement derived by the fusion of visible spectra and electronic nose data. These experiments were performed on a population of yellow peaches belonging to two cultivars. Each sample was measured by visible optical spectroscopy and by electronic nose. In addition, a number of reference parameters were also measured by conventional destructive methodologies.Collected data were analysed individually and then fused together in order to classify the two cultivars and to estimate the reference parameters. Data fusion was performed building the outer product matrix for each measurement. The set of matrices was then successively unfolded and analysed by conventional chemometrics tools.Results were improved using outer products, for instance in classification average percentage errors of 25, 10, and 7 for electronic nose, spectra, and outer product, respectively was achieved. Regression analysis provides the evidence of a substantial orthogonal appearance of the datasets, which offer former hidden information on fruit classification.  相似文献

 通过仿真计算分析了激光在光束控制系统通道内传输所产生的热效应及其对远场光束质量的影响。激光传播由近轴波方程描述,用快速傅里叶变换技术求解;激光热效应引起的流场密度变化采用完全Navier-Stokes方程计算。计算给出了不同波长、不同吸收系数条件下的远场光斑情况。计算结果表明,在典型的工作条件和状态下,较高能量激光在光束控制系统通道内产生的热效应影响不容忽视,它会明显降低远场目标处的能量集中度,增大光斑的发散。  相似文献

This study investigates how storage conditions (temperature and duration) may affect the physicochemical parameters, especially free acidity (FA), of Talh honey originating from Acacia gerrardii that have naturally high FA levels. Fresh Talh honey samples were kept at 0, 25, 35, and 45 °C, and analyzed monthly over a period of eight months. The Talh honey was monofloral with 69% A. gerrardii pollen content. The free acidity (FA) of freshly harvested Talh honey samples was higher (93 ± 0.3 meq/kg) than that of standard limits (≤50 meq/kg) and remained stable at 0 °C throughout the storage period. A significantly increase in FA started to occur after storage for 6 months at 25 °C (103 ± 0.2 meq/kg), 2 months at 35 °C (108 ± 0.3 meq/kg), and 1 month at 45 °C (112 ± 0.3 meq/kg). After 8 months of storage, the highest FA level was recorded at 45 °C (159 ± 0.5 meq/kg), followed by 127 ± 0.3 meq/kg at 35 °C, 105 ± 0.2 meq/kg at 25 °C, and 94 ± 0.3 meq/kg at 0 °C. It was found that 0 °C was an appropriate temperature for storing honey for long time. The electrical conductivity (EC) of fresh Talh samples (1.46 ± 0.0 mS/cm) was above the accepted limit (≤0.8 mS/cm), which was slightly increased (non-significant) throughout the storage period under all the storage temperatures. Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), diastase activity (DN), and reducing sugars (RSs) showed normal levels only at 0 °C and 25 °C throughout the storage period. However, HMF exceeded the standard limits after the first month at 45 °C (127 ± 9.6 mg/kg) and after the second month at 35 °C (90 ± 23.5 mg/kg), DA decreased below standard limits after the second month (5 ± 1 DN) under 45 °C and after the seventh month under 35 °C (7 ± 2 DN, and RSs decreased below 60% after 2 months under 45 °C and after 6 months at 35 °C. The physicochemical parameters (moisture content, pH, color, and sucrose) were the least affected and were within the standard range throughout the storage period under all the storage temperatures. The levels of FA and EC in fresh Talh samples were higher than the acceptable limits. The moisture content, pH, color, and sucrose content were not affected by storage conditions and remained within the acceptable limits. HMF, DA, and RSs were significantly affected by storage conditions only at 35 and 45 °C. The storage of honey at low temperatures (0 and 25 °C) for up to eight months presented the least amount of changes in the honey, and the honey was unchanged from its fresh status. Honey storage at 35 and 45 °C resulted in significant changes. It is recommended that Talh honey, which normally has high acidity levels, should be stored at temperatures not exceeding 25 °C.  相似文献

Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae) is an important starter in the fermentation of koji and moromi. However, the effect of different A. oryzae strains on the quality of moromi has rarely been studied. For this reason, this study analyzed the physicochemical properties, enzyme activity, sensory quality, and metabolite profiles of moromi samples fermented using two strains (A. oryzae KCCM12012P (moromi-1) and KCCM12804P (moromi-2)), which were newly isolated from fermented soy foods, and compared them to those of a commercialized A. oryzae strain (control). Amino-type nitrogen contents of moromi-1 and moromi-2 samples were higher than that of control moromi, and their amylase and protease activities were also higher. Moreover, metabolite profiles of moromi were significantly altered according to strains. In particular, the levels of many amino acids, peptides, nucleotides, and acidic compounds were altered, which resulted in changes in the sensory quality of moromi. Although volatile compounds were not investigated, the results suggested that the quality of moromi was significantly different for newly isolated strains, especially A. oryzae KCCM12804P, and they were superior to the commercial strain in terms of taste-related substances. Therefore, these strains could be used as good starters to produce moromi and soy sauce with good sensory quality.  相似文献

In the present work, a two-dimensional qNMR method for the determination of sennosides was established. Using band-selective HSQC and the cross correlations of the characteristic 10–10’ bonds, we quantified the total amount of the value-determining dianthranoids in five minutes, thus, rendering the method not only fast, but also specific and stability indicating. The validation of the method revealed excellent accuracy (recovery rates of 98.5 to 103%), precision (RSD values of 3.1%), and repeatability (2.2%) and demonstrated the potential of 2D qNMR in the quality control of medicinal plants. In a second method, the use of 2D qNMR for the single analysis of sennosides A, B, and A1 was evaluated with acceptable measurement times (31 min), accuracy (93.8%), and repeatability (5.4% and 5.6%) for the two major purgatives sennoside A and B. However, the precision for sennoside B and A1 was not satisfactory, mainly due to the low resolution of the HSQC signals of the two compounds.  相似文献

There is little information in the literature about the fungal contamination of boar semen and its persistence during storage. The challenge of this study was to perform a mycological screening to identify the yeast in the raw semen at 12/24 h after dilution. The research was done in pig farms in the N-E area of Romania, with maximum biosecurity and state-of-the-art technology. All the examined ejaculates (101) were considered to be normal for each spermogram parameter, with microbiological determinations in T0 at the time of ejaculate collection, T1 at the time of dilution, and T2 at 24 h of storage. Microbiological determinations (mycological spermogram) were performed for quantitative (LogCFU/mL) and qualitative (typification of fungal genera) identification. Bacterial burden (×103 LogCFU/mL) after dilution (T1) decreased drastically (p < 0.0001) compared to the one in the raw semen (T0). After 24 h of storage at 17 °C, the mean value of the bacteriospermia remained constant at an average value of 0.44. Mycospermia had a constant trend at T0 (raw) and T1 (0.149 vs. 0.140) and was slightly higher at T2 (0.236). The difference between T1 vs. T2 (p = 0.0419) was close to the statistical reference value (p = 0.05). Of the total genera identified (24), the fungi had a proportion of 37.4% (9/15) and a ratio of 1:1.6. Regarding the total species (34), the fungi had a frequency of 29.42% (10/24) with a ratio between the fungi and bacteria of 1:2.4. A fertility rate of 86% was observed in the L1 group (50 AI sows with doses and mycospermia from T1), and an 82% rate was observed in the L2 group (50 AI sows with doses and mycospermia from T2). The litter size of L1 was 9.63 piglets and 9.56 for L2. Regarding the total number of piglets obtained between the two groups, there was a slight decrease of 22 piglets in group L2, without statistical differences (p > 0.05). The predominant genera persisted after dilution during a 12 h storage at 17 °C, where yeasts, such as Candida parapsilosis and C. sake were identified in more than 92% of AI doses.  相似文献

This study identified and detected the existence of major pollutants in northeast China. As an alpine region and an agricultural base, this region has representative significance in pollution research. We selected 56 samples from drinking water sources of typical villages and towns, focusing on the analysis of heavy metals and organic micropollutants in northeast China. The analysis results showed that Fe and Mn were the main metal elements exceeding the standard. The exceeding rates were 17.9% and 19.6%. Experiments showed that there were 19 kinds of pesticides, 6 kinds of OPEs, 2 kinds of PAEs, 22 kinds of PPCPs. The detection rate of these 49 kinds of organic micro-pollutants were 1.79~82.14%. The characteristics of organic pollution were extensive and varied. Many underground water samples had high level of micropollutants. The water quality parameters of drinking water sources in villages and towns showed close relation to local geological conditions and agricultural activities. Actions must be taken to control these parameters from the source of pollution.  相似文献
