Most lenses composed of spherical or aspherical surfaces have symmetrical focusing properties about an optical axis. On the other hand, unconventional optical systems such as cylindrical lenses, astigmatic or progressive power glasses have axially asymmetrical focusing properties. In this study, the method of measuring focusing properties by the moire technique is extended to asymmetrical lenses. Some unconventional lenses were experimentally tested, and the focusing power in the interesting region and azimuthal direction of the aperture was evaluated. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel carbon nanotube field effect transistor with linear doping profile channel (LDC-CNTFET) is presented. The channel impurity concentration of the proposed structure is at maximum level at source side and linearly decreases toward zero at drain side. The simulation results show that the leakage current, on-off current ratio, subthreshold swing, drain induced barrier lowering, and voltage gain of the proposed structure improve in comparison with conventional CNTFET. Also, due to spreading the impurity throughout the channel region, the proposed structure has superior performance compared with a single halo CNTFET structure with equal saturation current. 机翼后缘噪声是飞机重要的机体噪声源之一。本文基于CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic)数值模拟和Ffcows Williams-Hall理论,研究应用了一种预测干净机翼后缘气动噪声的方法。采用Menter’s SSTκ-ω湍流模型对翼型和机翼进行N-S方程数值模拟得到后缘附近的湍流特征速度和特征长度,再利用Serhat Hosder的预估方法计算后缘噪声强度级。本文首先计算了NACA0012翼型在7种不同状态的后缘噪声,计算结果与实验值比较,符合很好,从而证明了本文采用的方法的可行性和正确性;然后研究了两个亚音速翼型(NACA 0009,NACA 0012),两个超临界翼型(SC(2)- 0710,SC(2)-0714),EET机翼的不同参数对后缘噪声强度级的影响,得出了对降低后缘噪声有参考意义的结论。 相似文献

The binding energy and effective mass of a polaron confined in a GaAs film deposited on an AlxGa1-x As substrate are investigated, for different film thickness values and aluminum concentrations and within the framework of the fractional-dimensional space approach. Using this scheme, we propose a new method to define the effective length of the quantum confinement. The limitations of the definition of the original effective well width are discussed, and the binding energy and effective mass of a polaron confined in a GaAs film are obtained. The fractional-dimensional theoretical results are shown to be in good agreement with previous, more detailed calculations based on second-order perturbation theory. 相似文献

In the cases when primary ion beam direction is aligned with close-packed planes the dependences of the reduced coefficient of ion-electron emission on various angles has been studied. Ordered nanofacet structures on vicinal 6H-SiC(0 0 0 1) surfaces, consisting of pairs of a (0 0 0 1) basal plane and a facet, are investigated in terms of stable surface stacking of the (0 0 0 1) basal planes. The surface termination of S3 (or S3*), i.e., ABC (or A*C*B*), was suggested by a structural model based on quantized step-bunching, which typically gives a one-unit-cell bunched step configuration at the facet. Here, we evaluate the surface termination at basal planes covered with a layer of silicon oxynitride by means of quantitative low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) analysis combined with scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), and show the validity of the structural model proposed. 相似文献

We consider the one-dimensional nonlinear Schrǒdinger equations that describe the dynamics of a Bose-Einstein Condensates with time-dependent scattering length in a complex potential. Our results show that as long as the integrable relation is satisfied, exact solutions of the one-dimensional nonlinear Schrǒdinger equation can be found in a general closed form, and interactions between two solitons are modulated in a complex potential We find that the changes of the scattering length and trapping potential can be effectively used to control the interaction between two bright soliton. 相似文献
